managing welding personnel on the production line according to the wire length, wherein each welding personnel corresponds to at least one electronic welding element, and binding the wire length and at least one electronic welding element according to the number of the corresponding RFID of the electronic welding element and the number of the corresponding RFID of the wire length; and the corresponding welding personnel can be tracked by the electronic welding element.
