At present, the underground filling mode of the gangue mainly comprises two modes of comprehensive mechanized solid filling and roadway type gangue throwing filling. The comprehensive mechanized solid filling is that waste rocks after ground crushing are conveyed to a porous bottom-dump scraper conveyor behind a filling hydraulic support by a belt conveyor, and finally, filling and tamping are carried out by a tamping mechanism behind the filling hydraulic support. The filling method has the problems that the filling working face is a newly-added working face, a set of coal mining equipment is required to be prepared besides the filling equipment, and the initial investment is large; secondly, solid wastes such as waste rock, coal ash and the like are exposed in the air, so that dust is easily raised, and the air environment in the roadway is polluted; and when the filling working face is used for downward mining, the filling effect is poor, and the requirement of solid filling coal mining on the integrity of the top plate is high.
The tunnel type waste rock throwing and filling means that a continuous mining machine or a heading machine is used for digging out a filling tunnel (coal tunnel), and waste rock is filled in the filling tunnel by using equipment such as a waste rock filling conveyor, a high-speed power waste rock throwing machine and the like after the filling tunnel is dug out.
In a stoping roadway behind a hydraulic support at the end of a coal face, a triangular area with the length of 15-20 m can be formed due to the O-X fracture form of a goaf top plate and the anchor rod (cable) supporting function of the stoping roadway, the top plate of the triangular area is suspended and difficult to collapse, a large space is formed, the traditional treatment mode is that hydraulic fracturing or blasting technology is adopted for forced caving, and great potential safety hazards exist. If the tunneling waste rock is filled into the area, the waste rock can be treated, the top plate of the triangular area can be well controlled, however, the middle of the end hydraulic support of the traditional working face is provided with a four-bar structure, the rear part of the end hydraulic support of the traditional working face is provided with a shield beam, and the filling equipment cannot enter the triangular area and cannot perform filling work.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a coal face end triangular area filling device and a method, which are used for overcoming the defects of the existing filling equipment or technology and enabling gangue filling work to be safer, more efficient and more economical.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

The movement stroke of the rear pushing baffle 14 can reach the landing point of the gangue, and the gangue is guaranteed to be stacked compactly.
The invention provides a filling method for a triangular area at the end of a coal face, which comprises the following steps:
during filling, solid wastes such as coal gangue or fly ash are transported to a gangue scraper conveying mechanism 7 of a self-moving gangue transfer vehicle through auxiliary transportation equipment and transferred into a feed inlet 6 of a gangue spiral conveying pipe; under the action of a spiral power device 2, solid wastes such as gangue or fly ash are conveyed into a mining roadway behind a working face end hydraulic support 5, and are stacked and tamped through a gangue spiral conveying pipe 3 under the action of a rear pushing baffle plate 14 to form a gangue filling body 17; when the coal face 16 is pushed forward, the filling device at the end of the coal face in the triangular area moves forward along with the coal face until the whole stoping roadway 15 is filled.
