Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于焊接塑料成型件的设备。
为了连接管形塑料成型件,通常使用焊接套管,这种套管具有一加热件,通过输入加热电能使加热件散热,并且套管与管形成型件焊接。以这种方式使不同的成型件在管道系统中彼此连接,这种焊接所需的能量由焊接设备提供,这种设置设计成对于不同的成型件储存不同的焊接程序,该程序总是将所需的电能提供给焊接成型件,所需的能量取决于成型件材料的类型和大小,所需的焊接时间同样由这些成型件参数决定,例如使用63mm标称直径的加热螺旋焊接套管焊接管件时其焊接时间大约为2分钟,对于更大的管件,其焊接时间相应增长。在该时间内,利用这种设备不能实现其它的焊接,然而,在一工作位置常常同时要进行许多这样的焊接。但是由于必须一个接一个的进行焊接,非常浪费时间。
公知的焊接设备对于改变参数尺寸、材料的新成型件需要改变焊接参数,不能附加的把程序再输入到焊接设备中,这样不同种类的成型件就需要不同的焊接设备。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在同一焊接过程中对多种不同成型件进行成型件同时焊接的设备。
针对上述目的的本发明设备包括一个可以同时识别和控制用于不同焊接操作的焊接参数的处理装置和向各管件的供能可以相互独立地控制的焊接通道,从而多个焊接操作可以彼此独立地同时进行。
参照附图进一步描述本发明优选实施例。

图1示出了用于连接塑料成型件的焊接设备,该设备具有壳体1,它实际上由两个塑料壳组成并封装和保护设备的功能组件及电子设备。手柄2帮助搬运特别是搬运到建设物上。焊接设备的功能组件特别包括供给单元和控制单元(未示出),供给单元包括电源接头3、变压器和三个焊接连接电缆15的输出接线柱4,焊接成型件的功量输入是通过输出接线柱4和焊接电缆实现的。可以配置多个输出接线柱4与焊接电缆15。
控制单元具有一信息处理装置和一检测装置,检测装置通过焊接电缆15检测与焊接设备连接的成型件,它是通过检测成型件的电阻实现的,根据其电阻该信息处理装置得到焊接参数并调整必要的焊接电流和所需的焊接时间,借助其焊接参数同时控制提供给若干彼此不同成型件的能量。这样的焊接过程决定了焊接通道的识别和控制是同时的。
所有市场上的成型件的焊接数据都储存在信息处理装置中。信息处理和检测电路、操作指示元件和记忆卡插座置于程序印刷电路上,通过壳体上的接口12可以储存输入新成型件焊接数据的记忆卡,这些数据通过信息处理单元输入并储存。
在壳体的前表面设置如起动按钮6的操作元件以及不同的指示元件。指示元件7、8和9指示焊接程序的操作情况、准备、焊接和结束的情况。设置了为各输入能量通道的指示器10,以指示相关能量输入通道是否处于焊接过程,指示器11指示焊接过程中的故障情况。
图2示出了该焊接设备的使用。焊接设备由电源接头3借助电缆13通过插座14与电网连接,通过焊接电缆15三个不同的成型件16、17和18与焊接设备连接。成型件16是一个具有三个抽头的T形件,其各抽头都具有一个焊接区。成型件17是一个过渡件,成型件18是一个具有大标称直径的加热螺旋套管。所有的成型件16至18具有给定的电阻,其电阻固定到成型件的扁平部分。配件电阻是加热螺旋件的电阻,配件的识别是通过测量到的工件电阻和加热螺旋件电阻而完成的,它们由信息处理单元识别。
配件的焊接参数是焊接电流和焊接时间。
为了触发焊接过程,使用者必须驱动启动按钮6,焊接启动,焊接设备同时检测和控制所有连接的能量输入通道,各连接的成型件16至18通过程序控制电流在程序控制时间内与管形件连接。一旦需要的焊接结束,各能量输入通道的指示灯10熄灭,一旦到了最长的焊接时间并指示焊接设备为下一次焊接作准备时,指示器9发光。
通过所述的焊接设备可以进行具有相同或不同焊接能量的焊接。所有的能量输入通道彼此无关,可以同时进行一个或两个焊接。
所述发明的优点在于,可同时进行多个焊接,并且焊接参数可以是不同的,这样是时间节约的和经济的。
此外,附加的改变或增加或成型件可借助记忆卡随时将新的焊接参数输入到本发明的设备中。
Claims (3)
1、一种焊接塑料管件的设备,各管件具有至少一个由电阻丝构成加热件的焊接部件用于与至少另一个塑料管件形成焊接连接,并且各管件具有识别管件类型的识别电阻,其特征在于,该设备包括一个可以同时识别和控制用于不同焊接操作的不同焊接参数的处理装置和向各管件的供能可以相互独立地控制的焊接通道,从而多个焊接操作可以彼此独立地同时进行。
2、如权利要求1的设备,其特征在于,彼此独立地识别塑料管件。
3、如权利要求1或2的设备,其特征在于,新的焊接参数通过一个记忆卡读取并储存入焊接设备。
