Examples 1 to 5
The compositions of the first embodiment 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002009823360000041
Among the above raw materials, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid are fatty acids from Simuli, EDTA-4Na from Acksonobel, propylene glycol from Dupont, potassium hydroxide (90% by weight) from Tianjinolide, COMPERLAN 100C from Pasteur, PROX 3237DS from Poda, TC-MAB 40LDL from Guangzhou Tiancii, DIAPOLYNK K-SG was from Nissan oil Co., Ltd., Ucefactant CSB (I) (50% content) from Guangzhou Star corporation, HPMC from Asian-Latch corporation, Potassium chloride (analytically pure) from Guangzhou Annona fortification Co., Ltd., JOLEE 7931 from French Eurolaammonium, MERQUAT 550L POLYMER from Lumboo, POLYQUAT 330 from Guangzhou Tiancici, Neolone 950 from Dow, FH318022 Pink Phantom essence from Guangzhou Fenghao Co., Ltd.
Second, the preparation method of examples 1 to 5 is as follows:
(1) preparation of phase A: lauric acid, myristic acid and palmitic acid were placed in a beaker and heated to 85 ℃ with stirring until completely melted.
(2) Preparation of phase B: adding EDTA-4Na, propylene glycol and potassium hydroxide into a beaker, adding water, heating to 90 ℃, and stirring until the EDTA-4Na, the propylene glycol and the potassium hydroxide are completely dissolved.
(3) Preparation of phase D: HPMC was dispersed in water until completely wetted.
(4) Preparation of phase E: adding potassium hydroxide into water, and stirring until the potassium hydroxide is completely dissolved. Example 3 this step was omitted and water in phase E was added in step (2).
(5) The A phase was added to the B phase with stirring at 120rpm, and the mixture was saponified while maintaining the temperature at 85 ℃ and stirring at 90rpm for 30 minutes.
(6) COMPERLAN 100C, PROX 3237DS, TC-MAB 40LDL, DIAPONK K-SG, and Ucefactant CSB (I) were added in this order, and the mixture was stirred at 90rpm for 10 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 85 ℃.

(9) When the temperature drops to 40 ℃, the E phase which has been prepared is added and stirred for 20 minutes at 60 rpm.
(10) Adding JOLEE 7931, MERQUAT 550L POLYMER, POLYQUAT 330, Neolon 950, and FH318022 essence in sequence, and stirring at 60rpm for 15 min; and then adding potassium chloride to adjust the viscosity, and stirring at 60rpm for 15 minutes to obtain the pearlescent soap base shower gel.
Third, the test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002009823360000051
Fourthly, conclusion:
from example 1, the fatty acid is neutralized twice, about 90% of the fatty acid is neutralized in the first high temperature state, about 10% of the fatty acid is neutralized in the second time, the neutralization ratio is about 100%, and the appearance, the stability and the trial result meet the market requirements.
From example 2, it can be seen that when the fatty acids of the whole soap based body wash are neutralized, they are cold-10 ℃ and cold-5 ℃ and then form a paste, because the fatty acids are separated out, which results in the stability not being passed.
From example 3, it is found that when the soap base bath cream is fully neutralized at a time at a high temperature, the appearance is slightly transparent, good pearly luster cannot be displayed, and the appearance does not meet the requirement.
From example 4, it follows that, although two neutralizations are possible, the excess of neutralizing agent, in particular already in the first high-temperature state, is exactly neutralized, has a slightly transparent appearance, does not exhibit good pearlescence, does not have the desired appearance, and is markedly irritating to the skin.
From example 5, although two neutralizations were obtained and the first high temperature state was already partially neutralized, the overall excess neutralization was clearly irritating to the skin.
From the comparison data, the total soap base shower gel can only neutralize about 100 percent of the total soap base shower gel, partially neutralize the rest fatty acid at the first high temperature, and neutralize the rest fatty acid at the second high temperature, and the potassium hydroxide is not excessive, so that the prepared product can meet the market requirement only if the process conditions are met.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
