最终驱动齿轮组件36也可以连接到连接元件,例如从动链轮48。例如,从动链轮48可以固定地连接到太阳齿轮38。从动链轮48可以通过齿轮或环形可旋转构件(例如皮带或链条)联接到驱动链轮51。在所示的示例中,链条50将驱动链轮51联接到最终驱动组件30的从动链轮48。车轴31连接到从动链轮48,链轮48与链条50接合。因此,扭矩可以从驱动链轮51和从动链轮48通过链条50传递到最终驱动齿轮组件36并且传递到差速器壳体34,从而最终传递到车轴31和车轮26。
在其他示例中,推进系统10还可以或可选地包括例如通过类似于构件50的环形可旋转构件而联接到最终驱动组件30的电动机(未示出)。
最终驱动组件30的壳体46可以附接到变速器壳体52。另外,轴承组件54可用于将从动链轮48可旋转地连接到最终驱动壳体46,以确保稳定性。作为示例,轴承组件54可以是深槽滚珠轴承(DGBB)。
现在参照图1、图2A-2B、图3A-3B和图4,轴承组件54包括轴承座圈结构56,轴承座圈结构56具有内部座圈58和外部座圈60。外部座圈60围绕内部座圈58同心设置。可旋转的轴承元件,例如滚珠62,设置在内部座圈58和外部座圈60之间。保持架64可以设置在内部座圈58和外部座圈60之间,其中保持架64构造成使每个滚珠62沿周向以相等的间隔定位。在一些形式中,外部座圈60的内侧66成形为部分地围绕滚珠62,并且内部座圈58的外侧68成形为部分地围绕滚珠62。
轴承座圈结构56具有从其延伸的多个螺纹70。螺纹70可以从内部座圈58或外部座圈60延伸。在所示的示例中,多个螺纹70设置在外部座圈60上并且从外部座圈60的外表面72延伸。
相应的配合的第二多个螺纹74设置在相邻结构上,以将轴承座圈结构56固定到相邻结构。作为示例,相邻结构可以是连接元件,例如从动链轮48或最终驱动组件壳体46。在所示的示例中,第二多个螺纹74从从动链轮48的内表面76延伸。轴承座圈结构56通过第一多个螺纹70连接到从动链轮48的第二多个螺纹74,以防止轴承座圈结构56,特别是轴承外部座圈60相对于从动链轮48发生移动。因此,从外部座圈60的外表面72延伸的螺纹70与从链轮48的内表面76延伸的螺纹74接合或经螺纹接合。
内部座圈58具有内表面78,该内表面78松配合以便组装到固定结构,在本案例中,该固定结构是最终驱动壳体46。当变速器运行期间温度升高时,松配合变成压配合。然而,在替代方案中,应该理解的是,在某些应用中,是内部座圈58可以带螺纹,而不是外部座圈60带有螺纹。此外,内部座圈58可以以任何其他合适的方式附接到最终驱动壳体46,而不会超出本公开的精神和范围。
因此,使用螺纹70、74将外部座圈60保持在连接元件(例如,从动链轮48)上消除了轴承座圈结构56随着时间而发生相对移动的问题。螺纹70、74用作锁定特征件,以将轴承座圈结构56保持在周围部件上,具体在本案例中,则是保持在从动链轮48上。
除了消除或减少轴承座圈结构56(在本示例中,具体为外部座圈60)相对于从动链轮48的发生移动之外,轴承组件54具有额外的优势,即保持外滚道表面66和内滚道表面68与每个滚珠62之间的预设间隙。这是因为当温度升高时只有一个座圈58压配合周围的部件,因此减少或消除了组装时间隙的任何减小。
现在参考图5,以侧透视示意图示出了滚珠轴承组件54。外部座圈60限定形成在外部座圈60的侧表面82中的多个凹穴80。在该示例中,凹穴80的数量为三个并且彼此等距地间隔开;然而,可以使用任何所需数量的凹穴80或以任何放置方式布置。为了将轴承外部座圈60组装到从动链轮48,外部座圈60的螺纹70需要拧到从动链轮48的螺纹74上。可以将扭矩工具(未示出)插入凹穴80中以使外部座圈60相对于从动链轮48旋转,以将外部座圈60的螺纹70拧紧,使其与从动链轮48的螺纹74接合。
尽管具体示出为位于汽车推进系统10中,但是滚珠轴承组件54可以在没有推进系统10的情况下使用,例如在其他应用和领域中。图示所提供的螺纹70、74可以是粗牙螺纹,例如M105x1.5-6G,但这仅仅是由于在所示实例中使用的从动链轮48和轴承组件54的相应尺寸所致(例如,图示的外部座圈60可以具有100mm的直径),可以使用其他尺寸的螺纹,具体取决于特定应用中部件的大小。

Claims (10)
1.轴承组件,包括:
轴承座圈结构,其具有内部座圈和外部座圈,所述外部座圈围绕所述内部座圈同心设置;和
多个可旋转轴承元件,其设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间,
其中所述轴承座圈结构具有从其延伸的多个螺纹,所述轴承座圈结构通过所述多个螺纹连接到相邻结构,以防止所述轴承座圈结构相对于所述相邻结构发生移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,所述多个螺纹是第一多个螺纹,所述相邻结构具有与所述第一多个螺纹接合的第二多个螺纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组件,其中,所述第一多个螺纹设置在所述外部座圈上,所述第一多个螺纹从所述外部座圈的外表面延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴承组件,所述相邻结构是第一结构,所述内部座圈具有在组装期间与第二结构松配合的内表面,所述内表面构造成在操作期间随着温度升高而压配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轴承组件,所述多个可旋转轴承元件包括多个滚珠,其中所述外部座圈具有内侧,所述内侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠,并且所述内部座圈具有外侧,所述外侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轴承组件,其中,所述第一结构是链轮,所述链轮构造成接合可旋转构件以将第一可旋转轴与第二可旋转轴互连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轴承组件,还包括设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间的保持架,所述保持架构造成以等距间隔定位所述多个滚珠中的每个滚珠,所述外部座圈限定多个凹口,所述多个凹口构造成接收用于将所述第一多个螺纹拧紧成与所述第二多个螺纹接合的扭矩工具。
8.汽车推进系统的最终驱动组件,所述最终驱动组件包括:
最终驱动轴,其构造成连接到至少一个用于推进机动车辆的轮轴;
连接元件,用于将所述最终驱动轴连接到推进轴;和
轴承组件,其构造成将所述连接元件可旋转地连接到固定结构,所述轴承组件包括:
轴承座圈结构,其具有内部座圈和外部座圈,所述外部座圈围绕所述内部座圈同心设置;和
多个可旋转轴承元件,其设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间,
其中所述轴承座圈结构具有从其延伸的多个螺纹,所述轴承座圈结构通过所述多个螺纹连接到相邻结构,所述相邻结构是所述连接元件和所述固定结构中的一个。
9.根据权利要求8所述的最终驱动组件,所述多个螺纹是第一多个螺纹,所述相邻结构具有与所述第一多个螺纹接合的第二多个螺纹,以防止所述轴承座圈结构相对于所述相邻部件发生移动,其中所述第一多个螺纹设置在所述外部座圈上,所述第一多个螺纹从所述外部座圈的外表面延伸,并且所述第二多个螺纹设置在所述连接元件上,所述第二多个螺纹从所述连接元件的内表面延伸,所述内部座圈具有在组装期间与所述固定结构松配合的内表面,所述内表面构造成在操作期间随着温度升高而压配合,所述多个可旋转轴承元件包括多个滚珠,其中所述外部座圈具有内侧,所述内侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠,并且所述座圈具有外侧,所述外侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠,还包括环形可旋转构件,其中所述连接元件是与所述环形可旋转构件接合的链轮,以将所述最终驱动轴与所述推进轴互连,所述轴承组件还包括设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间的保持架,所述保持架构造成将所述多个滚珠中的每个滚珠沿周向以相等的距离定位,所述外部座圈限定多个凹穴,所述多个凹穴构造成接收用于将所述第一多个螺纹拧紧成与所述第二多个螺纹接合的扭矩工具。
10.汽车推进系统,包括:
变速器,其具有输出构件;
最终驱动组件,其具有最终驱动轴;
环形可旋转构件,其将所述输出构件连接到所述最终驱动轴;
连接元件,其连接到所述最终驱动轴和所述环形可旋转构件;和
轴承组件,其构造成将所述连接元件可旋转地连接到固定结构,所述轴承组件包括:
轴承座圈结构,其具有内部座圈和外部座圈,所述外部座圈围绕所述内部座圈同心设置;和
多个可旋转轴承元件,其设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间,
其中所述轴承座圈结构具有从其延伸的多个螺纹,所述轴承座圈结构通过所述多个螺纹连接到相邻结构,以防止所述轴承座圈结构相对于所述相邻结构发生移动,所述相邻结构是所述连接元件和所述固定结构中的一个,
其中所述多个螺纹是第一多个螺纹,所述相邻结构具有与所述第一多个螺纹螺纹接合的第二多个螺纹,
其中所述第一多个螺纹设置在所述外部座圈上,所述第一多个螺纹从所述外部座圈的外表面延伸,并且所述第二多个螺纹设置在所述连接元件上,所述第二多个螺纹从所述连接元件的内表面延伸,所述内部座圈具有起初与所述固定结构松配合的内表面,所述内表面构造成随着温度升高而压配合,所述多个可旋转轴承元件包括多个滚珠,其中所述外部座圈具有内侧,所述内侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠,并且所述内部座圈具有外侧,所述外侧成形为部分地围绕所述多个滚珠,所述轴承组件还包括设置在所述内部座圈和所述外部座圈之间的保持架,所述保持架构造成将所述多个滚珠中的每个滚珠沿周向以相等的距离定位,所述外部座圈限定多个凹穴,所述多个凹穴构造成接收用于将所述第一多个螺纹紧固成与所述第二多个螺纹接合的扭矩工具,以及
其中所述连接元件是与所述环形可旋转构件接合的链轮。
