本发明公开了一种自关闭防火窗,包括窗框和窗扇,所述窗扇通过合页可开合地安装在窗框上,窗扇上防火密封地安装有玻璃,窗框上还安装有闭门器和启闭装置,窗扇的两侧相对应地分别设置有可转动的内手把和外手把,内手把和外手把之间连接有穿过窗扇框体的连轴,内手把内设置有连接在内手把和连轴之间的热敏卡环,窗扇和窗框连接的合页设置在窗框外侧面上,合页通过螺栓或螺钉与窗框连接,窗扇与合页连接的一侧与窗框之间留有大于内手把与窗框卡接宽度的移动空间,框体型材对应于窗扇背向玻璃的一侧凸出有用于插接密封条的凸沿。本产品可自动进行遇火关闭,发生火灾时可从外侧打开窗体,并且若手把失效不可开启仍可以通过拆卸解除。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗技术领域,特别是一种自关闭防火窗。
背景技术
防火窗是一种用于放置室内火势向外蔓延的门窗产品,传统的防火窗一般至需要人为操作进行关闭才能达到防火作用,不能自动在检测到火灾时自行关闭,而且在火灾时不能从外侧控制接触,只能通过破坏的方式打碎玻璃,这对于实际情况中消防员可能需要从外进入时就相当不便了。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供一种自关闭防火窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种自关闭防火窗,包括窗框和窗扇,所述窗扇通过合页可开合地安装在窗框上,窗扇上防火密封地安装有玻璃,窗框上还安装有闭门器和启闭装置,窗扇的两侧相对应地分别设置有可转动的内手把和外手把,内手把转动可对应卡接窗框,内手把和外手把之间连接有穿过窗扇框体的连轴,内手把内设置有连接在内手把和连轴之间的热敏卡环,热敏卡环受热变形同时夹紧内手把和连轴,窗扇和窗框连接的合页设置在窗框外侧面上,合页通过螺栓或螺钉与窗框连接,窗扇与合页连接的一侧与窗框之间留有大于内手把与窗框卡接宽度的移动空间,框体型材对应于窗扇背向玻璃的一侧凸出有用于插接密封条的凸沿,凸沿设置为带有槽型的凹口结构,框体型材对应与玻璃连接的一侧外壁边缘延伸出有与玻璃表面抵接的夹板,所述夹板为框体型材的金属板往外延伸并双层对折紧压构成,所述框体型材于窗扇对向所述窗框的表面设置有用于安装密封条的安装槽。
所述凸沿的壁体抵接面为框体型材的金属板延伸并叠合连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明可自动进行遇火关闭,仅仅在发生火灾时可从外侧操作手把打开窗体,并且若手把失效不可开启仍可以通过拆卸解除,双重保险。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图4,本发明实施方式的防火窗,包括窗框1和窗扇2,所述窗扇2通过合页76可开合地安装在所述窗框1上,窗扇2上防火密封地安装有玻璃3,随窗扇2闭合其边框与窗框1高低错落同时抵接,窗扇2上分别高低错落至少设置有两道与窗框1同向抵接的密封条4,且窗框1上还安装有闭门器5和启闭装置6,所述闭门器5设置有带动窗扇2闭合的推杆机构51,所述推杆机构51与窗扇2框体连接,所述启闭装置6包括安装在窗框1上的防火开关机构61,以及安装在窗扇2框体上的固定杆62,所述固定杆62随窗扇2打开至相应位置时与所述防火开关机构61可解除连接,闭门器5通过液压缸、气缸等驱动装置通过推杆机构51将窗扇2往窗框1闭合,通过启闭装置6可在窗扇2固定在需要或相应的打开位置,在发生火灾时防火开关机构61受火自动松开与固定杆62的连接,从而关闭窗扇2,配合至少两道密封条4高低同时抵接窗框1,使窗扇2闭合后具有极佳的气密性、水密性,并且能够抵抗强大风压;窗扇2的边框为金属板冷轧构成的空心结构型材;防火开关机构61设置有受火自动收缩的卡键,卡键匹配可顶接固定杆62上相应的卡杆进行固定。
参考图3,窗扇2的两侧相对应地分别设置有可转动的内手把71和外手把72,内手把71转动可对应卡接窗框1,内手把71和外手把72之间连接有穿过窗扇2框体的连轴73,当启闭装置6和闭门器5启动逼窗后,又或者内手把71从内转动与窗框1卡接,可通过外手把72操作内手把71转动进行外部开启或锁紧窗扇2。
内手把71内设置有连接在内手把71和连轴73之间的热敏卡环74,热敏卡环74受热变形同时夹紧内手把71和连轴73,只有内手把71在火灾受热后,才会使内手把71与连轴73连接,从而避免外手把72不可随意控制内手把71。
窗扇2框体内设置有带动连轴73的电机75,电机75的电机轴与连轴73驱动连接,电机轴可通过齿轮、链带、皮带或其它方式连接连轴73,启闭装置6触发时,电机75通过连轴73带动内手把71转动至不卡接位置,闭门器5关上窗扇2后,电机75通过连轴73带动内手把71转动进行卡接关紧窗扇2。
窗扇2和窗框1连接的合页76设置在窗框1外侧面上,合页76通过螺栓或螺钉与窗框1连接,窗扇2与合页76连接的一侧与窗框1之间留有大于内手把71与窗框1卡接宽度的移动空间,因此从外侧面可通过拆卸合页76而使内手把71卡接窗框1的窗扇2通过横移解除卡接,避免了无法转动内手把71卡接时开启窗扇2的不便。
参考图1和图2,所述窗扇2的边框为矩形的框体型材21,所述框体型材21对应与玻璃3连接的一侧外壁边缘延伸出有与玻璃3表面抵接的夹板211,所述玻璃3通过与框体型材21连接的压条22与窗扇2紧固连接,所述压条22通过螺钉或螺栓固定在框体型材21上,压条22与所述夹板211相对形成夹接玻璃3边缘的夹口,且玻璃3与框体型材21、夹板211和压条22之间设置有防火岩棉条,夹板211为框体型材21的金属板往外延伸并双层对折紧压构成。
参考图1和图2,所述窗扇2的边框为矩形的框体型材21,所述框体型材21对应于窗扇2背向玻璃3的一侧凸出有用于插接密封条4的凸沿212,框体型材21于窗扇2对向所述窗框1的表面设置有用于安装密封条4的安装槽213,窗框1与窗扇2的边框抵接的框体部分相应为L形。所述凸沿212和安装槽213的密封条4高低错路与窗框1抵接。
如图2所示,所述凸沿212设置为带有槽型的凹口结构,凸沿212的壁体抵接面为框体型材21的金属板延伸并叠合连接,金属板一端弯折成“2”字形,另一端弯折成“6”字形,并且金属板两端匹配叠合和扣接,形成框体型材21的牢固结构,并且便于实现高低错落密封抵接。
如图2所示,所述安装槽213为框体型材21金属板向内弯曲成“n”字形的凹槽,安装槽213内一边侧壁与框体型材21侧边弯折叠合。
参考图1,所述密封条4顶端设置有伞形或锚状的插接部,所述插接部上设置有至少一层或两层的卡爪。
参考图1,所述密封条4的抵接面一侧设置有V形的槽口,且密封条4表面设置有数个微凸条增加密封贴合性,密封条4为弹性材料,V形槽口可进一步增加密封条4表面抵接面与窗框1抵接的接触弹性。
所述玻璃3为单片玻璃或双层中空防火玻璃。

1.一种自关闭防火窗,其特征在于:包括窗框和窗扇,所述窗扇通过合页可开合地安装在窗框上,窗扇上防火密封地安装有玻璃,窗框上还安装有闭门器和启闭装置,窗扇的两侧相对应地分别设置有可转动的内手把和外手把,内手把转动可对应卡接窗框,内手把和外手把之间连接有穿过窗扇框体的连轴,内手把内设置有连接在内手把和连轴之间的热敏卡环,热敏卡环受热变形同时夹紧内手把和连轴,窗扇和窗框连接的合页设置在窗框外侧面上,合页通过螺栓或螺钉与窗框连接,窗扇与合页连接的一侧与窗框之间留有大于内手把与窗框卡接宽度的移动空间,框体型材对应于窗扇背向玻璃的一侧凸出有用于插接密封条的凸沿,凸沿设置为带有槽型的凹口结构,框体型材对应与玻璃连接的一侧外壁边缘延伸出有与玻璃表面抵接的夹板,所述夹板为框体型材的金属板往外延伸并双层对折紧压构成,所述框体型材于窗扇对向所述窗框的表面设置有用于安装密封条的安装槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自关闭防火窗,其特征在于:所述凸沿的壁体抵接面为框体型材的金属板延伸并叠合连接。
