In the embodiment of the present invention, although the above describes a plurality of ways of obtaining the integral, the total output value of the integral is not limited, but is distributed according to a corresponding distribution scheme, and is specifically described below in an embodiment.

The integrated bulk flow process is described in one embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2b, after a user uploads an original picture (e.g., an advertisement picture) to a copyright platform and grants a picture copyright to the copyright platform, the copyright platform may obtain a corresponding commercial benefit by using the original picture. The copyright platform can then purchase the cloud drills from the cloud drill pool by utilizing the acquired benefits to obtain corresponding cloud drill readiness. And thawing the points with the corresponding values from the point pool by using the cloud drill preparation gold according to the corresponding exchange rate (namely the exchange rate between the cloud drill and the points), and distributing the thawed points to users uploading the original pictures according to a certain proportion. The user may redeem the points obtained at the exchange rate and consume the points in the cloud point mall, such as purchasing items equivalent to the points obtained.
In this embodiment, the user may use the obtained points in the picture copyright trade process in the above method, such as the purchasing user purchasing the copyright of the original picture with the mark to be sold by using the obtained points. In this embodiment, the specific process of generating unique digital fingerprint information for an original picture includes the steps of:
Step 1, receiving author information of original pictures uploaded by a selling user;
step 2, calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof;
and step 3, generating a private key and public key pair for the received original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate the digital fingerprint.
In this step, a user signature is generated based on the private key and hash value of the original picture, which can be used for user ownership certification. The signature algorithm used to encrypt the hash value of the original picture with the private key may be RSA (public key encryption algorithm) +sha256.
The digital fingerprint of each original picture is globally unique, can be used for picture retrieval and authentication of copyright information, has an original length of 23 bytes, and can be in a format that the first byte is a version number, the middle 20 bytes are fingerprint hash values, namely fingerprint summaries, and the last 2 bytes can be used as check bits. In this embodiment, the algorithm of the fingerprint digest may employ a fingerprint 160 (sha 256 (pub_key+user_signature), where pub_key is the user public key, user_signature is the user signature, and "+" represents a string connection. The check bit algorithm uses sha256 (version number + fingerprint digest) and the result calculated by the algorithm takes the first 2 bytes. For example, a digital fingerprint may be: 00bb40895f3ad0425a5c85210cb2fb0329e1b1a4b17a27, wherein the version number of the digital fingerprint is "00", the fingerprint digest is "bb40895f3ad0425a5c85210cb2fb0329e1b1a4b1", and the check bit is "7a27".
In an embodiment of the invention, in order to perfect the information of the original picture, the management of the original picture is better realized, the purchasing user is helped to understand the original picture in depth, other related information of the original picture uploaded by the selling user can be further received, the corresponding relation between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture is established, and the corresponding relation is stored. Wherein the original picture related information may include at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture. This embodiment stores other related information of the original picture, and is actually a simple registration process of copyright related information of the original picture.
For example, the present embodiment may input the copyright-related information of the original picture through the corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to fig. 3, the "registration information" interface, i.e., the corresponding rights registration interface, fig. 3 shows only a part of the contents of the "registration information" interface. In FIG. 3, the selling user may begin work registration by clicking on the "register work" button. When the user clicks the "upload work" button, the original picture is uploaded, and then the type corresponding to the picture is selected from the "commodity type" options through the pull-down menu, for example, the uploaded original picture is a photo, and then the commodity type can be directly selected as the photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in the information in the options of "work name", "author", "copyright holder", etc., where the "author", "copyright holder" is followed by "+" sign, meaning that a plurality of "authors", "copyright holders" can be filled in. Of course, if the user does not want to continue registering the work information in the process of filling in the registration information, the registration information may be canceled by clicking the "cancel issue" button.
The above introduces a simple registration process of the related information of the copyright of the original picture, and in order to perfect the registration of the copyright of the original picture, so that the registration of the copyright of the original picture is safer and more reliable, the embodiment of the invention can also utilize trusted timestamp and digital signature technology and provide ownership evidence and presence evidence service conforming to the international X9.95 protocol standard by combining a blockchain, perfect the registration of the copyright picture (such as the original picture) and more powerfully protect original content.
Before the copyright of the original picture is registered, a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising a digital fingerprint, a hash value, author information, an uploading timestamp and a user signature is required to be acquired, wherein the acquisition and generation modes of the digital fingerprint, the user signature and the author information included in the certification data item are described above and are not repeated here. The uploading time stamp of the original picture can be obtained in two ways, namely, the trusted time stamp carrying the subscription information of the authority is received from the authority, and the trusted time stamp of the authority is used as the uploading time stamp of the original picture. And the other is to take the user declaration time as the original picture uploading time, wherein the user declaration time is declared by the user uploading the original picture.
In this embodiment, the blockchain is written with other attribute information of the original picture (e.g., type of original picture, title, work introduction, etc.), a forensic data item (e.g., digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp, etc.), public key, etc. And the data information written into the blockchain is also stored into a corresponding storage system, so that more perfect copyright registration of the original picture can be realized.
The information may be stored in a distributed storage system (such as redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, where a digital fingerprint may be used as a Key, and other attribute information, public Key, and a certificate-storing data item of the original picture may be used as a Value. The storage mode can facilitate the subsequent search of the certification data item or other attribute information of the original picture, and the non-chain offchain query can be realized.
After storing the corresponding relation between other related information of the original picture and the original picture, the user can edit and browse the other related information. Of course, the user may also modify the copyright owner information of the previously uploaded picture, the transaction condition of the original picture, and the like.
For example, when a browsing request of a purchasing user for other related information of an original picture is received, the other related information of the original picture is provided to the purchasing user, and a browsing operation corresponding to the browsing request is performed.
For another example, when receiving an edit request for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture by the selling user, a corresponding edit operation is performed on the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture based on the edit request. Here, the editing operation may include a modification operation, a deletion operation, an addition operation, and the like.
For another example, when a browse request of a selling user for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture is received, a corresponding browse operation is performed for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture based on the browse request.
For another example, when receiving an edit request and a browse request of the sales user for the transaction condition of the original picture and other related information, the corresponding browse operation may be executed first, then the corresponding edit operation may be executed, or the corresponding edit operation may be executed first, then the corresponding browse operation may be executed.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a copyright transaction device for pictures. Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic structure of a copyright transacting device for pictures according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the copyright transaction apparatus 400 for a picture includes an acquisition module 410, a judgment module 420, and a modification module 430.
The functions of the components or devices of the copyright transaction apparatus 400 for pictures according to the embodiment of the present invention will now be described, and the connection relationship between the components:
the acquisition module 410 is adapted to acquire an original picture with an identification to be sold and a corresponding preset transaction condition when receiving a browsing request from a purchasing user for the original picture to be sold, and provide the original picture with the identification to be sold and the corresponding preset transaction condition to the purchasing user;
the judging module 420 is coupled with the acquiring module 410, and is adapted to receive a purchase operation triggered by a purchasing user for any original picture with a to-be-sold identifier, and judge whether the purchase operation accords with a preset transaction condition of the picture;
the changing module 430, coupled to the judging module 420, is adapted to read the digital fingerprint information corresponding to the original picture written in the blockchain in advance after the judging module 420 judges that the purchasing user meets the preset transaction condition of the picture according to the purchasing operation, determine the current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information, and change the determined current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information into the purchasing user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the modification module 430 is further adapted to modify the to-be-sold identifier of the original picture to the sold identifier after modifying the determined current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information to the purchasing user.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a copyright transaction device of another picture. Fig. 5 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a copyright transacting device for pictures according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the copyright transaction apparatus 400 for a picture includes a first receiving module 440, a registering module 450, and a binding module 460 in addition to an acquiring module 410, a judging module 420, and a modifying module 430.
A first receiving module 440 adapted to receive a registration request carrying user information from any user, wherein any user includes a purchasing user and a selling user selling an original picture;
a registration module 450, coupled to the first receiving module 440, adapted to parse the user information from the received registration request, and register a corresponding account for any user based on the user information, wherein the purchasing user corresponds to the first account and the selling user corresponds to the second account;
binding module 460, coupled to registration module 450 and modification module 430, respectively, is adapted to assign a unique point storage address to the successfully registered account and bind the account to its corresponding point storage address.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the preset transaction conditions of the original picture include: the point of the appointed numerical value provided by the purchasing user to the selling user is obtained by the purchasing user according to a preset point obtaining mode.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 420 is further adapted to determine whether the point of the designated value is transferred from the point storage address corresponding to the first account to the point storage address corresponding to the second account. If yes, the purchasing operation accords with the transaction condition of the original picture.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the preset integral acquisition mode includes at least one of the following:
the user completes account registration of the picture copyright transaction, and corresponding points are distributed in the point storage addresses corresponding to the account where the user is located;
uploading an original picture by a user, and distributing corresponding points to the point storage addresses corresponding to the account of the user;
selling original pictures by a user, and distributing corresponding points to the point storage addresses corresponding to the accounts of the user;
and the user completes other point tasks with corresponding numerical value points, and the points with corresponding numerical values are distributed in the point storage addresses corresponding to the account where the user is located.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a copyright transaction device for the picture. Fig. 6 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a copyright transacting device for pictures according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the copyright transaction apparatus 400 for a picture includes a generation module 470, an addition module 480, a creation module 490, a second receiving module 500, a first executing module 510, a third receiving module 520, and a second executing module 530, in addition to an acquisition module 410, a judgment module 420, a modification module 430, a first receiving module 440, a registration module 450, and a binding module 460.
The first receiving module 440 is further adapted to receive the original picture uploaded by the selling user and the copyright owner information of the picture.
The generating module 470, coupled to the first receiving module 440, is adapted to generate unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture, write the digital fingerprint information into the blockchain, and identify the copyright owner of the original picture as an ownership user of the digital fingerprint information.
An adding module 480 coupled to the generating module 470 and adapted to receive the transaction condition for the original picture submitted by the selling user and add the identification to be sold to the original picture.
The first receiving module 440 is further adapted to receive other relevant information of the original picture uploaded by the selling user.
The establishing module 490, coupled to the first receiving module 440, is adapted to establish a correspondence between other related information of the original picture and the original picture.
The second receiving module 500 is adapted to receive a browsing request of the purchasing user for other relevant information of the original picture after the corresponding relationship between the other relevant information of the original picture and the original picture is established by the establishing module 490.
The first execution module 510 is coupled to the second receiving module 500, and is adapted to provide other relevant information of the original picture to the purchasing user, and execute the browsing operation corresponding to the browsing request.
The third receiving module 520 is adapted to receive an edit request and/or a browse request of the sales user for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture after the corresponding relationship between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture is established by the establishing module 490.
The second execution module 530 is coupled to the third receiving module 520, and is adapted to execute corresponding operations on the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture based on the editing request and/or the browsing request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the generating module 470 is further adapted to receive the author information of the original picture uploaded by the selling user, calculate a hash value of the original picture by using a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, generate a private key and a public key pair for the received original picture, encrypt the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combine the generated user signature and the public key to generate the digital fingerprint.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the original picture related information includes at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture.
The present invention also provides a computer storage medium storing computer program code which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the method of copyright trading of pictures in any of the embodiments above.
The present invention also provides a computing device, comprising: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform the method of copyright trading of pictures in any of the embodiments above.
According to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of the preferred embodiments, the following advantageous effects can be achieved according to the embodiments of the present invention:
in the embodiment of the invention, in the purchase process of the original picture copyright, when a browsing request of a purchasing user for the original picture to be sold is received, the original picture with the mark to be sold and the corresponding preset transaction condition can be acquired and provided for the purchasing user. And then receiving a purchase operation triggered by the purchase user aiming at any original picture with the to-be-sold identification, and judging whether the purchase user accords with the preset transaction condition of the picture according to the purchase operation. If yes, reading the digital fingerprint information corresponding to the original picture written in the blockchain in advance, determining the current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information, and changing the determined current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information into a purchasing user. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention writes the digital fingerprint information corresponding to the original picture into the blockchain in advance, so that the safety and the effectiveness of the copyright information of the original picture can be effectively ensured based on the decentralization, disclosure, transparency and non-falsification characteristics of the blockchain. And the copyright transaction of the picture is realized by changing the digital fingerprint ownership users of the picture recorded in the blockchain, so that the original picture can be more conveniently and timely converted into the equivalent value, the demands of selling users and purchasing users are met, the dispute problem about the copyright ownership of the picture can be effectively avoided, and the picture copyright transaction experience of the user is improved.

1. A copyright transaction method of a picture is applied to an original picture copyright purchasing process, and comprises the following steps:
when a browsing request for original pictures to be sold is received from a purchasing user, the original pictures with the marks to be sold and corresponding preset transaction conditions are obtained and provided for the purchasing user;
Receiving purchase operation triggered by a purchase user aiming at any original picture with a to-be-sold identifier, and judging whether the purchase operation accords with preset transaction conditions of the picture;
if yes, reading digital fingerprint information corresponding to the original picture written in the blockchain in advance, determining a current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information, changing the determined current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information into the purchasing user, calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and author information corresponding to the original picture, generating a private key and public key pair for the received original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and public key to generate the digital fingerprint.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a browse request from a purchasing user for an original picture to be sold, further comprising:
receiving a registration request carrying user information from any user, wherein the any user comprises the purchasing user and a selling user selling the original picture;
Analyzing the user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account for any user based on the user information, wherein the purchasing user corresponds to a first account and the selling user corresponds to a second account;
and allocating a unique point storage address for the successfully registered account, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the preset trade condition of the original picture comprises:
and the purchasing user provides the point of the appointed numerical value for the selling user, wherein the point is acquired by the purchasing user according to a preset point acquisition mode.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein determining whether the purchase meets a preset trade condition for the picture comprises:
judging whether the point of the appointed numerical value is transferred from the point storage address corresponding to the first account to the point storage address corresponding to the second account;
if yes, the purchasing operation accords with the transaction condition of the original picture.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein the predetermined integral acquisition means comprises at least one of:
The user completes account registration of the picture copyright transaction, and corresponding points are distributed in the point storage addresses corresponding to the account where the user is located;
uploading an original picture by a user, and distributing corresponding points to the point storage addresses corresponding to the account of the user;
selling original pictures by a user, and distributing corresponding points to the point storage addresses corresponding to the accounts of the user;
and the user completes other point tasks with corresponding numerical value points, and the points with the corresponding numerical values are distributed to the point storage addresses corresponding to the account where the user is located.

after changing the determined current ownership user of the digital fingerprint information to the purchasing user, the method further comprises: and changing the mark to be sold of the original picture into a sold mark.

receiving original pictures and copyright owner information of the pictures uploaded by a selling user;
generating unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture, writing the digital fingerprint information into a blockchain, and identifying the copyright owner of the original picture as an ownership user of the digital fingerprint information;
And receiving transaction conditions submitted by the selling user aiming at the original picture, and adding the identification to be sold for the original picture.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein generating unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture comprises:
receiving author information of original pictures uploaded by a selling user;
calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof;
generating a private key and a public key pair for the received original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint.

and receiving other related information of the original picture uploaded by the selling user, and establishing a corresponding relation between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture.

the type of the original picture, the title, the creator information, and the work introduction.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein after establishing the correspondence between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture, further comprises:
Receiving a browsing request of the purchasing user for other related information of the original picture;
and providing other related information of the original picture for the purchasing user, and executing the browsing operation corresponding to the browsing request.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein after establishing the correspondence between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture, further comprises:
receiving an editing request and/or a browsing request of the selling user for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture;
and executing corresponding operations on the transaction conditions and other related information of the original picture based on the editing request and/or the browsing request.
13. A copyright transaction apparatus for pictures, comprising:

generating a private key and a public key pair for the received original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint.
