Abstract
本发明涉及一种利用乌鲁木齐奇异球菌催化合成5-羟甲基糠酸的方法,将乌鲁木齐奇异球菌R12接种于TGY培养基,活化和培养后,收集菌体细胞;将5-羟甲基糠醛加入到pH 6.0~10.0的缓冲液中,混合均匀后,加入收集的菌体细胞,在温度25~60℃下反应3~48h,得到5-羟甲基糠酸。本发明利用的生物催化剂乌鲁木齐奇异球菌对5-羟甲基糠醛具有高耐受性,能够催化高浓度底物选择性氧化合成目标产物,产率达89%以上。本发明方案克服了现有技术中化学催化剂环境不友好的缺点,并且具有底物浓度更高、反应效率更优异,选择性好的特点。
