发明内容

应注意,一旦阀允许气流,加压气体就从加压(例如CO2)源流向气体出口,以供与阀相关联或连接的设备使用。由于气体通常以较高的压力储存在气源(例如加压气体容器)内,因此通过阀的气流通常会导致压力突然降低,从而导致气体突然膨胀。这种膨胀通常是吸热的,因此伴随着气体出口处的温度下降。为了最小化或防止在气体出口处形成水冷凝物或冰,在一个实施例中,阀可以还包括安装在气体出口处或与气体出口相关联的防冻模块。这种防冻模块通常由具有高导热性的材料制成,例如金属或合金,并且通常设计成具有大的表面积,例如多孔的,因此破坏通过气体出口的气流,从而降低气体膨胀速率并防止形成冷凝物。

10.一种水碳酸化系统,其特征在于,所述水碳酸化系统包括:
在水源和碳酸化单元之间的水流系统;
在加压二氧化碳源和碳酸化单元之间的气流系统,其中水和二氧化碳相结合以产生碳酸水;和
根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的气阀,其中,
所述液体管道设置在水流系统中并构成水流系统的一部分,以引导水流通过所述管道从水源流到碳酸化单元,并且其中
所述气体通道设置在气流系统中并构成气流系统的一部分,使得二氧化碳通过所述气体通道从所述加压二氧化碳源流到碳酸化单元;由此
通过所述管道的水流引起液体腔室内静压的变化,从而引起活塞的位移,以允许气体与水流同时流入碳酸化单元。
11.根据权利要求10所述的水碳酸化系统,包括在所述水流系统中所述液体管道上游的液体流量控制阀,由此打开所述阀以允许水流过所述管道而增大所述水腔室内的静压,从而使所述活塞从其第一位置位移到其第二位置。
