Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In order to solve the problems that the service life of the existing vehicle battery is long in use time, the service life of the vehicle battery cannot be detected in the use process of the vehicle battery, and the use experience of a user is poor, on one hand, the invention provides a service life early warning method of the vehicle battery.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating main steps of a life warning method of a vehicle battery according to the present invention. The early warning method of the vehicle battery mainly comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a first time length for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from a first voltage value to a second voltage value.
And S200, comparing the first time length with the reference time length.
And S300, selectively sending out early warning information according to the comparison result.
The determination process of the reference time length comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the vehicle battery is in a preset state, acquiring a second time length for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from the first voltage value to a second voltage value, and determining the reference time length according to the second time length.
The service life early warning method of the vehicle battery can compare the first time length with the reference time length and selectively send out early warning information according to the comparison result by detecting the first time length for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from the first voltage value to the second voltage value in the using process of the vehicle battery, the service life detection and early warning of the vehicle battery are convenient, the normal use of the vehicle is not influenced, the problem that the daily use of the vehicle is influenced because the traditional battery service life detection process and the battery normal use process cannot be carried out simultaneously is solved, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
In existing trucks, the truck is configured with two sets of air conditioning systems. Wherein, a set of air conditioning system comprises a vehicle-mounted integral air conditioner which is driven by an engine so as to adjust the environmental temperature in a cab in the driving process; the other set of air conditioning system comprises a parking air conditioner, wherein the parking air conditioner is powered by a vehicle battery on the truck, and when the truck is in a parking state, the engine is in an idling state or a flameout state, and at the moment, the parking air conditioner is used for adjusting the ambient temperature in the cab. The method for warning the life of the vehicle battery according to the present invention will be described with reference to a parking air conditioner.
Vehicle batteries on trucks are used to power electrical equipment such as parking air conditioners, ignition devices, lighting devices, etc. During the use process of the parking air conditioner, the output voltage of the vehicle battery is detected in real time, timing is started when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is at a first voltage value, the timing is ended along with the continuous power supply of the vehicle battery when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is reduced to a second voltage value, a first time length used for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from the first voltage value to the second voltage value is obtained, and then the first time length is compared with a reference time length. If the first time length is less than the reference time length, the early warning information is sent out to prompt the user that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree, so that the user can timely perform corresponding processing on the vehicle battery. And if the first time length is more than or equal to the reference time length, not sending early warning information or sending information that the service life of the vehicle battery is normal.
Under the condition that the vehicle battery is in a preset state, such as during the first use of the parking air conditioner, the output voltage of the vehicle battery is detected in real time, timing is started when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is at a first voltage value, with the continuous power supply of the vehicle battery, the timing is ended when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is reduced to a second voltage value, a second time length for reducing the output voltage of the vehicle battery from the first voltage value to the second voltage value is obtained, and the second time length is multiplied by a preset coefficient to obtain a reference time length. Preferably, n second time periods are acquired during n (n-2, 3, 4 …) previous uses of the parking air conditioner, and an average value of the n second time periods is calculated and multiplied by a preset coefficient to obtain the reference time period. Although there may be a situation that the vehicle battery supplies power to other electric devices in the process of acquiring the first duration, the power of the parking air conditioner is large, and the influence of the electric quantity used by other electric devices on the acquired first duration is not large and can be ignored.
In the process of using the vehicle battery for the first n times (n is 2, 3 and 4 …), n second time lengths are obtained, the average value of the n second time lengths is calculated and multiplied by a preset proportional coefficient to obtain a reference time length, errors can be reduced, the accuracy of the reference time length is improved, and therefore the accuracy of the service life early warning of the vehicle electric car is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the "first use process of the parking air conditioner" is an exemplary description, and those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed to suit a specific application, such as during the second use of the parking air conditioner, or during the third use of the parking air conditioner, etc., as long as the service life of the vehicle battery is substantially the same as the service life of the vehicle battery when the vehicle battery is shipped from the factory.

Preferably, the reference duration comprises a first reference duration, the warning information comprises first warning information, and the first warning information is information which enables a user to know and maintain the vehicle battery. If the first time length is less than the first reference time length, first early warning information is sent out to remind a user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing to be maintained, so that the user can maintain the vehicle battery in time, the condition that the vehicle battery is not maintained in time and aging of the vehicle battery is aggravated is avoided, and the power supply requirement of the electric equipment cannot be normally met, and the use experience of the user is influenced.
In one possible embodiment, the reference duration includes a second reference duration, and the warning information includes second warning information, where the second warning information is information that enables a user to know and replace a vehicle battery. If the first time length is less than the second reference time length, second early warning information is sent out to remind a user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing to be replaced, so that the user can replace the vehicle battery in time, and the problem that the battery electric quantity of the vehicle battery is reduced normally and sharply and the vehicle cannot be ignited and started due to the fact that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree in a certain using process of the vehicle in the near term due to the fact that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the reference duration includes a first reference duration and a second reference duration, the warning information includes a first warning information and a second warning information, the first warning information is information that enables a user to know and maintain the vehicle battery, and the second warning information is information that enables the user to know and replace the vehicle battery. And the second reference time length is smaller than the first reference time length. Step S200 specifically includes comparing the first time length with the first reference time length and the second reference time length. Step S300 specifically includes: when the first time length is longer than or equal to the first reference time length, no early warning information is sent out; when the first time length is less than the first reference time length and is more than or equal to the second reference time length, sending first early warning information to remind a user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing maintenance, so that the user can maintain the vehicle battery in time; and when the first time length is less than the second reference time length, sending second early warning information to remind the user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing to be replaced, so that the user can replace the vehicle battery in time.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the reference time period includes a first reference time period and a second reference time period, and the warning information includes a first warning information and a second warning information, which are only one specific implementation, and those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed, so as to adapt to specific application occasions, for example, the reference time length may include three or more different reference time lengths, the warning information includes a corresponding number of different warning information, and specifically, if the reference time length comprises a first reference time length, a second reference time length and a third reference time length, the early warning information comprises first early warning information, second early warning information and third early warning information, the first early warning information is information which enables a user to know and simply maintain the vehicle battery, the second early warning information is information which enables the user to know and professionally maintain the vehicle battery, and the third early warning information is information which enables the user to know and replace the vehicle battery. When the first time length is more than or equal to the reference time length, no early warning information is sent out; when the first time length is less than the reference time length and is equal to or more than the reference time length two, first early warning information is sent out, so that a user can conveniently and simply maintain the vehicle battery in time, such as cleaning dirt on an electrode column of the vehicle battery, adding distilled water and the like; when the first time length is less than the second reference time length and is more than or equal to the third reference time length, second early warning information is sent out, so that a user can timely send the vehicle battery to a professional maintenance place for professional maintenance; and when the first time length is less than the third reference time length, sending third early warning information so that a user can replace the vehicle battery in time.
Preferably, the first voltage value is a voltage of the vehicle battery in a full state, and the second voltage value is an ignition protection voltage of the vehicle battery. Because the voltage value of the vehicle battery is not changed in a large range in the using process, the difference value between the measured first voltage and the measured second voltage is relatively large through the arrangement, the first voltage value and the second voltage value can be accurately measured, the first duration closer to the actual value is obtained, and therefore the accuracy of the service life early warning is further improved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above arrangement is merely a preferred embodiment and that those skilled in the art will be able to adapt it as necessary to suit a particular application, for example, the first voltage value is the voltage of the vehicle battery at full charge, and the second voltage value is any voltage between the ignition protection voltage and the voltage at full charge; the first voltage value may be any voltage between the ignition protection voltage and the voltage in the full charge state, and the second voltage value may be the ignition protection voltage; the first voltage value and the second voltage value may be two different voltages between the ignition protection voltage and the voltage in the full-charge state.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a service life early warning system of the vehicle battery, and the service life early warning system comprises: a timing module configured to be able to acquire a first period of time for which an output voltage of a vehicle battery decreases from a first voltage value to a second voltage value; a comparison module configured to compare the first time length with a reference time length; the early warning module is configured to selectively send out early warning information according to the comparison result; the determination process of the reference time length comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the vehicle battery is in a preset state, acquiring a second time length for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from the first voltage value to a second voltage value, and determining the reference time length according to the second time length.
Preferably, the early warning module selectively sends out early warning information according to the comparison result by: and if the first time length is less than the reference time length, sending out early warning information.
Further preferably, the reference duration includes a first reference duration, the warning information includes first warning information, the first warning information is information that enables a user to know and maintain the vehicle battery, and the comparison module is configured to compare the first duration with the first reference duration. The early warning module selectively sends out early warning information according to the comparison result in the following modes: if the first time length is less than the first reference time length, first early warning information is sent out to remind a user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing to be maintained, so that the user can maintain the vehicle battery in time, the condition that the vehicle battery is not maintained in time and aging of the vehicle battery is aggravated is avoided, and the power supply requirement of the electric equipment cannot be normally met, and the use experience of the user is influenced.
In one possible embodiment, the reference duration includes a second reference duration, the warning information includes second warning information, the second warning information is information that enables a user to know and replace a vehicle battery, and the comparison module is configured to compare the first duration with the second reference duration. The early warning module selectively sends out early warning information according to the comparison result in the following modes: if the first time length is smaller than the second reference time length, second early warning information is sent out to remind a user that the service life of the vehicle battery reaches a node needing to be replaced, so that the user can replace the vehicle battery in time, and the problem that the battery power of the vehicle battery is reduced normally and sharply and the vehicle cannot be ignited and started due to the fact that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree in the short-term use process of the vehicle due to the fact that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree is avoided.
In another preferred embodiment, the reference duration includes a first reference duration and a second reference duration, the first reference duration is greater than the second reference duration, the warning information includes first warning information and second warning information, the first warning information is information that enables a user to know and maintain the vehicle battery, and the second warning information is information that enables the user to know and replace the vehicle battery. The comparison module is configured to compare the first time length with the first reference time length and the second reference time length, and the early warning module selectively sends out early warning information according to the comparison result in the following way: if the first time length is less than the first reference time length and more than or equal to the second reference time length, first early warning information is sent out; and if the first time length is less than the second reference time length, sending out second early warning information.
Further preferably, the first voltage value is a voltage of the vehicle battery in a full state, and the second voltage value is an ignition protection voltage of the vehicle battery. Through such setting, the difference between the measured first voltage and the second voltage is relatively big, can measure first voltage value and second voltage value comparatively accurately, obtains the first time length that is closer to actual value to further improve life-span early warning's accuracy.
Preferably, the vehicle is provided with a parking air conditioner to which the vehicle battery is able to distribute power, the timing module obtaining a first period of time for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to drop from a first voltage value to a second voltage value by: during use of the parking air conditioner, a first period of time taken for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to drop from a first voltage value to a second voltage value is acquired. The determination process of the reference time length is as follows: acquiring a second time period for the output voltage of the vehicle battery to drop from the first voltage value to a second voltage value under the condition that the vehicle battery is in a preset state and during the use of the parking air conditioner; and determining the reference time length according to the second time length. Through the arrangement, relevant parameters of the vehicle battery can be conveniently judged in the using process of the parking air conditioner according to the relevant parameters, the service life state of the vehicle battery is judged, early warning information is selectively sent out, and a user is reminded to carry out corresponding processing.
