技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗耳鸣、耳聋的内用中药制剂，属于中药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
耳鸣、耳聋是都是听觉异常的病症，耳鸣是病人自觉耳内鸣响，或如蝉鸣，或如风吹，妨碍听觉；耳聋是病人主观感觉或客观检查发现不同程度的听力减退，甚至失听。轻者听音不真，重者听力完全丧失。耳鸣、耳聋是耳科疾病的两个症状，往往同时存在，病因基本一致。外因风热侵袭，暴震外伤；内因肝火上扰清窍、痰热壅结耳敲，或脾肾虚弱、气血乏源、耳窍失养所致。耳鸣除出现于耳科疾病外，亦可出现于内、外、神经、精神等科疾病之中，但不耳聋。治疗可分别施以疏风散邪、清热泻火、化痰通窍，或健脾益气、补肾益精等方法。西医认为本病是主要是耳部的疾病如外耳疾病：外耳道炎、耵聍栓塞、外耳异物等，中耳的急慢性炎症、鼓膜穿孔、耳硬化症及内耳的美尼尔氏综合症、听神经瘤，都能引起耳鸣。其它一些全身性疾病也能引起耳鸣耳聋，如植物神经紊乱、脑供血缺乏、中风前期、高血压、低血压、贫血、糖尿病、营养不良，60岁以上人耳鸣发病率高达30%。主要原因是随年龄的增长，听觉神经系统的退行性变所致。治疗上常采用抗生素杀菌消炎、手术等治疗方案，虽能见效快，但痛苦大、易复发，且医疗费用高。虽然市场上出现了许多治疗耳鸣、耳聋的中成药，但治疗效果不理想，且治疗费用也比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗耳鸣、耳聋的内用中药制剂，具有见效快、复发率低、毒副作用少的功效。
本发明所述的治疗耳鸣、耳聋的内用中药制剂，由以下重量配比的原料制成：路路通18g，菊花20g，煅磁石15g，柴胡10g，葛根20g，山药15g,川穹10g,甘草6g；
所述制剂的制备方法如下：将配比量的路路通、菊花、煅磁石、柴胡、葛根、山药、川穹、甘草，浸泡高压煎煮1h后用纱布袋进行过滤，冷却后即得制剂。
药理分析：路路通祛风活络，利水通经；菊花用于疔疮痈肿，目赤肿痛，头痛眩晕；煅磁石肝潜阳、安神镇惊、聪耳明目、纳气平喘、主眩晕、目花、耳聋、耳鸣、惊悸失眠、肾虚喘逆；柴胡解表和里、升阳、疏肝解郁调经；葛根有扩张冠脉血管和改善心肌缺血缺氧状态的作用；山药健脾，补肺，固肾，益精；川穹活血行气，祛风止痛；甘草补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
临床药理实验表明，磁石的药理作用：
1.对血液系统的影响：用超分散磁铁微粒(ul-trodispersed ferromagneticparticles)大小为0.2-1μm以50mg/kg给大鼠静脉注射后，可使动物血液中血红蛋白水平、红细胞和白细胞数增加，血液凝固时间延长及血浆纤维蛋白分解活性增加，同时中性粒细胞吞噬反应增加。但是，同样大小的磁石微粒(magnetite particles)以50mg/kg静脉注射，不出现上述变化，仅能增加中性粒细胞吞噬功能活性。
2.镇静、抗惊厥作用：磁石炮制后镇静及抗惊厥作用明显增强。炮制后100%磁石溶液15g/kg给小鼠灌胃，能显着延长异戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间。对士的宁引起的小鼠惊厥有对抗作用，使惊厥潜伏期明显延长。
3.体内过程 磁石微粒(Magnetite，Fe3O4)直径在0.1-0.5μm之间，用99mTc和111In标记磁石，在电镜和Mossbaner分光镜下识别，当这些磁石微粒注入大鼠体内后，主要聚集于肝和肺两脏器。
使用方法：每天煎熬两次，早晚饭后服用，连续用药90天即可治愈。
临床疗效观察：
应用本发明的中药制剂，治疗急性耳鸣、耳聋30例，慢性耳鸣、耳聋70例，这100例患者中，年龄最小的46岁，最大的75岁，均伴有严重的耳鸣、耳聋症状。
治疗情况如下：
治疗方法：每日空腹口服，一日两次，30天为1个疗程；
诊断标准：参照《实用耳鼻喉科学》和国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中相关诊断标准拟定：症状：耳鸣、耳聋减退或者消失，且多伴有头痛、头晕、头胀；；③辅助检查；根据病情部分病例做柯、华氏X线片检查；排除耳部其他病变。
疗效标准：参照《实用耳鼻喉科学》和国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》拟定：
显效：服药30d后耳鸣耳聋等症状消失，体征明显改善，明显减少或消失，耳窦X线片改善；
有效：症状明显好转，体征有所改善。无效 ：症状和体征无明显改善。
治疗结果：有效97例，无效3例，有效率为97%；
副作用：，使用期间未发现任何不适的副作用。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明的中药制剂诸药配伍，清热泻火、健脾益气，治疗耳鸣、耳聋类疾病效果显著，疗效明显，且未曾发现明显的毒副作用，用药方便，配方药材价廉、易得。

1.一种治疗耳鸣、耳聋的内用中药制剂，其特征在于：
（1）由以下重量配比的原料制成：路路通18g，菊花20g，煅磁石15g，柴胡10g，葛根20g，山药15g,川穹10g,甘草6g；
（2）制备方法如下：将配比量的路路通、菊花、煅磁石、柴胡、葛根、山药、川穹、甘草高压煎煮1h后用纱布袋进行过滤，冷却后即得制剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗耳鸣、耳聋的外用中药制剂，其特征在于：由以下重量配比的原料制成：路路通18g，菊花20g，煅磁石15g，柴胡10g，葛根20g，山药15g,川穹10g,甘草6g；
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗耳鸣、耳聋的外用中药制剂。
