Abstract

一种生物可降解血栓过滤器(100,200,11)及其制备方法、用途和用于输送血栓过滤器(100,200,11)的输送装置,和包含血栓过滤器(100,200,11)和输送装置的血栓过滤系统。生物可降解血栓过滤器(100,200,11)包括滤器主体(101,201)和中心线(102,202,12),滤器主体(101,201)包括多孔管状支架体(103,203)和位于多孔管状支架体(103,203)两端的两个多孔过滤网(104,204),多孔管状支架体(103,203)和多孔过滤网(104,204)是由生物可降解聚合物纤维按照预先设计的式样沉积而一体成型的,中心线(102,202,12)由生物可降解聚合物制成;其中,中心线(102,202,12)的一端与一个多孔过滤网(104,204)的顶端相连,并经由过滤器(100,200,11)内部延伸通过另一个多孔过滤网(104,204)的顶端至过滤器(100,200,11)的外部,中心线(102,202,12)上设置有两个以上卡位(105,205),通过中心线(102,202,12)及卡位(105,205)能够实现过滤器(100,200,11)的牵拉膨胀并且过滤器(100,200,11)的膨开尺寸可调。血栓过滤器(100,200,11)具有变化的可膨胀系数,在使用过程中不易发生移位、静脉损伤或穿孔。
