本发明公开了一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜及其制造方法,该BOPP热敏膜包括BOPP基膜、连接层、发色层和保护层,所述BOPP基膜上依次设置有连接层、发色层、保护层,耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,包括如下步骤:(1)选用两面光面BOPP膜为涂布基材;(2)连接层涂布液制备;(3)发色层涂布液制备;(4)保护层涂布液制备;(5)将各涂层涂布液分别打入涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在纸张基材上方依次涂布连接层、发色层及保护层。本发明的产品涂层具有极强的表面强度、优异的耐干湿摩擦、优异的耐热水性能,可在热水或热蒸汽中使用;本发明的连接层使用含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯、聚异氰酸酯双组份交联成膜,强化BOPP膜与发色层的结合牢度,达到耐热水效果。

一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及热敏材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着热敏材料在生活中各个领域的广泛使用,热敏膜的用途也在不断的拓展。
目前市场上有些熟食加工过程,有需要用高温热水进行消毒,使用的产品标签无法使用热敏纸类,一般使用BOPP基膜的热敏标签。有的餐厅则将饮品连杯子一起在热水中加热。高温水消毒或者加热过程对于BOPP膜热敏标签而言,要求在高温水中涂层牢固,并且热敏涂层不能明显变色影响条码和文字的识别。
由于热敏打印后无色染料和显色剂生成的显色物质在一定条件下会向逆反应转移,在热水条件下,几乎所有的直热式热敏打印图案都会不同程度产生逆反应,BOPP热敏膜产品也不例外。根据其涂层工艺的差异,在热水中产生的逆反应即所谓的褪色程度不同,并且在不同温度下的热水中涂层牢固程度以及条码文字消褪程度都不同。
目前市场上的BOPP热敏膜产品在耐热水方面的性能参之不齐,有的产品在高温热水中涂层严重掉层,有的条码文字严重褪色,有的随着水温的增加底色严重变灰变黑,无法正常使用。仅有少数国外产品做到涂层牢固和底色保持较好,但还是免不了会有褪色现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜及其制造方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜,包括BOPP基膜、连接层、发色层和保护层,所述BOPP基膜的上方依次设置有连接层、发色层、保护层。
进一步,所述BOPP基膜的下方设置有可剥离胶层和底纸,BOPP基膜通过可剥离胶层与底纸相粘接。
进一步,所述保护层的上方涂布有硅油层。
如上所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用两面光面或一光一亚的BOPP膜为涂布基材,定量为55—65g/m2
(2)连接层涂布液制备:在配料罐中加入适量水,开动搅拌,加入含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、消泡剂、润滑剂、聚异氰酸酯,在低速搅拌条件下搅拌20min,形成连接层涂布液待用;
(3)发色层涂布液制备:在发色层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、消泡剂、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚、增感剂研磨液、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷研磨液、润湿剂,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、轻质碳酸钙研磨液或二氧化硅研磨液、润滑剂、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷研磨液、己二酸二酰肼,继续低速搅拌20min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
(4)保护层涂布液制备:在保护层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、二氧化硅研磨液、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、润湿剂、润滑剂、己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成保护层涂布液待用;
(5)将各涂层涂布液分别打入涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在纸张基材上方依次涂布连接层、发色层及保护层,所述连接层的涂布量为0.5-1.5 g/m2,所述发色层的涂布量为4.0-5.5 g/m2,所述保护层的涂布量为1.5-2.5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光,在40℃下熟化6天,分切成成品。
进一步,所述连接层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯:88—90份、CMC:2份、消泡剂:1份、润滑剂:2份、聚异氰酸酯:5—7份。
进一步,所述发色层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂0.6份、消泡剂:0.4、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚:30份、增感剂:2—5份、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷:8—10份、粘结剂碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇:18—20份、轻质碳酸钙研磨液:17份、二氧化硅研磨液:19份、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷:15—16份、己二酸二酰肼:1份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:2份。
进一步,所述保护涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂:0.8份、二氧化硅研磨液:8.2—12.2份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液:70—74份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:12份、己二酸二酰肼:3.5份、消泡剂:0.5份。
进一步,所述连接层的含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯,其羟基含量(基于固体分)≥1%;聚异氰酸酯NCO含量≥15%。
进一步,所述发色层的无色染料、显色剂、安定剂、增感剂的研磨粒径Dv50≤0.5μm。
进一步,所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂,润湿剂为辛基酚乙氧基化物,分散剂为聚合丙烯酸钠盐,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的产品涂层具有极强的表面强度、优异的耐干湿摩擦、优异的耐热水性能,可在热水或热蒸汽中使用。
2、本发明的连接层使用含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯、聚异氰酸酯双组份交联成膜,强化BOPP膜与发色层的结合牢度,达到耐热水效果。
3、本发明的产品具有可剥离性,在最上面涂布了硅油层,能够起到很好的防粘功能。

实施例1
如上所述耐热水BOPP热敏膜制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用两面光面BOPP膜为涂布基材,定量为55g/m2
(2)连接层涂布液制备:在配料罐中加入适量水,开动搅拌,加入含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、CMC、消泡剂、润滑剂、聚异氰酸酯,在低速搅拌条件下搅拌20min,形成连接层涂布液待用;
所述连接层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯:90份、CMC:2份、消泡剂:1份、润滑剂:2份、聚异氰酸酯:5份;
(3)发色层涂布液制备:在发色层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、消泡剂、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚、增感剂研磨液、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷研磨液、润湿剂,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、轻质碳酸钙研磨液、润滑剂、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷研磨液、己二酸二酰肼、继续低速搅拌20min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
所述发色层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂0.6份、消泡剂:0.4、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚:30份、增感剂:5份、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷:8份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇:20份、轻质碳酸钙研磨液:17份、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷:15份、己二酸二酰肼:1份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:2份;
(4)保护层涂布液制备:在保护层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、二氧化硅研磨液、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、润湿剂、润滑剂、己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成保护层涂布液待用;
所述保护涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂:0.8份、二氧化硅研磨液:12.2份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液:70份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:12份、己二酸二酰肼:3.5份、消泡剂:0.5份;
(5)将各涂层涂布液分别打入涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在纸张基材上方依次涂布连接层、发色层及保护层,所述连接层的涂布量为0.5-1.5 g/m2,所述发色层的涂布量为4.0-5.5 g/m2,所述保护层的涂布量为1.5-2.5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光,在40℃下熟化6天,分切成成品。
实施例2
如上所述耐热水BOPP热敏膜制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用两面光面BOPP膜为涂布基材,定量为65g/m2
(2)连接层涂布液制备:在配料罐中加入适量水,开动搅拌,加入含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、CMC、消泡剂、润滑剂、聚异氰酸酯,在低速搅拌条件下搅拌20min,形成连接层涂布液待用;
所述连接层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯:88份、CMC:2份、消泡剂:1份、润滑剂:2份、聚异氰酸酯:7份;
(3)发色层涂布液制备:在发色层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、消泡剂、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚、增感剂研磨液、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷研磨液、润湿剂,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、二氧化硅研磨液、润滑剂、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷研磨液、己二酸二酰肼,继续低速搅拌20min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
所述发色层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂0.6份、消泡剂:0.4、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚:30份、增感剂:2份、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷:10份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇:18份、二氧化硅研磨液:19份、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷:16份、己二酸二酰肼:1份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:2份;
(4)保护层涂布液制备:在保护层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、二氧化硅研磨液、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、润湿剂、润滑剂、己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成保护层涂布液待用;
所述保护涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂:0.8份、二氧化硅研磨液:8.2份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液:74份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:12份、己二酸二酰肼:3.5份、消泡剂:0.5份。
(5)将各涂层涂布液分别打入涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在纸张基材上方依次涂布连接层、发色层及保护层,所述连接层的涂布量为0.5-1.5 g/m2,所述发色层的涂布量为4.0-5.5 g/m2,所述保护层的涂布量为1.5-2.5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光,40℃下熟化6天,分切成成品。
对使用上述方法生产的实施例1中的成品进行检测,检测数据如表1:

从表1中可以看出,该BOPP热敏膜产品具有极强的涂层牢固性能,在95℃热水中涂层亦能保持牢固,底色保持良好,条码文字可清晰识别。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐热水BOPP热敏膜,其特征在于,包括BOPP基膜、连接层、发色层和保护层,所述BOPP基膜的上方依次设置有连接层、发色层、保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜,其特征在于,所述BOPP基膜的下方设置有可剥离胶层和底纸,BOPP基膜通过可剥离胶层与底纸相粘接。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜,其特征在于,所述保护层的上方涂布有硅油层。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用两面光面或一光一亚的BOPP膜为涂布基材,定量为55—65g/m2
(2)连接层涂布液制备:在配料罐中加入适量水,开动搅拌,加入含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、消泡剂、润滑剂、聚异氰酸酯,在低速搅拌条件下搅拌20min,形成连接层涂布液待用;
(3)发色层涂布液制备:在发色层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、消泡剂、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚、增感剂研磨液、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷研磨液、润湿剂,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、轻质碳酸钙研磨液或二氧化硅研磨液、润滑剂、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷研磨液、己二酸二酰肼,继续低速搅拌20min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
(4)保护层涂布液制备:在保护层配料罐中加水,开动搅拌,加入分散剂、二氧化硅研磨液、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液、润湿剂、润滑剂、己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成保护层涂布液待用;
将各涂层涂布液分别打入涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在纸张基材上方依次涂布连接层、发色层及保护层,所述连接层的涂布量为0.5-1.5 g/m2,所述发色层的涂布量为4.0-5.5 g/m2,所述保护层的涂布量为1.5-2.5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光,在40℃下熟化6天,分切成成品。
5.如权利要求4所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述连接层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯:88—90份、CMC:2份、消泡剂:1份、润滑剂:2份、聚异氰酸酯:5—7份。
6.如权利要求4所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述发色层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂0.6份、消泡剂:0.4、显色剂二(4-羟基苯基)砜单烯丙基醚:30份、增感剂:2—5份、安定剂1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁苯基)丁烷:8—10份、粘结剂碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇:18—20份、轻质碳酸钙研磨液:17份、二氧化硅研磨液:19份、无色染料2-苯氨基-3-甲基-6-二丁氨基荧烷:15—16份、己二酸二酰肼:1份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:2份。
7.如权利要求4所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述保护涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:
分散剂:0.8份、二氧化硅研磨液:8.2—12.2份、碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇胶液:70—74份、润湿剂:1份、润滑剂:12份、己二酸二酰肼:3.5份、消泡剂:0.5份。
8.如权利要求4或5所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述连接层的含羟基自交联丙烯酸酯,其羟基含量(基于固体分)≥1%;聚异氰酸酯NCO含量≥15%。
9.如权利要求4或6所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述发色层的无色染料、显色剂、安定剂、增感剂的研磨粒径Dv50≤0.5μm。
10.如权利要求5至7任一所述的耐热水BOPP热敏膜的制造方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂,润湿剂为辛基酚乙氧基化物,分散剂为聚合丙烯酸钠盐,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌。
