A production method of an automatic frying and roasting production system for fruit food materials comprises the steps of cleaning fruits, cutting the fruits into long slices, round slices or diced strips, spraying salt water on two sides of the food materials, baking the single side or the double sides of the food materials, coating edible oil on the two sides of the food materials, frying and roasting the food materials at the temperature of 200 ℃ for 40 min.
Example 3
A production method of an automatic frying and roasting production system for fruit food materials comprises the steps of cleaning fruits, cutting the fruits into long slices, round slices or diced strips, spraying salt water on two sides of the food materials, baking the single side or the double sides of the food materials, coating edible oil on the two sides of the food materials, frying and roasting the food materials at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 25 min.
