Abstract

Description
发明的技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚子轴承,该轴承包括同心布置的外圈和内圈,以及一组置于所述外圈和内圈之间且与所述外圈和内圈所提供的滚道相接触的滚动元件。
发明的背景技术
在某些应用场合中,轴承受截面高度的限制,并需承受较高的轴向负荷和径向负荷。以前采用滚针轴承和球轴承组合的方式来解决这一问题。滚针轴承用来承受大部分的径向负荷而球轴承用来承受轴向负荷。但是,这种解决方式存在的缺点是费用十分昂贵,而且迫使设计者必须限定轴承的轴向负荷和/或增加轴承的截面高度来提高球轴承的承载能力。
美国专利US 2,251,555披露了一种无摩擦滚子轴承,其具体结构为:包括一个细长的圆柱体,在圆柱体的圆周面上有多个轴向彼此间隔而周向延伸的V形槽,V形槽之间的圆柱表面是沿所述圆柱体周向和轴向都弯曲的轮廓面,所述圆柱体的两端与V形槽的起点相连接;在靠近圆柱表面一端的内缘,即在靠近圆周的所述滚子的端面处设置一个挡圈。上述发明和本发明的一个主要区别是美国专利US 2,251,555所披露的轴承不能承受轴向负荷。上述发明的主要目的是通过减少摩擦接触面积来减小摩擦。而没有涉及轴承能否承受轴向负荷。
美国专利US 2,266,888披露了一种抗摩轴承。该轴承包括一个在承载区域的整个长度范围内具有环形波纹沟槽的轴颈;一个同样在承载面的整个长度范围内具有与轴颈沟槽相对应的波纹沟槽的,且与轴颈相配的外壳;以及一组位于两个承载面之间彼此间隔设置的滚子,在其整个承载长度上分布有与轴颈和外壳承载面上的沟槽相似的环形沟槽,并与两者相匹配承受负载,在滚子、轴颈和外壳上的所述环形沟槽具有凸状侧面,在两个相对的环形沟槽之间,所述环形沟槽的顶部和底部的中点处是一个接触限制区。该轴承还包括可使滚子保持彼此间隔的装置,该装置包括设于滚子每端的齿轮以及分别设于轴颈和外壳上并与滚子每端的齿轮相啮合的齿轮。就象美国专利2,251,555一样,本发明和美国专利2,266,888的主要区别是上述专利所披露的轴承不用于承受轴向负荷。上述发明的主要目的是提供一个减少摩擦阻力的轴承。在上述发明中也没有涉及轴承是否可承受轴向负荷。
发明概述
本发明提供一种滚子轴承,包括同心配置的内圈和外圈,以及一组置于所述内圈和外圈之间,并与所述内圈和外圈所提供的滚道相接触的滚动元件,其中,所述座圈上设有相互平行的沟槽,每条所述沟槽均位于所述内圈和外圈的旋转面上并沿整个圆周表面延伸,且与所述内圈和外圈相互对应,并与所述沟槽相对应的所述滚动元件的凸缘相互啮合,所述凸缘沿所述滚动元件的整个圆周表面延伸,在所述内圈和外圈上的任意两条相邻布置的沟槽之间以及在所述滚动元件的两个相邻的凸缘之间存在一个不同的距离Δ,以在所述轴承上产生一定的内部预负荷。

最佳实施方式
在图1所示的滚子轴承局部剖视图中,轴承1由同心布置的轴承外圈和内圈2、3以及一组滚动元件4构成。在图1中只显示了其中一个滚动元件。滚动元件4布置在内圈和外圈2、3之间,并与内圈和外圈2、3所提供的滚道相接触。座圈上设有彼此相互平行的沟槽5、6。每条沟槽5、6均布置在内圈和外圈2、3的旋转面上,并沿整个圆周表面延伸。沟槽5、6与所述的内圈和外圈2、3相互对应,并且与其相对应的所述滚动元件4的凸缘7相互啮合。凸缘7沿滚动元件4的整个圆周表面延伸。
在另一个实施例中,在内圈和外圈2、3上的两条任意相邻配置的沟槽5、6之间以及在滚动元件4的两个相邻配置的凸缘7之间存在一略微不同的距离Δ,以使轴承1上产生一定的内部预负荷。该预负荷的目的就是减小轴向和径向间隙。产生该距离Δ的一种方法是在内圈和外圈2、3两者之一或两者的旋转面上配置至少一个衬垫元件,该衬垫元件的数量和厚度可根据所要求的预负荷或使用情况而确定。产生该距离Δ的另外一种方法是在至少一个滚动元件4上设置至少一个衬垫元件。
此外,内圈和外圈2、3上的沟槽5、6的形状由预定半径RW决定,其形状与滚动元件4的凸缘7的形状相对应。至少一个滚动元件4的凸缘7的形状由预定半径RW确定。应当注意,凸缘7的外形大小不必相同,也就是说,滚动元件4的一个端部的凸缘与滚动元件4中部的凸缘不必具有相同的形状。当然,这就要求相对应的沟槽作相应的调整。但是,出于实用目的,所有预定半径通常都取为同样的大小。本发明的另一个可供选择的实施方案是所述轴承还包括一个用来引导和分隔滚动元件4并可提供足够润滑的保持架。润滑脂最好置于此保持架中。
Claims (5)
1.一种滚子轴承(1),包括同心配置的内圈和外圈(2,3),以及一组置于所述内圈和外圈(2,3)之间,并与所述内圈和外圈(2,3)所提供的滚道相接触的滚动元件(4),其中,所述座圈上设有相互平行的沟槽(5,6),每条所述沟槽(5、6)均位于所述内圈和外圈(2,3)的旋转面上并沿整个圆周表面延伸,且与所述内圈和外圈(2,3)相互对应,并与所述沟槽(5,6)相对应的所述滚动元件(4)的凸缘(7)相互啮合,所述凸缘(7)沿所述滚动元件(4)的整个圆周表面延伸,其特征在于:在所述内圈和外圈(2,3)上的任意两条相邻布置的沟槽(5,6)之间以及在所述滚动元件(4)的两个相邻的凸缘(7)之间存在一个不同的距离(Δ),以在所述轴承(1)上产生一定的内部预负荷。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述不同的距离(Δ)是通过在所述内圈和外圈(2,3)两者之一或两者的旋转面上设置的至少一个衬垫元件来产生的,以在所述轴承(1)上产生一定的内部预负荷。
3.如权利要求1所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述不同的距离(Δ)是通过至少在一个所述滚动元件(4)上设置至少一个衬垫元件来产生的。
4.如权利要求1所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈和外圈(2,3)上的所述沟槽(5,6)的形状由预定半径(RW)确定,至少一个滚动元件(4)上相应的所述凸缘(7)的形状由预定半径(RW)确定,所有的预定半径(RW)均相等。
5.如上述任一权利要求所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于:在所述轴承上还设置保持架,用来引导和分隔所述滚动元件(4)并提供足够润滑。
