Background
The underground coal mine can generate tunneling gangue due to roadway engineering during construction and production, the tunneling gangue has different sources and variable yield, the tunneling gangue is lifted to the ground in a traditional treatment mode and piled up to form a gangue dump, and the treatment mode not only can generate huge cost due to gangue lifting and transportation, but also can pollute the ground environment. The underground filling of coal gangue has become the development direction of comprehensive utilization of modern mine gangue.
Currently, the underground gangue filling mode mainly comprises two modes of comprehensive mechanical solid filling and roadway type gangue throwing filling. The comprehensive mechanized solid filling is to convey the crushed waste rock on the ground to a porous bottom unloading scraper conveyor behind a filling hydraulic support by using a belt conveyor, and finally to fill and tamp by a tamping mechanism behind the filling hydraulic support. The filling method has the problems that the filling working surface is a newly added working surface, a set of coal mining equipment is needed to be prepared besides filling equipment, and the initial investment is large; secondly, solid wastes such as gangue, fly ash and the like are exposed in the air, so that dust emission is easy to cause, and the air environment in a roadway is polluted; moreover, when the filling working face is prone to mining, the filling effect is poor, and the requirements of solid filling coal mining on the integrity of the top plate are high.
The method is characterized in that a filling space is required to be dug out firstly, then the gangue filling can be carried out, and the gangue filling machine, the gangue transfer conveyor and the like are required to be moved frequently during the gangue filling, so that the process smoothness is poor, a coal pillar is required to be reserved between the two filling lanes, and a certain amount of coal resources are lost.
In a stoping roadway behind a hydraulic support at the end of a coal face, a triangular area with the length of 15-20 m is formed due to the O-X fracture form of a top plate of a goaf and the supporting effect of an anchor rod (rope) of the stoping roadway, the top plate of the triangular area is suspended and is difficult to collapse, a large space is formed, and the traditional treatment mode adopts a hydraulic fracturing or blasting technology to forcedly caving, so that a large potential safety hazard exists. If the tunneling gangue is filled in the area, the gangue can be treated, a good control effect can be achieved on the top plate of the triangular area, but the traditional working face end hydraulic support is provided with a four-bar structure in the middle and a shield beam in the rear, and filling equipment cannot enter the triangular area and cannot perform filling work.
