Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a cookware cooking control method, it is noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be carried out in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be carried out in an order different than that presented herein.
It should be noted that the cooking control method of the cooker is applied to the cooking process of the cooking object, and the cooking process comprises the following steps: a warming-up phase of the cookware, a boiling phase of the cookware and a supplementary heating phase of the cookware.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cooking control method of a cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, controlling the cooker to perform a first heating operation on the cooking object in the warming-up stage, wherein the first heating operation is used for rapidly raising the heating temperature of the cooking object.
In step S102, the cooker may be, but not limited to, an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a cooking machine, etc., and the cooking object is food (e.g., vegetables, meat, rice, etc.) cooked in the cooker, or food mixed with the food or semi-processed, for example, the cooking object may be porridge. In the present application, a cooker is described as an electric cooker, and a cooking object is described as an example of porridge.
In an alternative embodiment, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an alternative cooking control method of a cooker, and as can be seen from fig. 2, in order to rapidly raise the heating temperature of the cooking object, the cooking object is heated at power P1 in the heating stage. Optionally, the power P1 is a high power, wherein the power value of P1 may be 70% or more of the rated power value.
It should be noted that, the cooking object is heated by a high power value in the temperature rising stage, so that the temperature of the cooking object is rapidly raised, and the cooked food is more delicious.
And step S104, controlling the cooker to perform a second heating operation on the cooking object in the boiling stage, wherein the second heating operation is used for heating the cooking object to a boiling state or a state close to the boiling state.
As can be seen from fig. 2, in the boiling stage, the cooking object is heated at power P3, and optionally, the power value of power P3 may be 15% -80% of the rated power. It is easy to notice that the power value of the power P3 is also larger, and the cooking object is heated in the boiling stage by using the larger power value, so that the cooking object can be boiled or close to the boiling state.
And step S106, controlling the cooker to perform a third heating operation on the cooking object in the supplementary heating stage, wherein the third heating operation is used for intermittently heating the cooking object.
As can be seen from fig. 2, after the boiling phase is finished, the present application further adds a supplementary heating phase to supplement heating of the cooking object. It is easy to notice that, in the prior art, after the boiling stage is finished, the cooking object is usually not heated additionally, and when the single thermal bulb is arranged in the base of the cooker, the high-voltage working condition and the low-voltage working condition cannot be completely distinguished, so that the boiling of the cooking object under the low-voltage working condition is insufficient, and the taste of the cooking object is influenced. And because this application has increased the supplementary heating stage after the boiling stage again to the realization is to the supplementary heating of culinary art object, thereby makes the culinary art object can fully boil, and then has promoted the taste of culinary art object.
In addition, in the present application, the cooking object is heated in the supplementary heating stage in the intermittent heating manner, and it is possible to prevent the cooking object from being heated at a fixed heating power after the boiling stage, and thus boiling is too sufficient, and overflow is caused.
Based on the schemes defined in the above steps S102 to S106, it can be known that, in a manner of performing the supplementary heating on the cooker in the intermittent heating manner, the cooker is controlled to perform the first heating operation on the cooking object in the temperature rising stage so as to quickly raise the heating temperature of the cooking object, then the cooker is controlled to perform the second heating operation on the cooking object in the reboiling stage so as to heat the cooking object to the boiling state or the state close to the boiling state, and finally, the cooker is controlled to perform the intermittent heating on the cooking object in the supplementary heating stage.
It is easy to notice that, in the above process, after the cooking object is boiled, a stage of performing supplementary heating by intermittent heating is added, compared with the prior art in which the cooking process of the cooking object is only a temperature rising stage and a boiling stage, supplementary heating of the cooking object under a low-voltage working condition can be realized, thereby improving the cooking effect of the cooker.
Therefore, the scheme that this application provided has reached the purpose that makes the culinary art object fully boil under the low voltage operating mode to realized improving the technological effect of the culinary art effect of cooking utensil, and then solved because the cooking utensil of current single temperature sensing package can't distinguish high voltage operating mode and low-voltage operating mode, lead to at some low voltage operating mode culinary art object boiling insufficient, the poor technical problem of culinary art effect.
In an alternative embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 2, the cooker will not enter the next stage until the heating temperature or heating duration in the warming stage meets certain conditions. Specifically, the cooker is controlled to heat the cooking object by adopting first power in a temperature rising stage until a first preset condition is met, and the temperature rising stage is exited, wherein the first preset condition comprises one of the following conditions: the heating temperature of the cooking object is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, and the time length for heating the cooking object by adopting first power reaches a first preset time length. The first preset temperature is the inner pot temperature of the cooker, wherein the inner pot temperature is the temperature obtained by detecting the area of the inner pot of the cooker from the lowest position of the inner pot height to the middle position of the inner pot height.
Alternatively, in fig. 2, when the heating temperature T is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature T1, or when the heating time period T is greater than or equal to the first preset time period T1, the cooker enters the next stage. The first preset temperature can be any temperature within the range of 65-85 ℃, and the first preset time period t1 can be any time period within the range of 20-40 min.
It should be noted that, by the above control method, the cooked objects can be fully mixed, and after the cooked objects are fully mixed, the next cooking stage is performed, so that the taste of the cooked objects can be improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 2, the cooking process further comprises: a buffering phase of the cooker. In the buffering stage, the cooker is controlled to heat the cooking object by adopting second power until a second preset condition is met, and the buffering stage is exited, wherein the second preset condition comprises that: and the time length for heating the cooking object by adopting the second power reaches a second preset time length.
Optionally, the second power (i.e. P2 in fig. 2) is a power with a smaller power value, for example, the second power may be 0% -10% of the rated power. In addition, the second preset time period (i.e. t2 in fig. 2) is a time period of a shorter time, for example, the second preset time period may be any time period within a range of 0min to 10 min.
It should be noted that, after the temperature rising phase is finished, the cooker is controlled to enter the buffering phase, so that the influence of the waste heat heated by the heating plate of the cooker can be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, after the heating duration of the buffering phase reaches a second preset duration, the cooking appliance enters a boiling phase, and in the boiling phase, the cooking appliance is controlled to heat the cooking object with a third power in the boiling phase until a third preset condition is met, and the cooking object exits the boiling phase, wherein the third preset condition includes one of the following conditions: the heating temperature of the cooking object is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, and the time length for heating the cooking object by adopting third power reaches a third preset time length. The second preset temperature is the inner pot temperature of the cooker, wherein the inner pot temperature is the temperature obtained by detecting the area of the inner pot of the cooker from the lowest position of the inner pot height to the middle position of the inner pot height.
Optionally, the second predetermined temperature (i.e., T2 in fig. 2) is a higher temperature, for example, the second predetermined temperature may range from 80 ℃ to 90 ℃. The third preset time period (i.e., t3 in fig. 2) is a shorter time period, for example, the third time period may be any one time period within the range of 0min-15 min.
In the boiling stage, the cooking object is heated at a high temperature, so that the cooking object can be boiled or nearly boiled. And the shorter boiling stage duration (namely, the third preset duration) can preserve the water of the cooking object, so that the phenomenon that the water of the cooking object is lost due to the overlong boiling time, and the taste of the cooking object is influenced is prevented.
Alternatively, as can be seen from fig. 2, when the boiling phase ends or reaches a preset time before the cooking completion countdown phase ends, the control cooker heats the cooking object with at least one heating cycle duty cycle (i.e., the cycle DK1 in fig. 2) in the supplementary heating phase until the cooking completion countdown phase ends. Wherein the preset time of the cooking completion countdown phase is t4, and the time range of t4 is 10min-40 min.
In an alternative embodiment, the cooker may heat the cooking object at a single heating cycle duty cycle during the supplemental heating phase. Specifically, the cooker is controlled to heat the cooking object by solely adopting a first heating cycle duty ratio in the supplementary heating stage, wherein the first heating cycle duty ratio is used for indicating that the cooking object is heated for a fourth preset time period before being heated for a fifth preset time period.
It should be noted that, if the first heating cycle duty ratio is a ratio of a fourth preset time period to a fifth preset time period, for example, the first heating cycle duty ratio is DK1, the fourth preset time period is X, and the fifth preset time period is Y, then the following equations are satisfied among DK1, X, and Y:
Figure BDA0002740570870000071
wherein X + Y e (180,500), X e (10,50), X is larger than Y.
In addition, it should be noted that the first heating cycle duty ratio is a relatively large heating cycle duty ratio (the heating duration is longer than the heating stop duration), and the relatively large heating cycle duty ratio is used for performing supplementary heating on the cooking object, so that insufficient boiling in the boiling stage under certain low-voltage working conditions can be avoided, and the effect is poor after cooking is completed.
In another alternative embodiment, the cooker may also heat the cooking object at two different heating cycle duty ratios during the supplemental heating phase. Specifically, the cooker is controlled to heat the cooking object by sequentially adopting a first heating period duty ratio and a second heating period duty ratio in the supplementary heating stage, wherein the first heating period duty ratio is used for indicating that the cooking object is heated for a fourth preset time and then stops heating for a fifth preset time, the second heating period duty ratio is used for indicating that the cooking object is heated for a sixth preset time and then stops heating for a seventh preset time, and the fourth preset time is longer than the sixth preset time.
Optionally, the duty ratio of the first heating period is DK1, where DK1 is X1: Y1; the second heating period duty cycle is DK2, wherein DK2 is X2: Y2, X1 > X2, i.e. the first heating period duty cycle is greater than the second heating period duty cycle.
In addition, in the supplementary heating stage, the cooker may heat the eighth preset duration with the first heating cycle duty ratio and then heat the ninth preset duration with the second heating cycle duty ratio. The eighth preset time period may be a heating period corresponding to a duty ratio of 0 to 5 first heating periods, and the ninth preset time period may be a heating period corresponding to a duty ratio of 0 to 4 second heating periods.
It should be noted that, the cooking object is heated by the larger heating cycle duty ratio, and then heated by the smaller heating cycle duty ratio, so that the cooking object can be heated by the complementary heating, the boiling insufficiency in the boiling stage can be avoided, and the problem of the water loss or overflow of the cooking object caused by the excessive heating can be prevented.
According to the method, the complementary heating stage with the larger duty ratio is added after the boiling stage is finished to perform complementary heating on the cooking object, so that the problem that the cooking object is not fully boiled under the low-voltage working condition is effectively solved, and the cooking effect of the cooking object is improved.
