step three: the bottom chain (18) moves to drive the upper conveying vehicle group (3) to move in the mounting groove (16) and move along the extending direction of the moving track (1); the wire coil moves in the moving track (1) along with the conveying vehicle group (3), and is taken out after moving to a designated position and is separated from the moving track (1).
