Description

本发明一种粉碎制粉的电磁曲面磨,其特别是用电磁铁为动力源,磨面为弧曲机的机械设备,适用于火电厂、冶金、矿产加工、水泥制造等行业。
现有的粉碎制粉技术,以上各行业多选用钢球磨和碾式磨来适应大批量粉碎制粉的需要,但在粉碎制粉过程中,做了部分无用功,所以能耗大,钢球等原材料消耗大,设备造价高。
鉴于现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种新的方法即用电磁铁为动力源以工频频率对磨物进行撞压的电磁曲面磨,因在撞压磨物过程中几乎没有做无用功,从而达到了节能降耗的目的,再加磨面为孤曲面造型,提高了磨制效效率,取得好的效益。
本发明的结构原理参照附图加以详细叙述:

参照附图。本发明的结构原理是用电磁铁[1]作为动力源,在交流电作用下,电磁铁[1]的线圈产生交变磁场,电磁铁[1]不断吸动衔铁[2],衔铁[2]在弹簧[3]及弹簧钢板[4]的反弹力配合下,通过传力杆[5]带动动磨体[6]在两静磨面[7][7]之间产生碰撞、电磁铁[1]吸动衔铁[2]产生动磨体[6]碰撞静磨面[7]行程,顶簧[3]与弹簧钢板[4]的反弹力产生磨体[6]碰撞静磨面[7]行程,使磨物得到粉碎,磨物在磨面间受到多次碰撞挤压,极易变为粉状。
本发明是一种采用电磁铁[1]作为动源,利用衔铁[2]带动动磨体[6]并在顶簧[3]及弹簧钢板[4]的配合下,在静磨面[7][7]之间撞压,往复的不完全弹性撞增强了碰撞力,节约能源,它还具有结构简单使用方便灵活,占地小,造价低等优点,可以三套相同的本发明配套使用,既增大单位时间产量,又平衡三相电源负荷。是火电厂、冶金、矿产加工、水泥制造行业的最佳选择。
本发明的实施例:将动磨体[6]磨头加工成鼓型弧曲面体,静磨面[7][7]加工成凸凹凸联体曲面,且凹面与动磨体[6]的弧面相吻合,并用传力杆[5]将动磨体与衔铁[2],顶簧[3],弹簧钢板[4]及静磨面[7][7]用标准件连接,固定电磁铁[1]并使之与衔铁[2]之间有适当的空隙即可。

1、一种有动磨体[6]和静磨面[7][71]组成的粉碎磨粉设备,其特征在于该动磨体[6]是由街铁[2]顶簧[3]和弹簧钢板[4]及传力杆[5]组成,以电磁铁为磨动力源。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磨体[6]其特征在于动磨体[6]为鼓型弧曲面。
3、根据权利要求1所述静磨面[7][7]其特征为凸凹凸弧面联体。
4、根据权利要求1所述顶簧[3]及弹簧钢板[4],其特征为顶簧[3]与弹簧钢板[4]的反弹力为动磨体[6]另一碰撞行程的动力源。
