The diameter of the capsule for cigarette is 3-6mm, and the capsule wall thickness of the capsule is 0.2-0.3 mm. The target solution is one or more of water, ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol, plant extract and tobacco additive, wherein the tobacco additive is one or more of alcohols such as menthol, phenethyl alcohol, linalool oxide, anise alcohol and the like, carboxylic acids such as citric acid, benzoic acid, methyl valeric acid, myristic acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid and the like, aldones such as phenylacetaldehyde, vanillin, solanone and phaseolin and the like, phenols such as eugenol, maltol and the like, lactones such as dihydroactinidiolide and the like, heterocycles such as 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine, 2-acetylpyridine and the like, extracts such as tobacco extract and the like, or a composition of the components;
the plant extract is selected from fructus Citri Grandis extract, fructus Citri Tangerinae extract, fructus Myrtilli extract, strawberry extract, green tea extract, Lavender extract, flos Caryophylli extract, Ginseng radix extract, herba Menthae extract, flos Rosae Rugosae extract, fructus Citri Limoniae extract, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae extract, Ginseng radix extract, etc., or their combination.
Example 1: preparing a capsule:
the preparation method of this example is as follows:
preparing the polyethylene plastic into a pipe body shown in the figure 1 by using a conventional blow molding method, wherein the wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.2mm, and the diameter of a sphere is 4 mm;
pressurizing the pipe body until all air in the pipe is extruded out, filling a target solution formed by mixing water, ethanol, grapefruit extract, menthol and phenethyl alcohol, and then pre-freezing at low temperature until the target solution is completely solidified;
and cutting the ball on the pipe body by using a cutter, immersing the cut ball into a light-cured coating containing bisphenol A type epoxy resin, or uniformly spraying the light-cured coating containing bisphenol A type epoxy resin outside the ball, then fishing out the ball, placing the ball in a UV (ultraviolet) light curing machine, performing radiation curing under ultraviolet light with the lamp power of 2000W and the wavelength of 350nm, wherein the irradiation distance is 25cm, and obtaining the capsule after complete curing.

preparing polypropylene plastic into a pipe body shown in the figure 1, wherein the wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.25mm, and the diameter of a round ball is 3.8mm by using a conventional blow molding method;
pressurizing the pipe body until all air in the pipe is extruded out, filling a target solution consisting of water, propylene glycol, orange extract, menthol and phenethyl alcohol, and then cooling and freezing until the target solution is completely solidified;
cutting the ball on the pipe body by a cutter, immersing into a mixed wax liquid composed of vegetable wax and beeswax, taking out, cooling, forming a film, sealing the cut, or uniformly spraying the mixed wax liquid composed of the vegetable wax and the beeswax on the outer part of the ball, cooling, forming a film, sealing the cut, and completely solidifying to obtain the capsule.
When the cigarette is smoked, the target solution flows out after the cigarette is ignited for 2-3 s. Through instrument detection, the water content in the smoke is increased by about 63 percent, the plant fragrance is emitted, the smoke irritation is obviously reduced, the greasy feeling is obviously reduced, and the mouthfeel of the smoke is almost the same from the first bite to the last bite.
Example 3: and (3) preparing capsules:
the preparation method of this example is as follows:
preparing the polyethylene resin into a pipe body shown in figure 2 by using a conventional blow molding method, wherein the wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.2mm, the diameter of a sphere is 4mm, and the diameter of a thin pipe is 0.1 mm;
pumping out air in the tube, and filling a target solution consisting of water, glycerol, rose extract, lemon extract, eugenol and maltol;
extruding and cutting the ball with a high temperature cutter of 50-100 deg.C, preferably 85 deg.C, sealing the cut with polyethylene resin at high temperature, and cooling to obtain capsule.
Placing the capsule in a hot air rotary oven with temperature of 40-90 deg.C and wind speed of 1-5m/s, preferably 70 deg.C and wind speed of 4m/s, rotary baking for about 10min, taking out to obtain more regular capsule, adding the capsule into cigarette filter tip by conventional process, and making into cigarette.
When the cigarette is smoked, the capsule is slightly broken by force, and the target solution flows out. Through instrument detection, the water in the smoke is increased by about 58 percent, the plant fragrance is emitted, the smoke irritation is obviously reduced, the greasy feeling is obviously reduced, and the mouth feel of the smoke is almost the same from the first mouth to the last mouth.
Example 4: capsule preparation four
The preparation method of this example is as follows:
preparing a pipe body shown in figure 2 from polypropylene resin by using a conventional blow molding method, wherein the wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.2mm, the diameter of a round ball is 3.9mm, and the diameter of a thin pipe is 0.6 mm;
pumping out all air in the tube, and filling a target solution consisting of water, glycerol, ginseng extract, mint extract, linalool oxide and anise alcohol;
extruding thin tubes at two ends of the round ball by using high-temperature slices of 50-100 ℃, preferably cutting at 80 ℃, sealing the cut by using polyethylene resin under the action of high temperature, cutting the thin tubes between two adjacent round balls by using a cutter, and cooling to obtain the capsule.
Placing the capsule in a hot air rotary oven with temperature of 90 deg.C and wind speed of 4m/s, rotary baking for about 10min, taking out to obtain capsule with more regular shape, adding the capsule into cigarette filter tip by conventional process, and making into cigarette.
When the cigarette is smoked, the capsule is slightly broken by force, and the target solution flows out. Through instrument detection, the water in the smoke is increased by about 62 percent, the plant fragrance is emitted, the smoke irritation is obviously reduced, the greasy feeling is obviously reduced, and the mouth feel of the smoke is almost the same from the first mouth to the last mouth.
Example 5: capsule preparation five
Preparing polypropylene plastic into a pipe body shown in the figure 1, wherein the wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.25mm, and the diameter of a round ball is 5mm by using a conventional blow molding method;
pressurizing the tube body until all air in the tube is extruded out, filling a target solution consisting of water, propylene glycol, lemon extract, menthol and eugenol, and then cooling and freezing until the target solution is completely solidified;
and cutting the ball on the pipe body by using a cutter, smearing hot melt adhesive on the cut of the ball, cooling, sealing the cut, and completely curing to obtain the capsule.
