从上面的描述可以容易地理解分配器1的使用,并且不需要进一步的解释说明。然而,关于鼻腔处理,应该有用地指出,可以通过使帽4与鼻孔接触,使得腔室10以及因此开口400完全包含在鼻孔内部中,而有用地使用分配器1。此时,可以通过阀7向分配器1供应液体溶液。然后,溶液在通道100内部的通路中雾化,并且由于供给压力和腔室10的构造的特定组合而由腔室10的端部部分40的壁而偏转。以这种方式,液体溶液所雾化成的射流G将以扩散和均匀的方式精细地分散在待处理的鼻腔(或其他腔体)内部。钟形主体2的特定构造允许处理鼻腔、口腔、阴道腔、外耳道以及健康和/或受损的皮肤。
通过组合串联布置在分配器1的顶部处的阀7和膨胀腔室10,实现了雾化液体溶液的湍流增加,其目的是增加溶液在待处理腔体中的分散,从而提高其有效性。给定在溶液上的相同压力并使用相同的阀7,膨胀腔室10的不同构造与不同的湍流度相关联,并且因此与雾化溶液在待处理的腔体中和皮肤上的不同传播模式相关联。
具体地,随着待分配的液体溶液上的压力在液压地布置在阀7的上游的容器内增加,溶液从阀7的通道100排出的速度成比例地增加,并且成比例地增加射流的宽度,该射流润湿腔室10的侧壁并且由于液体溶液在分配器1的出口处被分解成的颗粒的不同尺寸而由它们偏转直到边缘400。具体地,在第一孔5中,可以插入阀7,其设置有给定尺寸的出口孔100',该出口孔100'不同于通道100的尺寸。这允许改变液体溶液到颗粒的分解成,颗粒将具有不同的尺寸和因此将以不同的方式组织。容易理解的是,孔100'的横向尺寸越短,则溶液被分解/雾化成的颗粒的尺寸越小,并且射流G的传播体积的宽度越大。
总之,在使用中,液体溶液在射流G中离开通道100,而基于阀7和腔室10的壁的构造,射流G的颗粒在接触到在外围界定腔室10的端部部分40之后以与钟形体2外部的原始颗粒不同的尺寸和不同的传播方向向前移动,赋予射流G可随意限定的形状。
最后,明显的是,可以对上述分配器1进行修改和变型,而不脱离本发明的保护范围。例如,套环3可以无差别地成形为类似于圆形、卵形或椭圆形。此外,在一些情况下,钟形主体2可以构造成具有刚性结构,从而刚性地将细长形主体11结合到帽4上。
特别参考图9,示出分配器1',其钟形主体2基本上成形为橄榄形,使得基部部分3'是圆化的,代替图1至图8的套环3并且在细长形主体11上闭合。出于该原因,分配器1'可以完全插入到待处理的腔体中,并且可以容易地从其中取出而不会损坏腔体。
鉴于以上描述,明显的是,简单地通过端部部分40的出口部分和分配器1的阀7的特定构造而使雾化溶液的湍流度最大化的事实使得分配器1可根据需要定制并可在不同环境中使用,从而以非常低的成本展示出在使用上的极大多功能性。因此,分配器1为可以在体腔内吸入或扩散的溶液分配器定义了新标准,以简单且有效的方式克服了现有技术的缺点。

Claims (10)

1.适于医疗用途的用于液体的分配器(1);所述分配器(1)包括钟形主体(2),所述钟形主体(2)由塑料制成,沿中心轴线(A)延伸并在顶部处设置有轴向开口(400);所述钟形主体(2)包括细长形构件(11),所述细长形构件(11)与所述轴线(A)基本同心并且设置有用于阀(7)的轴向壳体(5),所述阀(7)设置有至少一个纵向通道(100),所述纵向通道(100)终止于至少一个孔(100'),在使用中,至少一个孔(100')适合于将供给到所述通道(100)的加压液体分解成小的颗粒,所述颗粒在尺寸和方向方面组织成给定形状的射流(G);其特征在于,所述钟形主体(2)包括布置在所述阀(7)和所述开口(400)之间并与所述通道(100)液压连通的偏转装置(9),以便与所述颗粒相互作用以改变所述射流(G)的相应形状和方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述阀(7)的形状设计成可拆卸的,以便可互换;轴向阻挡装置(61)设置成用于将所述阀(7)阻挡在所述相应的壳体(5)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述轴向阻挡装置(61)包括环(61),所述环(61)在所述阀(7)的基部处以形状配合的方式联接到所述壳体(5)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述偏转装置(9)包括在所述孔(100')和所述阀(7)上方的所述轴向开口(400)之间的排放腔室(10)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述腔室(10)在外围由内壁(40)界定,以便配置成使所述射流(G)偏转。
6.根据权利要求5所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述腔室(10)的高度包括在2mm到5mm之间。

10.根据权利要求5至9中任一项所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述内壁(40)具有包括在2mm到5mm之间的最大横截面和包括在1mm到5mm之间的最小横截面。
