Abstract
一种热镀锌机构,输送辊道成排设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方,有机钝化液储存在钝化液储存收集箱里,上盖板罩设置在输送辊道正上方,镀锌管放置在输送辊道上,钝化液喷嘴和涂抹风嘴从右至左设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方且处于其中两个输送辊道之间,高压风管与涂抹风嘴相连,循环管道一端与钝化液存储收集箱相连,其特征在于:所述的钝化液喷嘴为环形圆套结构,喷嘴为环形360度喷嘴,喷嘴出口与镀锌管外表面成60度夹角。本发明,结构简单,使用方便,自动化程度高,沉没辊与稳定辊的使用周期为25~30天,因此无须经常停机拆装,节约了人工成本,也减少了清理沉没辊与稳定辊表面结瘤的材料成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁加工领域,特别涉及具有高生产效率的沉没辊、稳 定辊及热镀锌机构。
背景技术
在现有的热镀锌过程中,沉没辊(sink roll)与稳定辊(stable roll)要工 作在存有摄氏470°或630°锌液的锌槽中,锌槽中存放有锌液,沉没辊和稳定辊设置在锌液中,钢带通过沉没辊后再通过稳定辊出锌槽。在钢带出入锌槽的过程中,钢带上便被镀上一层锌。目前,沉没辊与稳定辊一般是由不锈钢制成,当沉没辊与 稳定辊长时间在锌液中运行,锌渣会附着在其表面而结瘤,使沉没辊与稳定辊的表面不平整,造成钢带镀锌质量下降。现行的解决方法是在沉没辊与稳定辊上机使用一个周期后,就拆卸下来进行表面退锌及车削加工。而这样一个使用周期一般是在5~7天。沉没辊与稳定辊反复地进行拆卸退锌,造成生产不能持续进行,影响生产效率。并且在拆卸沉没辊与稳定辊时需要停机5-8小时,每 停机一次造成5-8吨的废品,同时也增加了人工成本。综上所述,现有的沉没辊与稳定辊具有工作效率差、生产成本 高的问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种热镀锌机构,通过二次有机钝化液喷嘴对镀锌管进行二次涂抹,通过涂抹风嘴让二次有机钝化液更加均匀附着在镀锌管上。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种热镀锌机构,输送辊道成排设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方,有机钝化液储存在钝化液储存收集箱里,上盖板罩设置在输送辊道正上方,镀锌管放置在输送辊道上,钝化液喷嘴和涂抹风嘴从右至左设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方且处于其中两个输送辊道之间,高压风管与涂抹风嘴相连,循环管道一端与钝化液存储收集箱相连,一端与钝化液喷嘴相连,钝化液循环泵安装在循环管道上且处于靠近钝化液存储收集箱一端,其特征在于:所述的钝化液喷嘴为环形圆套结构,喷嘴为环形360度喷嘴,喷嘴出口与镀锌管外表面成60度夹角。

本发明,结构简单,使用方便,自动化程度高,沉没辊与稳定辊的使用周期为 25~30天,因此无须经常停机拆装,节约了人工成本,也减少了清理沉没辊与稳定辊表面结瘤的材料成本。

由图1知,本发明一种热镀锌机构,由输送辊道1、钝化液存储收集箱2、有机钝化液3、上盖板罩4、镀锌管5、钝化液喷嘴6、涂抹风嘴7、高压风管8、钝化液循环泵9、循环管道10组成,输送辊道1成排设置在钝化液存储收集箱2上方,有机钝化液3储存在钝化液储存收集箱2里,上盖板罩4设置在输送辊道1正上方,镀锌管5放置在输送辊道1上,钝化液喷嘴6和涂抹风嘴7从右至左设置在钝化液存储收集箱2上方且处于其中两个输送辊道1之间,高压风管8与涂抹风嘴7相连,循环管道10一端与钝化液存储收集箱2相连,一端与钝化液喷嘴6相连,钝化液循环泵9安装在循环管道10上且处于靠近钝化液存储收集箱2一端,所述的钝化液喷嘴6为环形圆套结构,喷嘴为环形360度喷嘴,喷嘴出口6-1与镀锌管5外表面成60度夹角,所述的涂抹风嘴6为环形圆套结构,风嘴为环形360度风嘴,风嘴出口7-1与镀锌管5外表面成60度夹角。工作时,输送辊道1逆时针旋转,镀锌管5从右至左运动,依次先后穿过钝化液喷嘴6和涂抹风嘴7,当镀锌管5经过钝化液喷嘴6位置时,对其进行钝化喷雾作业,当经过涂抹风嘴7时,对有机钝化液进行均匀性涂抹作业,多余的有机钝化液掉落入池,进行循环利用,达到节能环保,降低生产成本,提高了工作效率。

1.一种热镀锌机构,输送辊道成排设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方,有机钝化液储存在钝化液储存收集箱里,上盖板罩设置在输送辊道正上方,镀锌管放置在输送辊道上,钝化液喷嘴和涂抹风嘴从右至左设置在钝化液存储收集箱上方且处于其中两个输送辊道之间,高压风管与涂抹风嘴相连,循环管道一端与钝化液存储收集箱相连,一端与钝化液喷嘴相连,钝化液循环泵安装在循环管道上且处于靠近钝化液存储收集箱一端,其特征在于:所述的钝化液喷嘴为环形圆套结构,喷嘴为环形360度喷嘴,喷嘴出口与镀锌管外表面成60度夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热镀锌机构,其特征在于:所述的涂抹风嘴为环形圆套结构,风嘴为环形360度风嘴,风嘴出口与镀锌管外表面成60度夹角。
