1. An automatic assembly line of a small five-hole socket comprises a rear seat feeding assembly mechanism (1), a terminal feeding installation mechanism, a gland installation mechanism (8), a protective door assembly installation mechanism (17) and a finished product output line (21) which are sequentially arranged along the production direction, and is characterized in that,
the automatic assembly line for the five-hole small sockets further comprises a circulating conveying line (10), at least one jig (11) flows on the circulating conveying line (10) in a circulating mode, and a first protective door mounting mechanism (12) used for embedding a first protective door (22) into the jig (11), a spring mounting mechanism (13) used for embedding a spring (23) into the jig (11), and a second protective door mounting mechanism (14) used for embedding a second protective door (24) into the jig (11) are sequentially arranged in the flowing direction of the circulating conveying line (10);
the automatic assembly line for the small five-hole socket further comprises a face cover installation mechanism (15), wherein the face cover installation mechanism (15) is respectively connected with the circulating conveying line (10) and the protective door assembly installation mechanism (17), a first protective door (22), a spring (23) and a second protective door (24) which are pre-positioned on the jig (11) are clamped, carried and installed in the face cover through a carrying mechanism to form a protective door assembly, the protective door assembly installation mechanism (17) assembles the protective door assembly onto a rear seat which is provided with the terminals and the gland and forms a socket finished product, and the socket finished product is output through the finished product output line (21);
the jig (11) comprises a jig block (26) and a sliding insert (27) which can move longitudinally and is assembled on the jig block (26), installation grooves for embedding the first protective door (22), the second protective door (24) and the spring (23) are formed in the upper surface of the jig block (26), and the step of assembling the first protective door (22), the second protective door (24) and the spring (23) on the jig (11) to form a protective door assembly semi-finished product comprises the following steps:
step one, a first protection door (22) is placed at a preassembly position in the installation groove;
secondly, placing the pre-pressed spring (23) into a pre-installation position in the installation groove, and clamping the spring (23) in a compressed state between the first protection door (22) and the sliding insert (27);
and thirdly, placing a second protective door (24) above the sliding insert (27) in the mounting groove, pressing down the second protective door (24) to drive the sliding insert (27) to move downwards, enabling one end of the spring (23) to slide into the second protective door (24) along with the downward movement of the sliding insert (27), and assembling the spring (23) in a compressed state with the first protective door (22) and the second protective door (24) into a whole in the mounting groove.

The automatic assembly line of small five-hole sockets according to claim 1, wherein the face cover mounting mechanism (15) further comprises a protective door turnover mechanism (16) for rotating the protective door assembly by 180 degrees, and the output end of the protective door turnover mechanism (16) engages the protective door assembly mounting mechanism (17).

The automatic assembly line of five-hole small sockets according to claim 1, wherein the terminal feeding and mounting mechanism comprises a left end assembly mechanism (2), a right end assembly mechanism (3) and a middle end assembly mechanism (6) which are sequentially arranged along the production direction, and the left end assembly mechanism (2), the right end assembly mechanism (3) and the middle end assembly mechanism (6) respectively comprise an arrangement output vibration disc for arranging and outputting the terminals one by one, a sensor for detecting the output of the terminals to the clamping station, and a gas claw for assembling the terminals to corresponding positions in the base.

The automatic assembly line of small five-hole sockets according to claim 1, wherein the spring mounting mechanism (13) comprises a spring aligner for sequentially conveying the springs (23) one by one into the conveying pipe, a cutting mechanism for individually separating adjacent springs (23), a clamp for taking out the springs (23) from the conveying pipe and mounting the springs onto the jig (11), a moving mechanism for driving the clamp to move in three dimensions, and the conveying pipe is closed at the end and is provided with an opening on one side for allowing one spring (23) to move out.

The automatic assembly line of small five-hole sockets according to claim 3, characterized in that a pressing assembly detection mechanism (4) is further disposed between the right end assembly mechanism (3) and the middle end assembly mechanism (6), the pressing assembly detection mechanism (4) comprises a pressure device capable of being lifted vertically, and a pressing plate of the pressure device can move downward and press on a rear seat on which the left terminal and the right terminal are assembled.

The automatic assembly line of five-jack socket according to claim 5, wherein a first conveyor belt (5) is further disposed between the pressing assembly detection mechanism (4) and the middle end assembly mechanism (6), two ends of the first conveyor belt (5) are respectively connected to the pressing assembly detection mechanism (4) and the middle end assembly mechanism (6), and the first conveyor belt (5) is provided with a first material pushing mechanism for picking out the defective products detected by the pressing assembly detection mechanism (4).

The automatic assembly line of five-hole small sockets according to claim 3 or 6, characterized in that a missing detection mechanism (7) is further disposed between the middle assembly mechanism (6) and the gland mounting mechanism (8), and the missing detection mechanism (7) includes three photoelectric sensors for automatically detecting the mounting state of the screws at the bottom of the three terminals.

The automatic assembly line of small five-hole sockets according to claim 7, wherein a second conveyor belt (9) is further disposed between the gland mounting mechanism (8) and the protection door assembly mounting mechanism (17), two ends of the second conveyor belt (9) are respectively engaged with the gland mounting mechanism (8) and the protection door assembly mounting mechanism (17), and a second pushing mechanism for picking out the defective products detected by the missing inspection mechanism (7) is disposed on the second conveyor belt (9).
9. The automated small five-hole jack assembly line of claim 1, wherein the step of assembling the protective door assembly semi-finished product into the jack finished product comprises:
step a, clamping and taking out the semi-finished product of the protective door assembly from a jig (11) by a clamping jaw of a carrying mechanism of the surface cover mounting mechanism (15), carrying and mounting the semi-finished product of the protective door assembly into a surface cover to form the protective door assembly;
b, rotating an index plate of the protective door turnover mechanism (16), moving the protective door assembly to the next station, and clamping and turning the protective door assembly by a mechanical clamping jaw of the protective door turnover mechanism (16) for 180 degrees;
and c, clamping the protective door assembly by a clamping jaw mechanism of the protective door assembly mounting mechanism (17) and buckling and pressing the protective door assembly on the base to form a finished socket product.
