Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种研磨盘。
这种研磨盘由实践中已知,且适合于对各种不同材料的材料表面予以研磨,即用于平面地剥蚀材料。该研磨盘包括盘形的基体,基体具有可面向磨具的磨具侧面和可面向工件的工件侧面。基体包括被旋转轴线贯穿的中央的凹口,用来直接地或间接地连接磨具的驱动轴。基体还包括盘形的设置在磨具侧面上的支持层、至少一个研磨层和在相邻的层之间的分隔层。
目前已知的研磨盘由多个研磨层构成,这些研磨层包括由酚醛树脂和研磨颗粒构成的混合物,其中,可以给该混合物混合有各种不同的填充物和添加剂。也已知的是,这些层借助分隔层彼此分开,从而沿着旋转轴线交替地布置研磨层和分隔层。
也已知具有由不同材料构成的层的研磨盘。由此可以通过在不同研磨层中的不同的研磨混合物根据应用或研磨工艺进行不同的适配。
然而,目前已知的研磨盘在相邻的不同材料层与所用的玻璃布层之间没有令人满意的接合。此外,目前已知的研磨盘不够坚固和/或坚硬。
本发明的目的在于,提出开篇所述类型的研磨盘,其特点在于改善的结构,并且特别是具有在相邻的不同材料层之间的改善的接合以及具有改善的强度和/或刚度。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的研磨盘得以实现。
根据本发明的研磨盘包括盘形的基体,基体带有可面向磨具的磨具侧面和可面向工件的工件侧面。基体包括:被旋转轴线贯穿的中央的凹口,用来直接地或间接地连接磨具的驱动轴;盘形的并且设置在磨具侧面上的支持层;至少一个研磨层;和在相邻的层之间的分隔层。这种意义下的相邻层是指在设置有多个研磨层的情况下的相邻的研磨层,以及是指一个研磨层和与其相邻的支持层。本发明的研磨盘的特征尤其在于,支持层由材料混合物构成,该材料混合物没有促进研磨的添加物,并且该材料混合物包括至少一种矿物质的添加物。
由此保证了在不包括促进研磨的添加物的支持层与包括促进研磨的添加物的研磨层之间的良好的接合。此外,可以保证与玻璃布的良好接合,以及保证合适的强度和/或刚度。本发明的研磨盘的优点尤其通过如下方式来实现,支持层没有促进研磨的添加物,并且只满足支撑功能。为了实现该功能,适宜采用非常特殊的矿物质添加物。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的一种优选的实施方式中,矿物质添加物可以是玄武岩、石英砂、钙硅石、硅酸铝和/或高岭土。至少一个支持层的混合物也可以包括来自该组的不同的添加物。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,矿物质添加物可以具有至少为2、优选介于7和9之间的莫氏硬度。特别地,添加物的硬度越高,由此就越能保证研磨盘的高强度。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,矿物质添加物具有30~1000μm、优选200~500μm的颗粒尺寸。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,矿物质添加物的颗粒用包括甲阶酚醛树脂-/酚醛树脂清漆-混合物的酚醛树脂系包覆。甲阶酚醛树脂是可融的可溶性酚醛塑料,其含有反应性的羟甲基,并且在酚与甲醛缩合时在碱性条件下产生。在此,各苯环通过亚甲基以及通过醚桥相互连接。酚醛树脂清漆是甲醛-酚醛-比例小于1:1的酚醛树脂,其通过离析物的酸性缩合而得到。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,甲阶酚醛树脂具有1000~5000mPa·s、优选1200~3500mPa·s的粘稠度。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,酚醛树脂清漆具有含量为至少9%(体积)、优选12~16%(体积)的六甲撑四胺,且具有15~35mm、优选17~26mm的流动长度。此外,所述酚醛树脂清漆可以是改性的酚醛树脂清漆。
在根据本发明的研磨盘的另一种优选的实施方式中,可以给酚醛树脂清漆添加附加的规定量的其它添加物和/或不到20%(体积)的添加剂。

根据本发明的研磨盘的一个实施例在附图中示意性地简化地示出,并将在后续说明中予以详述。
唯一的附图所示为本发明的研磨盘的剖视图。
该图中示出的研磨盘1具有盘形的基体3,该基体带有层式结构和外直径a。基体3具有可面向磨具的磨具侧面13和可面向工件的工件侧面12。基体3包括中央的凹口2,该凹口被旋转轴线5贯穿。旋转轴线5位于研磨盘1的旋转中心。在凹口2中设置了插入件4,用于把研磨盘1固定在磨具的驱动轴上。在研磨盘的面向磨具的磨具侧面13上设置了支持层6。
支持层6包括混合物,该混合物没有促进研磨的添加物,但包括至少一种矿物性的添加物。该矿物性的添加物可以是玄武岩、石英砂、钙硅石、硅酸铝和/或高岭土。至少一个支持层的混合物也可以包括来自该组的不同的添加物。该添加物还可以具有至少为2、优选介于7和9之间的莫氏硬度。添加物的颗粒尺寸可以介于30和1000μm之间,优选介于200~500μm之间。添加物的颗粒可以用酚醛树脂系包覆,其中,该酚醛树脂系可以包括甲阶酚醛树脂-/酚醛树脂清漆-混合物。甲阶酚醛树脂可以具有1000~5000mPa·s、优选1200~3500mPa·s的粘稠度。酚醛树脂清漆可以具有含量为至少9%(体积)、优选12~16%(体积)的六甲撑四胺,且具有15~35mm、优选17~26mm的流动长度。此外,酚醛树脂清漆可以包括附加的规定量的其它添加物,和/或包括不到20%(体积)的添加剂。由此,支持层6具有高强度。该支持层也可以包括网状的内衬,以便进一步提高研磨盘1的稳固性。
研磨盘1还具有两个在轴线5的方向上层叠的、设置在工件侧面12上的研磨层8a、8b。这些研磨层8a、8b可以包括促进研磨的颗粒,比如常规棕刚玉及衍生物、蓝火刚玉、白刚玉、锆刚玉、碳化硅、陶瓷颗粒、粉刚玉和/或单晶氧化铝。此外,研磨层可以包括辅助的填充物,比如聚氟化铝、冰晶石、黄铁矿、方解石、钙硅石和/或石墨,它们可以与酚醛树脂系接合。由此形成了一种酚醛树脂-研磨颗粒混合物,其能与各种不同的填充物和添加剂混合。
在两个研磨层8a、8b之间,设置了分隔层,该分隔层被设计成玻璃布层10。在支持层6和与支持层6邻接的研磨层8a之间设置了另一玻璃布层10。这些玻璃布层10用作分隔层,并且用于加固研磨盘1。这些玻璃布层10从研磨盘1的外边缘15延伸到中央的凹口2,或者环形地包围中央的凹口2。
为了保证最佳地与磨具连接,把中央的凹口2设计成凹毂。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于处理材料表面的研磨盘,包括盘形的基体(3),该基体带有可面向磨具的磨具侧面(13)和可面向工件的工件侧面(12),其中,所述基体(3)包括:被旋转轴线(5)贯穿的中央的凹口(2),用来直接地或间接地连接所述磨具的驱动轴;盘形的设置在所述磨具侧面(13)上的支持层(6);和至少一个研磨层(8a、8b),其中,所述研磨层(8a、8b)包括研磨颗粒以及聚氟化铝和/或冰晶石和/或黄铁矿作为促进研磨的添加物,其中,所述支持层(6)由材料混合物构成,所述材料混合物没有所述促进研磨的添加物,并且所述材料混合物包括至少一种矿物质添加物,所述矿物质添加物是玄武岩和/或石英砂和/或硅酸铝。
2.如权利要求1所述的研磨盘,其特征在于,所述矿物质添加物具有至少为2的莫氏硬度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的研磨盘,其特征在于,所述矿物质添加物具有30~1000μm的颗粒尺寸。

8.如权利要求3所述的研磨盘,其特征在于分隔层,该分隔层是在相邻的层之间设置的玻璃布层(10)。

11.如权利要求5所述的研磨盘,其特征在于,所述甲阶酚醛树脂具有1200~3500mPa·s的粘稠度。
12.如权利要求4所述的研磨盘,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂清漆具有含量为12~16%(体积)的六甲撑四胺,且具有17~26mm的流动长度。
13.如权利要求4所述的研磨盘,其特征在于,给所述酚醛树脂清漆添加不到20%(体积)的添加剂。
