In addition, in order to timely inform the user of the obtained copyright profit score, the account registered by the user can be bound with the third party communication account of the user, and after the copyright profit score with any value is obtained from the score storage address of the user account, a notification message can be sent to the communication account bound with the user account.
In an embodiment of the invention, the user can also check the copyright profit score on the account at any time and exchange the equivalent value article by using the score on the account. Specifically, when a user's request for checking the copyright and income credits of the user's account is received, counting the copyright and income credits in the credit storage address corresponding to the user's account, and displaying the counted copyright and income credits. And further acquiring a converted article corresponding to the preset designated numerical value point, determining and counting the article which can be converted by the copyright benefit numerical value and recommending the obtained article to the user, wherein the user can convert the article of the heart instrument according to the own needs and the numerical value of the point. Therefore, the user can obtain corresponding copyright points by using the original pictures through performing income authorization on the uploaded original pictures, and further exchange corresponding articles by using the obtained points so as to convert the original pictures into corresponding values.
In the following, a description will be given of a flow process in which an uploading user of an original picture obtains a copyright profit score and a profit score in a specific embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2b, a commercialization team via a commercialization platform can mine different ad-hoc requirements based on different ad traffic. Then, the map distribution task carrying the advertisement map distribution requirement is issued to a copyright profit platform, and the profit platform can display the map distribution task in the form of a rewarding task. After the user uploads the original picture to the copyright protection platform, the copyright protection platform generates a digital fingerprint for the original picture as a unique identifier thereof. And after matching the original picture with the advertisement picture allocation requirement in the appointed advertisement service range, if the advertisement picture allocation requirement which can be met by the original picture is not matched. At this time, the user can select the displayed rewarding task from the copyright profit platform, further analyze whether the user uploads the original picture to meet the advertisement map matching requirement corresponding to the selected rewarding task, and if so, authorize the use right of the original picture to the advertisement service corresponding to the corresponding advertisement map matching requirement, further obtain the corresponding advertisement profit (namely, copyright profit integral). The copyright profit credits acquired by the user are issued to the user account by the credit pool according to the preset rule, namely the credit pool transfers the copyright profit credits with corresponding values to the credit storage address bound to the user account.
In this embodiment, the user may purchase other original pictures by using the obtained points, for example, the user purchases the copyrights of the original pictures with the marks to be sold by using the obtained points, that is, the picture copyrights trading process. During the picture copyright trade, some commissions (i.e. corresponding copyright profit credits) may also be generated, which are fed back into the credit pool again. In addition, the user can also exchange the corresponding articles in the point mall by using the obtained points, and the process of exchanging the articles is described in the above embodiments, which are not repeated here.
In an embodiment of the invention, in order to perfect the information of the original picture, the management of the original picture is better realized, the advertisement operator is helped to understand the original picture in depth, other related information of the original picture uploaded by the user can be further received, the corresponding relation between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture is established, and the corresponding relation is stored. Wherein the original picture related information may include at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture. This embodiment stores other related information of the original picture, and is actually a simple registration process of copyright related information of the original picture.
For example, the present embodiment may input the copyright-related information of the original picture through the corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to fig. 3, the "registration information" interface, i.e., the corresponding rights registration interface, fig. 3 shows only a part of the contents of the "registration information" interface. In fig. 3, the user may begin work registration by clicking on the "register work" button. When the user clicks the "upload work" button, the original picture is uploaded, and then the type corresponding to the picture is selected from the "work type" options through the pull-down menu, for example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the work type can be directly selected as the photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in the information in the options of "work name", "author", "copyright holder", etc., where the "author", "copyright holder" is followed by "+" sign, meaning that a plurality of "authors", "copyright holders" can be filled in. Of course, if the user does not want to continue registering the work information in the process of filling in the registration information, the registration information may be canceled by clicking the "cancel issue" button.
The above introduces a simple registration process of the related information of the copyright of the original picture, and in order to perfect the registration of the copyright of the original picture, so that the registration of the copyright of the original picture is safer and more reliable, the embodiment of the invention can also utilize trusted timestamp and digital signature technology and provide ownership evidence and presence evidence service conforming to the international X9.95 protocol standard by combining a blockchain, perfect the registration of the copyright picture (such as the original picture) and more powerfully protect original content.

Firstly, when other attribute information (such as author information) of an original picture uploaded by a user is received, a hash value of the original picture is calculated by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and an uploading time stamp is added to the original picture.
Then, a private key and a public key pair are generated for the original picture, the hash value of the original picture is encrypted by the private key to generate a user signature, and the generated user signature and the public key are combined to generate a digital fingerprint.
And further, the original picture corresponding to the original picture and the certification data item comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information are sent to a server and stored, so that the server writes the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain, and the copyright registration of the original picture is realized.
In this embodiment, the uploading time stamp of the original picture can be obtained in two ways, one is that the trusted time stamp carrying the subscription information of the authority is received from the authority, and the trusted time stamp of the authority is used as the uploading time stamp of the original picture. And the other is to take the user declaration time as the original picture uploading time, wherein the user declaration time is declared by the user uploading the original picture.
In this embodiment, the blockchain is written with other attribute information of the original picture (e.g., type of original picture, title, work introduction, etc.), a forensic data item (e.g., digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp, etc.), public key, etc. And the data information written into the blockchain is also stored into a corresponding storage system, so that more perfect copyright registration of the original picture can be realized.
The registration information may be stored in a distributed storage system (such as redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, where a digital fingerprint may be used as a Key, and other attribute information, public Key, a certificate-storing data item, and the like of the original picture may be used as a Value. The storage mode can facilitate the subsequent search of the certification data item or other attribute information of the original picture, and the non-chain offchain query can be realized.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a picture copyright profit device, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of the picture copyright profit device according to one embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 4, the picture copyright profit apparatus includes a first receiving module 410, a matching module 420, an application module 430, and an integral issuing module 440.
The functions of the components or devices of the picture copyright profit apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described, and the connection relationship between the components will be:
the first receiving module 410 is adapted to receive the original picture uploaded by the user and an authorization indication of the use right of the original picture within the specified advertisement service range;

In a real-time embodiment of the present invention, the matching module 420 is further adapted to call a preset map matching interface, call pre-mined advertisement map matching requirements by using the map matching interface, and obtain advertisement map matching requirements within a specified advertisement service range from the called advertisement map matching requirements. And analyzing the content information of the original picture, and matching the analysis result with the acquired advertisement picture matching requirement.
In a real-time example of the present invention, the matching module 420 is further adapted to obtain advertisement map requirements within a specified advertisement service range from among pre-mined advertisement map requirements. And extracting the advertisement map requirements with the click through rate CTR lower than a preset threshold from the acquired advertisement map requirements. And preferentially matching the original picture with the advertisement picture matching requirement that the click through rate CTR is lower than a preset threshold. If the original picture is not matched with the advertisement picture matching requirement which is met by the original picture, continuing to match the original picture with the advertisement picture matching requirement of which the click through rate CTR is not lower than a preset threshold value in the appointed advertisement service range.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another picture copyright profit device, and fig. 5 shows a schematic structure diagram of the picture copyright profit device according to another embodiment of the invention. And the recommending module 530 is coupled with the statistics module 520, and is suitable for acquiring the converted goods corresponding to the preset appointed numerical point, determining the goods which can be converted by the counted copyright profit point numerical value, and recommending the goods to the user.
The copyright registration module 540 is coupled to the first receiving module 410, and is adapted to receive, after the first receiving module 410 receives the original picture uploaded by the user and the authorization indication of the usage rights of the original picture within the specified advertisement service range, other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, where the other attribute information includes at least one of author information, type, title, and work profile of the original picture. And calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture. And generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate the digital fingerprint. Transmitting the corresponding storage certificate data items comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading time stamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information to a server and storing the original picture; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into the blockchain by the server to realize the copyright registration of the original picture.
In a real-time embodiment of the present invention, the point issuing module 440 is further adapted to issue a copyright profit point with a corresponding value for the point storage address corresponding to the account where the user uploading the original picture is located according to a preset rule based on the application of the original picture in the advertisement service.
In a real-time embodiment of the present invention, the score distribution module 440 is further adapted to count the click rate and/or the browsing duration of the advertisement service applying the original picture in the preset time period. And issuing copyright gain points with corresponding values for users uploading original pictures according to the counted click quantity and/or browsing duration of the advertisement service.
In a real-time example of the present invention, the score distribution module 440 is further adapted to determine a service type of the advertisement service to which the original picture is applied. And distributing the copyright gain point of the corresponding value to the user uploading the original picture at one time according to the preset copyright gain point value of the service type.

According to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of the preferred embodiments, the following advantageous effects can be achieved according to the embodiments of the present invention:
in the embodiment of the invention, firstly, an original picture uploaded by a user and an authorization instruction for the use right of the original picture in a specified advertisement service range are received, then, the advertisement picture allocation requirement in the specified advertisement service range is obtained from the advertisement picture allocation requirement mined in advance, and the original picture is matched with the obtained advertisement picture allocation requirement. If the original picture is matched with the advertisement matching picture requirement which is met by the original picture, the original picture is applied to the advertisement business corresponding to the matched advertisement matching picture requirement. Finally, based on the application of the original pictures in the advertisement service, issuing copyright and income points with corresponding values for the users uploading the original pictures according to preset rules. Therefore, the scheme of the invention not only can effectively protect the original pictures uploaded by the user, but also can help the user to acquire the benefits with equal value by using the original pictures uploaded by the user, thereby effectively solving the problem that the common user is difficult to create the benefits by using the original contents in the prior art and improving the creation enthusiasm of the original user. Furthermore, the scheme of the invention can also effectively guide the user to upload more copyrighted pictures with commercial value.

1. A picture copyright profit method is applied to a scene of original pictures obtaining profits based on advertisement service, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an original picture uploaded by a user and an authorization instruction for the use right of the original picture in a specified advertisement service range;
Acquiring advertisement map matching requirements in a specified advertisement service range from pre-mined advertisement map matching requirements, and matching the original picture with the acquired advertisement map matching requirements;
if the original picture is matched with the advertisement matching picture requirement which is met by the original picture, the original picture is applied to the advertisement business corresponding to the matched advertisement matching picture requirement;
based on the application of the original picture in the advertisement service, issuing a copyright and income point with corresponding value for a user uploading the original picture according to a preset rule.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the original picture is not matched with the advertisement picture allocation requirement which is met by the original picture, displaying the acquired advertisement picture allocation requirement in the appointed advertisement service range;
receiving advertisement map matching requirements selected by a user from the displayed advertisement map matching requirements;
analyzing whether the original picture meets the requirement of the selected advertisement distribution picture or not;
if yes, the original picture is applied to the advertisement business corresponding to the selected advertisement distribution picture requirement.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining advertisement matching requirements within a specified advertisement traffic range from pre-mined advertisement matching requirements, matching the original picture with the obtained advertisement matching requirements, comprises:
Calling a preset map matching interface;
utilizing the map matching interface to call up pre-mined advertisement map matching requirements, and acquiring advertisement map matching requirements in a specified advertisement service range from the called advertisement map matching requirements;
and analyzing the content information of the original picture, and matching the analysis result with the acquired advertisement picture matching requirement.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining advertisement profile requirements within a specified advertisement traffic range from pre-mined advertisement profile requirements comprises:
acquiring advertisement map matching requirements in a specified advertisement service range from pre-mined advertisement map matching requirements;
extracting advertisement map matching requirements with click through rate CTR lower than a preset threshold from the acquired advertisement map matching requirements;
preferentially matching the original picture with the advertisement picture allocation requirement that the click through rate CTR is lower than a preset threshold;
if the original picture is not matched with the advertisement picture matching requirement which is met by the original picture, continuing to match the original picture with the advertisement picture matching requirement of which the click through rate CTR is not lower than a preset threshold value in the appointed advertisement service range.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, further comprising:
Receiving a registration request of a user uploading the original picture, wherein the registration request carries user information;
analyzing the user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account for the user based on the user information;
and allocating a unique point storage address for the successfully registered account, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein issuing a copyright benefit score of a corresponding value to a user uploading the original picture according to a preset rule based on an application of the original picture in an advertisement service, comprises:
and based on the application of the original picture in the advertisement service, issuing a copyright and income point with corresponding numerical value in a point storage address corresponding to the account where the user uploading the original picture is located according to a preset rule.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein issuing a copyright benefit score of a corresponding value to a user uploading the original picture according to a preset rule based on an application of the original picture in an advertisement service, comprises:
counting click quantity and/or browsing duration of an advertisement service applying the original picture in a preset time period;
And issuing a copyright benefit point with a corresponding value for a user uploading the original picture according to the counted click quantity and/or browsing duration of the advertisement service.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein issuing a copyright benefit score of a corresponding value to a user uploading the original picture according to a preset rule based on an application of the original picture in an advertisement service, comprises:
determining the service type of the advertisement service applying the original picture;
and distributing the copyright gain point of the corresponding value to the user uploading the original picture at one time according to the value of the copyright gain point preset for the service type.
9. The method of any of claims 1-4, further comprising:
receiving a request for checking copyright profit credits of a user to an account of the user;
counting the copyright profit integral value in the integral storage address corresponding to the user account, and displaying the counted copyright profit integral value;
acquiring a converted article corresponding to a preset designated numerical point, determining and counting the article which can be converted by the copyright gain numerical point, and recommending the article to the user.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein after receiving an original picture uploaded by a user and an authorization indication for use of the original picture within a specified advertising service range, further comprising:
Receiving other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, wherein the other attribute information comprises at least one of author information, type, title and work introduction of the original picture;
calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;
generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;
transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.
11. A picture copyright profit device, comprising:
the first receiving module is suitable for receiving the original picture uploaded by the user and the authorization indication of the use right of the original picture in the appointed advertising service range;

receiving other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, wherein the other attribute information comprises at least one of author information, type, title and work introduction of the original picture;
Calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;
generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;
transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.
21. A computer storage medium storing computer program code which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the picture copy right benefit method of any of claims 1-10.
22. A computing device, comprising: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform the picture copy right benefit method of any of claims 1-10.
