In the embodiment of the invention, an intelligent contract can be created based on the alliance chain, the preset rule that the user who uploads the original picture in the issuing direction of the authorized offline picture distribution task releases the corresponding benefit points is recorded in the intelligent contract, and the points can be released to the user account based on the intelligent contract later. Intelligent contracts are a type of contract that is intended to be propagated in an informative manner and verifying or executing the computer agreement of the contract. Smart contracts allow trusted transactions to be made without third parties, which transactions are traceable and irreversible. A federation chain is a member of a particular group and a limited third party, which internally designates a plurality of preselected nodes as billing agents, the generation of each block being determined jointly by all preselected nodes, which have public, transparent and non-tamperable properties.
When authorizing the copyright of the original picture to the task publisher of the matched offline picture distribution task, in order to avoid that the user authorizes the original picture to the task publisher which is not originally intended to be authorized due to misoperation, the embodiment of the invention can also display the relevant information of the task publisher of the offline picture distribution task selected by the user and provide an option for indicating whether the user determines to authorize the selected offline picture distribution task publisher. For example, the options "ok" and "cancel" are presented, if the user triggers the "ok" option, the copyright of the original picture is authorized to the off-line distribution task publisher. If the user triggers the option of cancel, the copyright of the original picture is not authorized to the off-line picture distribution task publisher.
The process of obtaining the profit and point by the user is described above, and of course, the user can also check the profit and point on the account at any time and exchange equivalent value articles by using the point on the account. In an embodiment of the invention, when a request for checking the profit and the point of the user account is received, the profit and point value in the point storage address corresponding to the user account is counted, and the counted profit and point value is displayed. And then, acquiring a converted article corresponding to the preset designated numerical point, determining the article which can be converted by counting the obtained income point numerical value, and recommending the obtained product to the user. The user can exchange the items of the cardiology instrument according to the own needs and the numerical value of the points. Therefore, the user can obtain corresponding profit points by using the original pictures through performing offline authorization on the uploaded original pictures, and further exchange corresponding articles by using the obtained points so as to convert the original pictures into corresponding values.
In the following, a description will be given of a flow process in which an uploading user of an original picture obtains a benefit score and the benefit score, in a specific embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, a task publisher may submit an offline map distribution task through a commercialized platform, and because the map distribution object of the offline map distribution task is offline content such as a brochure, a poster, a display board, a publication, etc., all or part of the offline map distribution object may be released to the commercialized platform in the form of a photo or a video, and the map distribution requirement of some offline map distribution tasks may be attached. And further, the offline map distribution task is released to the copyright profit platform in the form of a rewarding task. After the user uploads the original picture to the copyright protection platform, the copyright protection platform generates a digital fingerprint for the original picture as a unique identifier thereof. The user can select the issued rewarding task from the copyright profit platform, further analyze whether the original picture uploaded by the user meets the picture allocation requirement corresponding to the selected rewarding task, and if so, authorize the use right of the original picture to the task issuing party of the corresponding offline picture allocation task, and further acquire the corresponding profit integral. The obtained revenue points are issued to the user account by the point pool according to the preset rule, namely the point pool transfers the revenue points with corresponding values to the point storage address bound to the user account.
In this embodiment, the user may purchase other original pictures by using the obtained points, for example, the user purchases the copyrights of the original pictures with the marks to be sold by using the obtained points, that is, the picture copyrights trading process. During the picture copyright trade, some commissions (i.e. corresponding profit credits) may also be generated, which are fed back again into the pool of credits. In addition, the user can also exchange the corresponding articles in the point mall by using the obtained points, and the process of exchanging the articles is described in the above embodiments, which are not repeated here.
In an embodiment of the invention, in order to perfect the information of the original picture, the management of the original picture is better realized, the deep understanding of the original picture by the picture distribution task publisher is facilitated, other related information of the original picture uploaded by a user can be further received, the corresponding relation between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture is established, and the corresponding relation is stored. Wherein the original picture related information may include at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture. This embodiment stores other related information of the original picture, and is actually a simple registration process of copyright related information of the original picture.
For example, the present embodiment may input the copyright-related information of the original picture through the corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to fig. 3, the "registration information" interface, i.e., the corresponding rights registration interface, fig. 3 shows only a part of the contents of the "registration information" interface. In fig. 3, the user may begin work registration by clicking on the "register work" button. When the user clicks the "upload work" button, the original picture is uploaded, and then the type corresponding to the picture is selected from the "work type" options through the pull-down menu, for example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the work type can be directly selected as the photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in the information in the options of "work name", "author", "copyright holder", etc., where the "author", "copyright holder" is followed by "+" sign, meaning that a plurality of "authors", "copyright holders" can be filled in. Of course, if the user does not want to continue registering the work information in the process of filling in the registration information, the registration information may be canceled by clicking the "cancel issue" button.
The above introduces a simple registration process of the related information of the copyright of the original picture, and in order to perfect the registration of the copyright of the original picture, so that the registration of the copyright of the original picture is safer and more reliable, the embodiment of the invention can also utilize trusted timestamp and digital signature technology and provide ownership evidence and presence evidence service conforming to the international X9.95 protocol standard by combining a blockchain, perfect the registration of the copyright picture (such as the original picture) and more powerfully protect original content.
Prior to the copyright registration of the original picture, and acquiring a certification data item corresponding to the original picture, wherein the certification data item comprises a digital fingerprint, a hash value, author information, an uploading timestamp and a user signature. The generation and acquisition of the digital fingerprint, hash value, upload timestamp, and user signature are described below.
Firstly, when other attribute information (such as author information) of an original picture uploaded by a user is received, a hash value of the original picture is calculated by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and an uploading time stamp is added to the original picture.
Then, a private key and a public key pair are generated for the original picture, the hash value of the original picture is encrypted by the private key to generate a user signature, and the generated user signature and the public key are combined to generate a digital fingerprint.
And further, the original picture corresponding to the original picture and the certification data item comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information are sent to a server and stored, so that the server writes the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain, and the copyright registration of the original picture is realized.
In this embodiment, the blockchain is written with other attribute information of the original picture (e.g., type of original picture, title, work introduction, etc.), a forensic data item (e.g., digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp, etc.), public key, etc. And the data information written into the blockchain is also stored into a corresponding storage system, so that more perfect copyright registration of the original picture can be realized. The registration information may be stored in a distributed storage system (such as redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, where a digital fingerprint may be used as a Key, and other attribute information, public Key, a certificate-storing data item, and the like of the original picture may be used as a Value. The storage mode can facilitate the subsequent search of the certification data item or other attribute information of the original picture, and the non-chain offchain query can be realized.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides an offline profit device of the picture copyright. Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic structure of an offline benefit device of picture copyrights according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the offline benefit device 400 of the picture copyright includes an acquisition module 410, a first receiving module 420, an authorizing module 430, and an integral issuing module 440.
The functions of the components or devices of the offline benefit device 400 of the picture copyright according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described, and the connection relationship between the components:
the acquisition module 410 is adapted to acquire and display an offline map-matching task collected in advance according to an acquisition request when receiving the acquisition request of the offline map-matching task submitted by a user;
the first receiving module 420 is coupled to the obtaining module 410, and is adapted to receive a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline map matching task and an original picture uploaded for the selected offline map matching task;
the authorization module 430 is coupled to the first receiving module 420, and is adapted to authorize the copyright of the original picture to the task publisher of the selected offline picture distribution task if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline picture distribution task;
the point issuing module 440 is coupled to the authorizing module 430, and is adapted to issue corresponding revenue points according to a preset rule by the user who has issued the original picture in the authorized offline distribution task issuing direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the offline map task includes: the picture matching task aims at least one picture matching object in a brochure, a poster, a display board and a publication.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another offline benefit device of the picture copyright. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the construction of an offline benefit apparatus of picture copyrights according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the offline benefit device 400 of the picture copy right includes an acquisition module 410, a first receiving module 420, an authorization module 430, an integral issuing module 440, a calling module 450, a parsing module 460, a judging module 470, a determining module 480, a second receiving module 490, a registering module 500, and a binding module 510.
The invoking module 450 is adapted to invoke a preset map matching interface after the first receiving module 420 receives a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline map matching task and an original picture uploaded for the selected offline map matching task.
The parsing module 460 is coupled to the calling module 450, and is adapted to parse the task requirements of the selected offline map task by using the map matching interface.
The judging module 470 is coupled to the parsing module 460, and is adapted to analyze the content information of the original picture, and judge whether the analysis result matches the task requirement of the offline picture distribution task.
The determining module 480 is coupled to the judging module 470 and the authorizing module 430, respectively, and is adapted to determine that the original picture meets the task requirement of the selected offline map making task if the analysis result matches the task requirement of the offline map making task.
The second receiving module 490 is adapted to receive the registration request carrying the user information sent by the user uploading the original picture and the offline picture distribution task publisher, respectively.
The registration module 500 is coupled to the second receiving module 490, and is adapted to parse corresponding user information from the received registration request, and register a corresponding account based on the parsed user information.
Binding module 510, coupled to registration module 500 and points issuing module 440, respectively, is adapted to assign a unique point storage address to the successfully registered account and bind the account to its corresponding point storage address.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the point issuing module 440 is further adapted to define an account corresponding to a user uploading the original picture as a first account, and an account corresponding to an authorized offline map distribution task publisher as a second account. And transferring the income credits of the corresponding numerical value in the credit storage address corresponding to the second account into the credit storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the score distribution module 440 is further adapted to analyze the map objects included in the offline map task, and if the analyzed map objects include publications, count the sales number of the publications within a preset period of time. And according to the counted sales quantity, corresponding benefit points are issued by the users uploading original pictures in the authorized off-line distribution task issuing direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the score distribution module 440 is further adapted to analyze the map objects contained in the offline map task. If the analyzed picture allocation object comprises at least one of a brochure, a poster and a display board, according to the value of the profit integral preset for each picture allocation object, issuing the profit integral of the corresponding value for the user uploading the original picture at one time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the authorization module 430 is further adapted to present information about the task issuers of the selected offline pictorial task, and provide an option indicating whether the user determines to authorize the selected offline pictorial task issuers. And if the user trigger is received, determining an option authorized to the selected offline picture distribution task publisher, and authorizing the copyright of the original picture to the offline picture distribution task publisher.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another offline benefit device of the picture copyright. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the construction of an offline benefit apparatus of picture copyrights according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the offline profit apparatus 400 for picture copyrights includes a view module 520, a statistics module 530, a recommendation module 540, and a rights registration module 550 in addition to the above-described modules.
A viewing module 520, coupled to the binding module 510, is adapted to receive a user's request to view revenue credits for an account of the user.
And the statistics module 530 is coupled with the checking module 520 and is suitable for counting the income and point values in the point storage addresses corresponding to the user accounts and displaying the counted income and point values.
And the recommending module 540 is coupled with the statistics module 530 and is suitable for acquiring the converted goods corresponding to the preset appointed numerical point, determining the goods which can be converted by the counted obtained income point numerical value and recommending the obtained income point numerical value to the user.
The copyright registration module 550 is coupled to the first receiving module 420, and is adapted to receive, after the first receiving module 420 receives the user's selection operation of any displayed offline mapping task and the original picture uploaded for the selected offline mapping task, other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, where the other attribute information includes at least one of author information, type, title, and work profile of the original picture. And calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture. And generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate the digital fingerprint. Transmitting the corresponding storage certificate data items comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading time stamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information to a server and storing the original picture; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into the blockchain by the server to realize the copyright registration of the original picture.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a computer storage medium storing computer program code which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the offline benefit method of picture copyrights in any of the embodiments above.

According to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of the preferred embodiments, the following advantageous effects can be achieved according to the embodiments of the present invention:
in the embodiment of the invention, when the acquisition request of the offline map matching task submitted by the user is received, the offline map matching task collected in advance is acquired and displayed according to the acquisition request. And receiving the selection operation of the user on any displayed offline picture distribution task and the original picture uploaded by aiming at the selected offline picture distribution task. And if the analysis of the original picture meets the task requirement of the selected offline picture distribution task, authorizing the copyright of the original picture to a task publisher of the selected offline picture distribution task. And distributing corresponding benefit points by the user uploading the original pictures in the distribution direction of the authorized offline picture distribution task according to a preset rule. Therefore, after the user of the embodiment of the invention grants the copyright of the original picture uploaded by the user to the task publisher of the offline picture distribution task, the user can acquire corresponding integral benefits by utilizing the original picture, the scheme can be widely applied to original pictures uploaded by any user, so that the problem that common users are difficult to create benefits by utilizing original contents in the prior art is effectively solved, and the creation enthusiasm of the original users is improved. Furthermore, the scheme of the invention can also effectively encourage the user to upload more original pictures.

1. An off-line profit method of picture copyright is applied to a scene of obtaining profit by an original picture in an off-line authorization mode, and comprises the following steps:
when an acquisition request of an offline map distribution task submitted by a user is received, acquiring and displaying the offline map distribution task collected in advance according to the acquisition request;
Receiving a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline picture distribution task and an original picture uploaded by aiming at the selected offline picture distribution task;
if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline picture allocation task, authorizing the copyright of the original picture to a task publisher of the selected offline picture allocation task;
corresponding revenue points are issued by users uploading the original pictures in the issuing direction of the authorized offline picture distribution task according to preset rules;
after receiving the selection operation of the user on any displayed offline map matching task and the original picture uploaded by aiming at the selected offline map matching task, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, wherein the other attribute information comprises at least one of author information, type, title and work introduction of the original picture;
calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;
generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;
Transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the offline join-map task comprises:
the picture matching task aims at least one picture matching object in a brochure, a poster, a display board and a publication.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the user selection operation of any displayed offline graphics task and the original picture uploaded for the selected offline graphics task, further comprises:
calling a preset map matching interface;
analyzing the task requirement of the selected offline map distribution task by using the map distribution interface;
analyzing the content information of the original picture, and judging whether an analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline picture allocation task;
and if the analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline picture distribution task, determining that the original picture meets the task requirement of the selected offline picture distribution task.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
respectively receiving a registration request carrying user information sent by a user uploading the original picture and an offline picture distribution task publisher;
analyzing corresponding user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account based on the analyzed user information;
and allocating a unique point storage address for the successfully registered account, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.
5. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:
defining an account corresponding to a user uploading the original picture as a first account, and defining an account corresponding to an authorized offline picture distribution task publisher as a second account;
and transferring the income credits of the corresponding numerical value in the credit storage address corresponding to the second account into the credit storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.
6. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:
Analyzing a map matching object contained in the offline map matching task;
if the analyzed graph matching object comprises a publication, counting the sales number of the publication in a preset time period;
and according to the counted sales quantity, corresponding revenue points are issued by the users uploading the original pictures in the authorized off-line distribution task issuing direction.
7. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:
analyzing a map matching object contained in the offline map matching task;
if the analyzed picture allocation object comprises at least one of a brochure, a poster and a display board, according to the value of the profit integral preset for each picture allocation object, issuing the profit integral of the corresponding value for the user uploading the original picture at one time.
8. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein authorizing copyrights of the original pictures to a task publisher of a selected offline pictorial task comprises:
displaying the relevant information of the task publisher of the selected offline map distribution task, and providing options for indicating whether the user determines to authorize the selected offline map distribution task publisher;
And if the user trigger is received, determining an option authorized to the selected offline picture distribution task publisher, and authorizing the copyright of the original picture to the offline picture distribution task publisher.
9. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
receiving a viewing request of a user for the benefit points of the account;
counting the income point values in the point storage addresses corresponding to the user accounts, and displaying the income point values obtained through counting;
and acquiring a converted article corresponding to the preset designated numerical point, determining the article which can be converted by counting the obtained income point numerical value, and recommending the obtained product to the user.

calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;
generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;
transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.
