Further, the specific structure of the rotary table in the embodiment is shown in the drawings, the rotary table 240 includes a bottom plate 241, a side baffle 242 and an end plate 243, and the bottom plate 241 is attached to the wall surface of the duct piece; side guards 242 are provided on both sides of the bottom plate 241; the end plate 243 is disposed at one end of the bottom plate 241, and the side baffles 242 and the end plate 243 form a U-shaped limiting groove, by firstly placing the duct piece in the U-shaped limiting groove and then binding the fastening belt.
The portal duct piece assembling equipment in the embodiment further comprises a bean gravel injection system, a grouting system, a hydraulic system, an electric control system and a laser guiding system, wherein a plurality of portal follow-up trolleys are arranged at the rear part of the portal trolley, such as the bean gravel trolley, the grouting trolley, the control trolley and the like, and the corresponding bean gravel injection system, the grouting system, the hydraulic system, the electric control system and the laser guiding system are correspondingly arranged on the corresponding trolleys and synchronously move on a walking track along with the portal trolley to cooperatively complete the support of the duct piece.
Specifically, the bean gravel injection system comprises a bean gravel belt conveyor 401, a bean gravel tank 402, a bean gravel tank crane 403 and a bean gravel pump 404, the grouting system comprises a grouting pump 405 and a stirring pump 406, and a water cable reel 407, a cable reel 408, an operation platform 411 and a hydraulic pump station are further arranged on the portal type follow-up trolley. The specific working mode of each system can adopt the existing conventional mode, but the arrangement mode needs to avoid interference with other construction equipment, so that the side part or the top part of each portal type follow-up trolley is fixed, and a passage is reserved in the middle part.

In the process that the pipe piece is grabbed from the pipe piece storage part to the pipe piece assembling device, firstly, lifting the pipe piece by using a crane, initializing a side wall type pipe piece conveying assembly, placing the pipe piece in a rotary table, and binding by using a fastening belt; adjusting the posture of the duct piece to a direction convenient for grabbing, transferring the duct piece to a duct piece assembling device, corresponding to the sucking disc, and loosening the connection between the duct piece and the rotary table after the fixing of the sucking disc and the duct piece is completed; the segment erector drives the segment to rotationally move along the track beam, and fine adjustment of the position and the azimuth is performed, so that the alignment of the segment is completed and the segment is fixedly connected through bolts;
repeating the steps until the assembly of the ring segment is completed;
and (3) carrying out bean gravel filling and slurry filling on the gaps behind the walls of the assembled duct pieces, and completing the construction operation of the duct piece ring.
The grouting trolley, the bean-injecting gravel trolley and the control trolley are all driven by the portal trolley to move forwards integrally, and the equipment is in rail system for walking; the whole operation process does not influence the progress of other construction procedures, and the efficiency and the quality of the whole tunnel construction operation are ensured.
