Abstract
本发明提供一种冷却性能优异的分段线圈型的旋转电机。旋转电机(50)具备:第一冷却机构(41),其从定子(52)的外周侧向定子线圈(92)供给制冷剂;以及第二冷却机构(42),其从定子(52)的内周侧向定子线圈(92)供给制冷剂。在定子铁心(91)的一端侧设置有由连结部(94)构成的封闭侧线圈端部(98a),在定子铁心(91)的另一端侧设置有由腿部(93a、93b)构成的开放侧线圈端部(98b)。在从第二冷却机构(42)供给的制冷剂供给量中,向定子铁心(91)的一端侧的封闭侧线圈端部(98a)供给的制冷剂供给量比向定子铁心(91)的另一端侧的开放侧线圈端部(98b)供给的制冷剂供给量多。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搭载于电动车辆等中的旋转电机。
背景技术
一直以来,电动车辆等中搭载有旋转电机。在旋转电机中,为了抑制由配置于定子的线圈的发热引起的性能降低而需要进行冷却。
作为定子的冷却结构,已知有如下制冷剂滴加式冷却结构:从配置在定子的上方的制冷剂管向定子的线圈端部滴加制冷剂,通过制冷剂润湿铺展到线圈端部来冷却定子。
在制冷剂滴加式冷却结构的情况下,制冷剂因重力而按照线圈的形状润湿,因此有时无法冷却至线圈的下侧,结果线圈的温度分布差异变大。尤其是,在连接多个分段线圈而成的定子线圈中,在设置于定子铁心的一端侧的线圈端部与设置于另一端侧的线圈端部之间结构不同,有时在某一侧特别是线圈的温度分布差异变大。因此,考虑通过增加滴加的制冷剂流量来确保冷却能力,但当供给制冷剂的泵容量增大时,会引起泵的重量增加、消耗能量增加、制冷剂滴加管的增加等,这成为成本提高的主要原因。
另外,作为其他定子的冷却结构,已知有轴心冷却结构。例如,专利文献1中记载了,在设置于端板的壁面与旋转铁心的端面之间的制冷剂通路中形成第一排出孔,并且在该制冷剂通路的外周侧呈圆周状形成具有第二排出孔的排出槽,并利用从第一排出孔及第二排出孔排出的制冷剂冷却线圈。

然而,在专利文献1的电动机的冷却结构中,当在设置于定子铁心的一端侧的线圈端部与设置于另一端侧的线圈端部之间结构不同的情况下,也难以均等地冷却定子铁心的一端侧和另一端侧。
发明内容
本发明提供一种冷却性能优异的分段线圈型的旋转电机。
本发明涉及一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;
定子,其配置在该转子的外周侧,且具有定子铁心和线圈;
第一冷却机构,其从所述定子的外周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂;以及
第二冷却机构,其从所述定子的内周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂,其中,
所述线圈由多个分段线圈构成,该分段线圈具有一对腿部和将一对该腿部的一端侧连结的连结部,
在所述定子铁心的一端侧设置有由所述连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部,
在所述定子铁心的另一端侧设置有由所述腿部构成的开放侧线圈端部,
在从所述第二冷却机构供给的制冷剂供给量中,向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量比向所述开放侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量多。
另外,本发明涉及一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;
定子,其配置在该转子的外周侧,且具有定子铁心和线圈;
第一冷却机构,其从所述定子的外周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂;以及
第二冷却机构,其从所述定子的内周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂,其中,
所述线圈由多个分段线圈构成,该分段线圈具有一对腿部和将一对该腿部的一端侧连结的连结部,
在所述定子铁心的一端侧设置有由所述连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部,
在所述定子铁心的另一端侧设置有由所述腿部构成的开放侧线圈端部,
从所述第二冷却机构仅向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给制冷剂。
发明效果
根据本发明,对于凭借从定子的外周侧向线圈供给制冷剂的第一冷却机构则难以使制冷剂在由连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部中遍布到的部位,由从定子的内周侧向线圈供给制冷剂的第二冷却机构向封闭侧线圈端部积极地供给制冷剂,由此能够使制冷剂适当地遍布在定子铁心的一端侧的封闭侧线圈端部及另一端侧的开放侧线圈端部。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图来对本发明的旋转电机的一实施方式进行说明。
首先,对具备本发明的一实施方式的旋转电机的车辆用驱动装置进行说明。
如图1所示,具备本实施方式的旋转电机的车辆用驱动装置10具备作为驱动源的发动机ENG、马达MOT、发电机GEN、以及变速机构T,马达MOT和发电机GEN分别以在同一直线上具有旋转轴线的方式配置于在壳体11内相邻设置的马达收容空间11a和发电机收容空间11b。需要说明的是,马达MOT和发电机GEN经由控制装置(未图示)与蓄电池(未图示)连接,能够进行来自蓄电池的电力供给和向蓄电池的能量再生。
在变速机构T中,平行地配置有:输入轴21,其与发动机ENG的发动机输出轴12配置在同一直线上,且与发动机输出轴12连接;发电机轴27,其与发电机GEN直接连结;马达轴29,其与马达MOT直接连结;以及输出轴25,其与差动装置D连接。在马达轴29的内部以能够相对旋转的方式插入有发电机轴27。需要说明的是,图1中,附图标记13是减振器,起到减少向输入轴21输入发动机ENG的动力时的冲击的作用。
在输入轴21上,从发动机ENG侧朝向马达MOT侧而依次安装有第一驱动齿轮32和第二驱动齿轮33,而且在第一驱动齿轮32与第二驱动齿轮33之间设置有离合器CL。通过使离合器CL分离或接合,从而第一驱动齿轮32与第二驱动齿轮33成为切断状态或连接状态。
在发电机轴27上设置有第一从动齿轮34,该第一从动齿轮34与设置于输入轴21上的第一驱动齿轮32啮合。因此,与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与发电机轴27连接的发电机GEN以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,能够通过发动机ENG的动力而使发电机GEN进行发电。
在输出轴25上,从马达MOT侧朝向发动机ENG侧而依次安装有与设置于输入轴21上的第二驱动齿轮33啮合的第二从动齿轮35、以及与差动装置D连接的输出齿轮36。因此,通过使离合器CL接合,从而与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与差动装置D连接的车轮WR以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,发动机ENG的动力经由输入轴21、离合器CL、第二驱动齿轮33、第二从动齿轮35、输出轴25、输出齿轮36、差动装置D向车轮WR传递的动力传递路径确立,能够经由该动力传递路径进行发动机行驶。需要说明的是,此时,如上所述,与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与发电机轴27连接的发电机GEN以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,因此也能够通过发动机ENG的动力而使发电机GEN进行发电。
马达轴29上,在与马达MOT相反的一侧以能够一体旋转的方式安装有第三驱动齿轮37。第三驱动齿轮37与安装于输出轴25上的第二从动齿轮35啮合。因此,与马达轴29连接的马达MOT和与差动装置D连接的车轮WR以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,马达MOT的动力经由第三驱动齿轮37、第二从动齿轮35、输出轴25、输出齿轮36、差动装置D向车轮WR传递的动力传递路径确立,能够经由该动力传递路径通过马达MOT进行EV行驶。
需要说明的是,本实施方式的车辆用驱动装置10具备马达MOT及发电机GEN这两个旋转电机50,马达MOT及发电机GEN相对于马达MOT与发电机GEN之间的假想中间面呈大致镜像对称,因此在以下的说明中主要以发电机GEN为例对旋转电机50进行说明。
如图2所示,本实施方式所涉及的旋转电机50是所谓内转子型的旋转电机,其具备:转子51,其压入固定于发电机轴27;以及定子52,其以与转子51的外径侧隔着微小间隙对置的方式配置。旋转电机50具备:第一冷却机构41,其从定子52的外周侧向定子线圈92供给制冷剂;以及第二冷却机构42,其从定子52的内周侧向定子线圈92供给制冷剂。
转子51具备:转子铁心53,其轴支承于发电机轴27;第一端板54,其配置在转子铁心53的轴向的一侧;以及第二端板55,其配置在转子铁心53的轴向另一侧。
在发电机轴27的内部形成有供制冷剂流通的制冷剂流路63。制冷剂流路63构成为在发电机轴27的内部沿轴向延伸,并且能够从外部供给制冷剂。作为制冷剂,例如使用ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid)。制冷剂流路63与循环路径60连接,该循环路径60形成于构成壳体11的马达外壳59。
被发电机轴27压入的转子铁心53例如将通过冲压加工而形成的多个电磁钢板沿轴向层叠,并通过铆接或粘接等接合方式来构成。转子铁心53在外径侧和内径侧具备沿轴向贯穿而形成的多个内部流路81。另外,在转子铁心53的外周部,沿周向以等间隔配置有磁铁82。磁铁82为例如钕磁铁等永久磁铁,N极和S极以规定间距排列而形成磁极部。
如图2及图7所示,第一端板54以与转子铁心53的轴向一侧的端面对置的方式配置。在第一端板54的中央形成有供发电机轴27插入的插通孔83,在比插通孔83靠径向的外侧的位置,沿周向以等间隔形成有多个排出口84。另外,在第一端板54的与转子铁心53抵接的内侧面形成有径向槽85,将外径侧的内部流路81与排出口84连接。排出口84和径向槽85构成制冷剂的排出部43。
第二端板55以与转子铁心53的轴向另一侧的端面对置的方式配置。在第二端板55的中央形成有供发电机轴27插入的插通孔86,在插通孔86的内径侧角部形成有环状槽87。另外,在第二端板55的与转子铁心53抵接的内侧面形成有径向槽88,将沿径向贯穿发电机轴27的制冷剂供给路70与内部流路81连接。即,环状槽87和径向槽88构成将从制冷剂流路63a供给的制冷剂向内部流路81引导的导入部44。
即,第二冷却机构42包括制冷剂流路63、制冷剂供给路70、导入部44(环状槽87及径向槽88)、内部流路81、以及排出部43(径向槽85及排出口84),从内部对转子51进行冷却,并且利用离心力从排出口84向径向外侧排出将转子51冷却后的制冷剂,从定子52的内周侧对定子线圈92进行冷却。
如图2及图3所示,定子52具备在周向上以规定的间隔配置有沿轴向贯穿的未图示的多个插槽的定子铁心91、以及收容到该插槽中的多相(例如为U相、V相、W相)的定子线圈92。
如图4所示,定子线圈92由将多个大致U字状的分段线圈96每4个地排列成一列而组成一束的多个分段线圈组97构成,大致U字状的分段线圈96具有彼此平行地延伸设置的一对腿部93a、93b和在一个端部连接两个腿部93a、93b的连结部94,且由截面长方形形状的扁平线95构成。
如图3及图5所示,各分段线圈96的一个腿部93a插入到一个插槽的径向内侧的部分,另一个腿部93b插入到位于从一个插槽离开规定数量的插槽的位置的另一个插槽的径向外侧的部分。
当多个分段线圈组97配置于定子铁心91时,在本实施方式中8个分段线圈96配置在一个插槽内。另外,在定子铁心91的轴向一端侧的轴向端面91a处,多个分段线圈组97的连结部94在周向上连续且在周向上相邻的连结部94彼此以从轴向观察时局部重叠的方式配置,由此形成封闭侧线圈端部98a。
此外,如图6所示,在定子铁心91的轴向的另一端侧的轴向端面91b处,从插槽突出的腿部93a、93b沿着周向折弯并与同相的线圈接合,由此形成开放侧线圈端部98b。在本实施方式中,分段线圈96根据径向位置而向周向一侧或另一侧折弯。
返回到图3,由分段线圈96的连结部94形成的封闭侧线圈端部98a从定子铁心91的轴向端面91a沿着轴向突出。另外,由分段线圈96的一对腿部93a、93b形成的开放侧线圈端部98b从定子铁心91的轴向端面91b沿着轴向突出。
在封闭侧线圈端部98a处,4个分段线圈96保持为排列的状态地配置,因此,如图5所示,4个分段线圈96以从径向内侧观察时向相同方向局部重叠的状态倾斜。另一方面,如图6所示,在开放侧线圈端部98b处,径向位置不同的分段线圈96在周向上向相反侧倾斜,因此沿径向贯穿的间隙增多。
返回到图2,第一冷却机构41由配置在定子52的上方的多个冷却管101构成,从设置在与线圈端部98a、98b对应的位置的滴加孔101a、101b向定子线圈92的线圈端部98a、98b滴加制冷剂来冷却定子线圈92。
接着,参照图7及图8对旋转电机50的冷却作用进行说明。制冷剂由未图示的制冷剂泵进行加压输送,从配置在定子52的上方的构成第一冷却机构41的冷却管101的滴加孔101a、101b滴加到线圈端部98a、98b,并从外周侧冷却定子线圈92的线圈端部98a、98b。
但是,如上所述,若仅凭借第一冷却机构41的冷却,则存在由连结部94形成的封闭侧线圈端部98a的温度区域局部上升的倾向。即,在封闭侧线圈端部98a处,与由腿部93a、93b形成的开放侧线圈端部98b相比,制冷剂容易引导至特定部位,容易在周向上产生温度分布差异。
在本实施方式的旋转电机50中,由未图示的制冷剂泵加压输送的制冷剂进一步供给到第二冷却机构42以从内周侧冷却转子51。另外,冷却转子51之后的制冷剂从排出口84排出,并通过离心力向径向外侧飞散,以从内周侧冷却定子线圈92。
具体而言,由未图示的制冷剂泵进行加压输送的制冷剂经由形成于马达外壳59的循环路径60供给到发电机轴27。供给到制冷剂流路63的制冷剂被供给到沿径向贯穿发电机轴27的制冷剂供给路70。
制冷剂供给路70的制冷剂通过作用于制冷剂的离心力而通过第二端板55的环状槽87及径向槽88(导入部44)并供给到内部流路81,在内部流路81内沿轴向流动而从内部冷却转子铁心53。
制冷剂还从外径侧的内部流路81通过第一端板54的径向槽85,从排出口84(排出部43)向转子51的外部排出。该制冷剂还通过离心力向径向外侧飞散,并附着在定子线圈92的封闭侧线圈端部98a的内周侧以从内周侧冷却定子线圈92。
通过第一冷却机构41及第二冷却机构42对转子51及定子52进行了冷却的制冷剂再次通过制冷剂泵循环,从内部冷却转子51,并从外周侧及内周侧冷却定子52。
将排出口84仅配置在与由连结部94形成的封闭侧线圈端部98a同侧的第一端板54,其中,所述封闭侧线圈端部98a是若仅凭借由第一冷却机构41进行的制冷剂的滴加则容易产生温度分布差异的线圈端部,由此封闭侧线圈端部98a也被第二冷却机构42从内周侧冷却。由此,封闭侧线圈端部98a中的难以利用第一冷却机构41遍布制冷剂的部分也被从第二冷却机构42供给制冷剂,因此能够使制冷剂适当地遍布在封闭侧线圈端部98a及开放侧线圈端部98b。
另外,在与开放侧线圈端部98b同侧的第二端板55上不形成排出口84,其中,所述开放侧线圈端部98b是若仅凭借由第一冷却机构41进行的制冷剂的滴加就会使制冷剂适当地遍布的线圈端部,因此能够抑制第二冷却机构42的制冷剂供给量,能够减小泵容量、泵尺寸。
需要说明的是,根据需要可以在第二端板55上也设置排出口84,而从内周侧冷却开放侧线圈端部98b。在该情况下,也使从第二冷却机构42供给的制冷剂供给量中的向封闭侧线圈端部98a供给的制冷剂供给量比向开放侧线圈端部98b供给的制冷剂供给量多。
封闭侧线圈端部98a也被第二冷却机构42从内周侧进行冷却,因此能够抑制从第一冷却机构41向封闭侧线圈端部98a供给的制冷剂量。即,从第一冷却机构41向封闭侧线圈端部98a供给的制冷剂供给量也可以少于从第一冷却机构41向开放侧线圈端部98b供给的制冷剂供给量。通过减小冷却管101的滴加孔101a的孔径或减少滴加孔101a的个数等方式,来实现抑制供给到第一冷却机构41中的封闭侧线圈端部98a的制冷剂量。
另外,对于另一个旋转电机50的马达MOT的冷却,与发电机GEN相同,从冷却管101的滴加孔101a、101b向马达MOT的定子线圈92的线圈端部98a、98b供给制冷剂并从外周侧冷却定子线圈92。另外,供给到发电机轴27的制冷剂流路63的制冷剂经由在发电机轴27及马达轴29上沿径向形成的制冷剂供给路102导入到设置在马达MOT的转子51的导入部44、内部流路81,从内部冷却马达MOT的转子51。此外,制冷剂通过离心力从排出部43向径向外侧飞散,从内周侧冷却马达MOT的定子线圈92的封闭侧线圈端部98a。
由此,定子线圈92的线圈端部98a、98b被第一冷却机构41从外周侧冷却,并且封闭侧线圈端部98a也被第二冷却机构42从内周侧进行冷却。因此,在另一个作为旋转电机50的马达MOT中,也能够使制冷剂适当地遍布在封闭侧线圈端部98a及开放侧线圈端部98b。
需要说明的是,前述实施方式能够适当地进行变形、改良等。
另外,本说明书中至少记载了以下事项。需要说明的是,括号内示出了在上述实施方式中对应的构成元件等,但并不限定于此。

(3)如(1)或(2)所述的旋转电机,其中,
在从所述第一冷却机构供给的制冷剂供给量中,向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量比向所述开放侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量少。
根据(3),通过由从定子的内周侧向线圈供给制冷剂的第二冷却机构对由连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部积极地供给制冷剂,由此对于从定子的外周侧向线圈供给制冷剂的第一冷却机构,能够减少向封闭侧线圈端部98a供给的制冷剂供给量。
(4)如(1)~(3)中任一项所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机还具备转子轴(发电机轴27),该转子轴与所述转子以能够一体旋转的方式连接,且在内部设置有供制冷剂通过的制冷剂流路(制冷剂流路63),
所述转子具备转子铁心(转子铁心53)和配置在该转子铁心的两端面的一对端板(端板54、55),
所述第二冷却机构将制冷剂从所述制冷剂流路经由形成于所述转子铁心的内部流路(内部流路81)而从所述端板的排出口(排出口84)向所述线圈供给。
根据(4),将第二冷却机构设为所谓的轴心冷却机构,且制冷剂通过形成于转子铁心的内部流路,从而对转子铁心也能够进行冷却。
(5)如(4)所述的旋转电机,其中,
在位于所述一端侧的所述端板设置有将所述制冷剂向所述线圈供给的排出部(排出部43),
在位于所述另一端侧的所述端板设置有将从所述制冷剂流路供给的制冷剂向所述转子铁心的所述内部流路引导的导入部(导入部44)。
根据(5),通过使制冷剂从另一端侧向一端侧通过,能够在整个轴向区域冷却转子铁心。
Claims (5)
1.一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;
定子,其配置在该转子的外周侧,且具有定子铁心和线圈;
第一冷却机构,其从所述定子的外周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂;以及
第二冷却机构,其从所述定子的内周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂,其中,
所述线圈由多个分段线圈构成,该分段线圈具有一对腿部和将一对该腿部的一端侧连结的连结部,
在所述定子铁心的一端侧设置有由所述连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部,
在所述定子铁心的另一端侧设置有由所述腿部构成的开放侧线圈端部,
在从所述第二冷却机构供给的制冷剂供给量中,向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量比向所述开放侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量多。
2.一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;
定子,其配置在该转子的外周侧,且具有定子铁心和线圈;
第一冷却机构,其从所述定子的外周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂;以及
第二冷却机构,其从所述定子的内周侧向所述线圈供给制冷剂,其中,
所述线圈由多个分段线圈构成,该分段线圈具有一对腿部和将一对该腿部的一端侧连结的连结部,
在所述定子铁心的一端侧设置有由所述连结部构成的封闭侧线圈端部,
在所述定子铁心的另一端侧设置有由所述腿部构成的开放侧线圈端部,
从所述第二冷却机构仅向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给制冷剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转电机,其中,
在从所述第一冷却机构供给的制冷剂供给量中,向所述封闭侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量比向所述开放侧线圈端部供给的制冷剂供给量少。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机还具备转子轴,该转子轴与所述转子以能够一体旋转的方式连接,且在内部设置有供制冷剂通过的制冷剂流路,
所述转子具备转子铁心和配置在该转子铁心的两端面的一对端板,
所述第二冷却机构将制冷剂从所述制冷剂流路经由形成于所述转子铁心的内部流路而从所述端板的排出口向所述线圈供给。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转电机,其中,
在所述封闭侧线圈端部所在的所述端板设置有将所述制冷剂向所述线圈供给的排出部,
在所述开放侧线圈端部所在的所述端板设置有将从所述制冷剂流路供给的制冷剂向所述转子铁心的所述内部流路引导的导入部。
