As shown in fig. 2 to 3, a smoke removing machine 200 for baking green beans according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: first and second covers 210 and 220, into which flue gas generated during roasting of green beans flows, and which are assembled with each other to form a closed inner space 212; a guide body 230 attached to the internal space 212 and including a heater 240 for burning and removing smoke; and an inner cover 250 for guiding the hot air of the heater 240 occurring during the smoke removal process to be easily discharged to the outside.
The first cover 210 has a first hole 211 formed at a lower portion thereof in the drawing to communicate with the roasting part 110, and an inner space 212 is formed by bending an end of the first hole 211 upward with respect to the lower portion. Then, the end is bent horizontally again to form the first flange 210 a.
Such a first cap 210 may for example be interpreted as a circular dish. Further, a coupling hole (not shown) for coupling the guide body 230 and the inner cover 250 by a general coupling means including a Bolt (Bolt) may be formed at a central portion thereof, and a bracket 213 for mounting the green bean roasting cooker hood 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention to a frame (see 102 of fig. 1) of a coffee maker (see 100 of fig. 1) may be provided at a lower portion of the central portion.
The second cover 220 is disposed on the upper portion of the first cover 210 in the drawing, has a second flange 220a formed at the end thereof, is closely attached to the first flange 210a of the first cover 210 to share and seal the inner space 212, and has a second hole 221 formed in a direction crossing the first hole 211 to discharge hot air of the heater 240 generated during the smoke removal process.
The first and second flanges 210a and 220a of the first and second covers 210 and 220, which are in close contact with each other, are surrounded by a gasket 214 made of, for example, a heat-resistant silicone material, and are coupled by a common coupling means such as a bolt, a screw, or a rivet, so that not only can the sealing assembly be easily performed, but also the disassembly can be easily performed so that one of the first and second covers 210 and 220 can be replaced.
In this second cover 220, the end is bent downward with respect to the center in the drawing to expand the internal space 212, and the end is horizontally bent to form a second flange 220a having second holes 221 arranged at equal intervals in the side wall. That is, the second cap 220 may be interpreted as a circular dish shape that is inversely turned as the first cap 210.
The guide body 230 is attached to the internal space 212 shared by the first and second covers 210 and 220, and has a third hole 231 communicating with the first and second holes 211 and 221, respectively. Such a guide body 230 may be formed in a trapezoidal shape, for example, and the third hole 231 may be formed in an oblique line like the guide body 230, so that smoke stays for a longer time and smoke removal efficiency can be easily improved as compared with a case where the third hole 231 is vertically formed upward.
The guide body 230 may be an integral type, or may be a separate type, and in the case of the separate type, it may be composed of an inner body 230a located inside in the drawing and an outer body 230b assembled by forming a third hole 231 in the inner body 230 a.
The heater 240 provided to the third hole 231 may wind a heating wire including a nichrome wire or a ferrochrome wire, for example, in a coil shape to be spirally wound to be provided to the third hole 231, and thus, smoke passing through the third hole 231 is continuously burned, so that smoke removal efficiency may be easily improved.
The heater 240 may be connected to a heater controller (not shown) installed in the internal space 212, for example, and a connection passage 241 may be formed in the internal body 230a for such connection. However, the operation of the heater 240 may be changed in consideration of the installation environment, the coupling relationship with peripheral components, and the like.
The inner cover 250 is interposed between the guide body 230 and the second cover 220, and guides the hot gas discharged through the third hole 231 to the second hole 221. That is, the inner cover 250 is formed in a circular plate shape, for example, and the center thereof is closely attached to the guide body 230, and the periphery thereof is bent upward in the drawing to form the guide part 251, thereby rapidly releasing the hot air and preventing overheating.
As described above, the center portion of the inner cover 250 is fixed to the guide body 230 by the coupling means. Here, the guide portion 251 of the inner cover 250 is formed in an oblique line symmetrically to the third hole 231, and thus, the guide causes the hot gas discharged through the third hole 231 not to remain in the inner space 212 but to be rapidly discharged to the outside.
In addition, the inner cover 250 is formed of a reflector using a material including stainless steel (SUS), for example, so that the smoke removing process can be easily recognized through the second hole 221 at the outside, and thus safety can be easily secured.
The smoke removing process using the smoke removing machine 200 for roasting green beans according to the embodiment of the present invention is as follows. First, after the flue gas generated when the green beans are baked flows in through the first hole 211, the flue gas is removed by high-temperature combustion of the heater 240, for example, constituted by a heating wire including a nichrome wire or an ferrochrome wire. The hot air generated during such smoke removal is guided to the second hole 221 by the guide portion 251 of the inner cover 250 and is discharged to the outside.
Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, roasting of raw beans is performed simultaneously with smoke removal, so that problems caused by smoke occurring during roasting can be easily solved.
On the other hand, the machine 200 for removing smoke from green beans for baking green beans according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include an outer cover 260 provided outside the second cover 220 and formed with a hinge portion 261, or a safety net 300 disposed at a distance outside the second cover 220, or both of them may be included.
The outer cover 260 is assembled to the entire upper portion of the right side of the second cover 220 in the drawing, and is connected to the center shaft 102a formed in the frame (102 in fig. 1) of the coffee maker (100 in fig. 1) through the hinge 261, for example, so that the green bean roasting cooker hood 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be easily opened and closed.
In addition, the safety net 300 is combined with the outside of the second cover 220, and the third flange 301 formed at the lower portion in the drawing is connected to the first and second flanges 210a and 220a of the first and second covers 210 and 220, so that the contact with the machine 200 for removing green beans from a roaster according to one embodiment of the present invention can be easily cut off, and safety can be ensured. Such a safety net 300 is formed to be open to the outside at the upper portion in the drawing, and easily discharges a large amount of smoke.
