The first dielectric substrate, the second dielectric substrate and the third dielectric substrate are sequentially attached, the obtained electric stimulation device is a flat sheet with a specific shape, and when the electric stimulation device is used, one surface (the surface where the first dielectric substrate is positioned) provided with the electrode array 11 can be attached to the tongue, so that the electrode array 11 of the electric stimulation device can send out a stimulation action to electrically stimulate the tongue nerve.

In one embodiment, the schematic diagrams of the two sides of the above-mentioned electrical stimulation device for lingual nerve may be as shown in fig. 4, where each electrode of the electrode array may be uniformly distributed on one side (the side corresponding to the first dielectric substrate) of the electrical stimulation device, and the other side (the side corresponding to the third dielectric substrate) of the electrical stimulation device may be provided with components such as a wireless communication module. In a specific working process, the controller can receive a control instruction sent by control equipment such as a remote controller or a control end through the wireless communication module, and control the pulse generation circuit to generate a pulse signal according to the control instruction, and the pulse signal is transmitted to the electrode array, so that the electrode array sends out a stimulating action to stimulate the lingual nerve of the first user. The first user is a user who needs to receive the tongue nerve stimulation.
In one embodiment, the controller receives a slope parameter sent by the terminal through the wireless communication module, and adjusts a pulse parameter of the pulse generating circuit according to the slope parameter; the slope parameter characterizes the duration change trend of the first user in a specific state in each statistic period of the monitoring period; the monitoring period is a period during which the lingual nerve of the first user receives electrical stimulation.
The first user may be a user who needs to receive electrical stimulation of the tongue nerve, such as a PD patient. The particular state may be an OFF state or the like that characterizes the state in which the first user's athletic symptom onset is located. The OFF state is the motor symptom onset state of the PD patient. Typically, when a first user gives symptoms of movement that can be indicative of a particular state, such as tremor and/or bradykinesia, the first user may be determined to be in the particular state. The terminal can acquire state parameters such as the time length of the first user in a specific state in each statistic period of the monitoring period through the related state parameter acquisition device, and obtain slope parameters representing the time length change trend of the first user in the specific state in each statistic period of the monitoring period.
The terminal is an intelligent device for collecting the statistical time length of the first user in a specific state in each statistical time period and determining the slope parameter representing the time length change trend according to the statistical time length. The monitoring period includes a plurality of statistical periods. The monitoring period may be set according to a time length feature of the first user receiving the electrical stimulation, for example, the monitoring period may be set to a period of one week or one month. The statistical time period can be set according to the total duration characteristic of the monitoring time period, for example, if the monitoring time period is a week, each statistical time period included in the monitoring time period can be each day in the week, namely, the 1 st day is the 1 st statistical time period, the 2 nd day is the 2 nd statistical time period, … …, and the 7 th day is the 7 th statistical time period; if the monitoring period is one month, each statistical period included in the monitoring period may be each week in the month, that is, 1 st week is 1 st statistical period, 2 nd week is 2 nd statistical period, … …, and 4 th week is 4 th statistical period. Specifically, in the monitoring period, two adjacent statistical periods are continuous in time, that is, the initial time of each statistical period is continuous with the end time of the previous statistical period of the corresponding statistical period, which is beneficial to uninterrupted monitoring of the specific state of the first user and ensuring the validity of the acquired statistical period.
As an example, the above-mentioned electrical stimulation device for lingual nerve may be applied in an application environment as shown in fig. 5. In the application environment, the terminal may be an intelligent Mobile Device (MD), one side of the MD is a Device for collecting a state parameter of the first user, and the other side of the MD is an electrical stimulation Device of the lingual nerve. The state parameter acquisition device can be worn on the first user to acquire various state parameters generated by the first user in a monitoring period; the electrical stimulation device is placed on the tongue of the first user to deliver electrical stimulation to the lingual nerve of the first user. The MD is respectively in communication connection with the state parameter acquisition device and the electric stimulation device. The microcontroller of the state parameter acquisition device is communicated with MD (mobile device) through a communication module, components such as a 3-D acceleration sensor, a heart rate sensor, a microphone and the like in the state parameter acquisition device can be integrally arranged on a bracelet worn by a first user, and a pressure sensor in the state parameter acquisition device can be arranged on a foot pad on the sole of the first user; the 3-D acceleration sensor, the heart rate sensor, the microphone and/or the pressure sensor can acquire the state parameters of the first user in a specific state, the state parameters are sent to the analog-to-digital converter to be subjected to analog-to-digital conversion to be digital signals and then sent to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller sends the state parameters to the MD through the communication module, so that the MD can determine the needed slope parameters according to the state parameters. The MD sends the slope parameter to a microcontroller (controller) of the electric stimulation device through a communication module (wireless communication module) of the electric stimulation device, so that the microcontroller controls a constant current source pulse generating circuit (pulse generating circuit) to generate a pulse signal according to the slope parameter, and the electrode array is controlled to send out electric stimulation to electrically stimulate the lingual nerve of the first user. The MD may be held by a second user, where the second user may include a first user and a doctor of the first user, etc. needs to learn the state of the first user, and the first user may be a PD patient, etc. needs to receive electrical stimulation of the lingual nerve. MD may be, but is not limited to, various notebook computers, smartphones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
As one embodiment, the controller adjusts the pulse parameter down when it is identified that the slope parameter is negative (less than 0) and the absolute value of the slope parameter is greater than the first adjustment threshold; when the slope parameter is identified as positive (a value greater than 0) and the absolute value of the slope parameter is greater than the second adjustment threshold, the pulse parameter is turned up.
The pulse parameters may include parameters such as pulse amplitude and/or pulse duty cycle. The controller may adjust the pulse parameters down by adjusting the pulse amplitude and/or the pulse duty cycle and adjust the pulse parameters up by adjusting the pulse amplitude and/or the pulse duty cycle.
The first adjustment threshold and the second adjustment threshold are positive values respectively. The first adjustment threshold and the second adjustment threshold may be set according to a duration feature of the monitoring period and a specific state of the first user, for example, if the monitoring period is 4 weeks, the first adjustment threshold may be set to 6 hours, and the second adjustment threshold may be set to 4 hours.
In this embodiment, the controller may obtain, from the terminal, a slope parameter corresponding to a specific state of the first user in the monitoring period, adaptively adjust an electrical stimulation device that electrically stimulates the tongue nerve of the first user according to the slope parameter that characterizes a trend of a change in a duration of the first user in the specific state in each statistics period of the monitoring period, so that a stimulation behavior sent by the electrical stimulation device of the tongue nerve may be adjusted according to a specific state characteristic of the first user in the monitoring period, so that the corresponding stimulation behavior is more targeted, a pulse parameter adjustment process of the electrical stimulation device may be simplified, and instantaneity of adjusting pulse parameters may be improved.
As one embodiment, the pulse parameters include pulse amplitude and pulse duty cycle;
the controller reduces the pulse amplitude by a first set proportion; and/or, decreasing the pulse duty cycle by a second set proportion to decrease the pulse parameter;
the controller increases the pulse amplitude by a first set proportion; and/or, the pulse duty ratio is adjusted to be larger by a second set proportion so as to adjust the pulse parameter.
The first setting proportion and the second setting proportion can be set according to the configuration characteristics of the electric stimulation device of the lingual nerve, and the values of the first setting proportion and the second setting proportion can be the same or different, for example, if the pulse amplitude of the electric stimulation device is reduced by the first setting proportion or the pulse duty ratio of the electric stimulation device is reduced by the second setting proportion to realize the reduction of corresponding pulse parameters, the first setting proportion and the second setting proportion can be set to be 5% respectively.
As one embodiment, the controller maintains the pulse parameter unchanged upon identifying an opposite number of the slope parameter being less than or equal to the second adjustment threshold and greater than or equal to the first adjustment threshold.
If the slope parameter is smaller than or equal to the second adjustment threshold value and is larger than or equal to the opposite number of the first adjustment threshold value, the current pulse parameter of the electric stimulation device is the pulse parameter required by the tongue nerve of the first user to receive the corresponding electric stimulation, and the current pulse parameter can be kept unchanged without relevant adjustment.
As an example, if the first setting ratio and the second setting ratio are set to 5% respectively, b OFF Representing a slope parameter, A1 representing a first adjustment threshold, A2 representing a second adjustment threshold, and the symbol "||" representing an absolute value; the above-mentioned pulse parameter adjustment process may be shown in fig. 6, and includes:
if b OFF < 0 and |b OFF The pulse amplitude is reduced by 5% or the pulse duty ratio is reduced by 5% by I > A1;
if b OFF > 0 and |b OFF The pulse amplitude is increased by 5% or the pulse duty ratio is increased by 5% by I > A2;
if none of the above conditions is satisfied (i.e., b OFF < 0 and |b OFF I > A1 and b OFF > 0 and |b OFF Both of i > A2 are not true), keeping the pulse parameters unchanged.
In one embodiment, the terminal obtains the statistical duration of the first user in a specific state in a plurality of statistical periods, and determines the slope parameter according to the statistical duration of each statistical period. The monitoring period includes a plurality of statistical periods.
Specifically, the unit duration of each time the first user is in a specific state in each statistics period can be obtained, and the sum of the unit durations of the statistics periods is determined as the statistics duration of the first user in the corresponding statistics period.
According to the embodiment, a curve can be drawn according to the statistical duration of each statistical period, so that the slope parameter corresponding to the specific state of the first user in the monitoring period can be determined according to the curve. Specifically, the trend parameter corresponding to the curve with the ascending trend is greater than 0, the trend parameter corresponding to the curve with the descending trend is less than 0, and the trend parameter corresponding to the leveled curve is equal to 0.
As an example, if the specific state is an OFF state, the monitoring period is one month, each statistical period is each week in one month, and a curve drawn according to the statistical duration of each statistical period may be shown with reference to fig. 7.
As an embodiment, the process of determining the slope parameter by the terminal according to the statistical duration of each statistical period may include:
substituting the statistical time length and the time sequence number of each statistical time period into a slope determination formula to calculate a slope parameter of the first user in a specific state in the monitoring time period; the slope determination formula includes:
wherein b represents a slope parameter, X i A period number indicating an ith statistical period, Y i The statistical duration of the ith statistical period is represented, and N represents the number of the statistical periods included in the monitoring period; such as coordinates (X) i ,Y i ) Representing a statistical period X i Is Y i
