The artificial quartz plate with simulated nepheline patterns prepared by the embodiment has the nepheline patterns with hierarchical changes, the nepheline distribution is fine, the penetration of dry powder on a surface layer is more, the color is close to that of rust, the artificial quartz plate is more suitable for polishing the effect of a dermatoglyph surface, the Mohs hardness of the plate reaches 6.3 grade, the surface is compact, and the permeability resistance is high.

Claims (8)

1. The preparation method of the artificial quartz plate with the imitated nepheline patterns is characterized in that the quartz plate comprises a material A, a material B and dry powder, wherein the weight ratio of the material A to the material B is 1: 0.7-1.1; the material A and the material B both comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of 40-100 mesh quartz sand, 10-20 parts of 70-120 mesh quartz sand, 30-45 parts of 325-400 mesh quartz powder, 0.23-0.4 part of inorganic pigment, 0.15-0.20 part of silane coupling agent, 15-20 parts of unsaturated polyester resin and 0.17-0.22 part of curing agent; the inorganic pigment in the material A is different from the inorganic pigment in the material B; the dry powder is 1.5-2.3 parts by weight, and comprises inorganic pigment, quartz sand of 70-120 meshes, quartz powder of 400 meshes, a curing agent and a coupling agent, wherein the adding proportion is 2.43:33.33:50: 1;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, material preparation: preparing a material A, a material B and dry powder in a stirring and mixing mode;
s2, material distribution: taking a material A and a material B according to a ratio, dividing the material A and the material B into three parts, firstly spreading one part of the material B in a die frame, then distributing one part of the material A on a plurality of points of the die frame, rotationally mixing the material A and the material B, scraping, prepressing, then scattering dry powder on the surface, covering one part of the material B and one part of the material A on the dry powder in sequence after scattering the dry powder, and finally distributing the third part of the material A and the third part of the material B on the surface after mixing;
s3, pressing: after the material distribution is finished, performing vibration pressing molding on the material by pressing equipment under a vacuum condition;
s4, thermal curing: after vibration pressing, the mixture enters curing equipment for curing;
s5, polishing in a fixed thickness: after solidification, placing at normal temperature until cooling is completed, then entering a plate thickness setting machine for thickness setting, and polishing by a water mill polishing device.

The method for preparing the imitation nepheline grain artificial quartz plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the inorganic pigments comprise three of iron oxide black, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, carbon black and titanium dioxide, and the compositions and the proportions of the inorganic pigments in the material A, the material B and the dry powder are different.

The method for preparing imitation nepheline grain artificial quartz plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the step S1 specifically comprises the following steps: weighing the components in the material A according to the proportion, premixing quartz sand and quartz powder in the material A in a stirring cylinder, then pouring unsaturated polyester resin mixed with a curing agent, a silane coupling agent and an inorganic pigment into the stirring cylinder for mixing, uniformly stirring to obtain the material A, and preparing the material B in the same step; weighing the components in the dry powder according to the proportion, mixing uniformly and sieving.
