Abstract
本发明提供一种柔性显示屏及显示装置,属于显示技术领域。本发明的柔性显示屏,包括:基底,位于基底背离所述柔性显示屏出光面侧的背膜;压力传感器;其中,所述压力传感器设置在所述背膜远离所述基底的侧面上。由于本发明中的柔性显示屏中的压力传感器设置在背膜上,因此无需选用一个单独的基板以形成压力传感器,从而使得所形成的具有压力传感器的柔性显示屏较为轻薄,同时还可以降低工艺成本。

技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体涉及一种柔性显示屏及显示装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着OLED显示技术的出现和不断发展,柔性显示、柔性压感触控技术应运而生。目前,在显示领域尤其是手机或平板等领域实现压力感应的方式是电容式,即将压力传感器(force sensor)外贴到显示面板的基底背离出光面的侧面上,由于柔性显示面板的基底柔性基底,因此,压力传感器需要形成在玻璃基底上,之后贴附在柔性基底背离出光面的背膜上,不难看出该种模式将会增加柔性显示面板的厚度。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种体积轻薄的柔性显示屏及显示装置。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种柔性显示屏,包括:基底,位于基底背离所述柔性显示屏出光面侧的背膜;压力传感器;所述压力传感器设置在所述背膜远离所述基底的侧面上。
优选的是,所述柔性显示屏还包括:遮光层;其中,
所述遮光层位于所述背膜与所述压力传感器所在层之间。
优选的是,所述柔性显示屏还包括:遮光层;其中,
所述遮光层位于所述基底与所述背膜之间。
进一步优选的是,所述遮光层的材料包括油墨。
优选的是,所述压力传感器包括:沿背离所述基底所在方向依次设置的第一电极、介质层、第二电极。
进一步优选的是,所述第二电极与所述柔性显示屏的中框共用。
进一步优选的是,所述介质层的材料包括泡棉。
进一步优选的是,所述柔性显示屏还包括:散热层;所述散热层位于所述介质层和所述第二电极之间。
进一步优选的是,所述散热层的材料包括铜和石墨。
优选的是,所述背膜的材料包括:PI、PET、TAC中任意一种高分子薄膜材料。
优选的是,所述柔性显示屏还包括:位于所述基底上的多个像素单元;每个所述像素单元中包括有机电致发光二极管。
进一步优选的是,所述柔性显示屏还包括:位于所述像素单元背离所述基底侧的触控单元。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种显示装置,其包括上述的柔性显示屏。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
由于本发明中的柔性显示屏中的压力传感器设置在背膜上,因此无需选用一个单独的基板以形成压力传感器,从而使得所形成的具有压力传感器的柔性显示屏较为轻薄,同时还可以降低工艺成本。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种柔性显示屏,包括基底10、背膜1、压力传感器2;其中,背膜1位于基底10背离所述柔性显示屏出光面的侧面上;压力传感器2设置在背膜1远离所述基底10的侧面上。
由于,本实施例中的柔性显示屏中的压力传感器2设置在背膜1上,因此无需选用一个单独的基板以形成压力传感器2,从而使得所形成的具有压力传感器2的柔性显示屏较为轻薄,同时还可以降低工艺成本。
其中,压力传感器2为电容式压力传感器2,其包括沿背离基底10所在方向依次设置的第一电极21、介质层23、第二电极22;其中,第二电极22为整层结构的接地电极,且与柔性显示屏的中框共用,因此可以使得柔性显示屏较为轻薄。而压力传感器2的各层结构可以通过印刷工艺完成,该工艺简单,且良率较高。在此需要说明的是,第一电极21与介质层23之间,以及介质层23与第二电极22之间均可以采用双面胶进行粘结。
其中,压力传感器2中的介质层23的材料为泡棉;其中,泡棉的材料可以EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)、PU(聚氨酯)等绝缘材料。由于泡棉的弹性较好,在对压力传感器2施压时,泡棉发生形变,从而可以改变第一电极21和第二电极22二者之间的距离,根据电容公式:C=εS/d,进而可以得到压力传感器2的电容变化。
其中,如图2所示,柔性显示屏还包括:散热层4;该散热层4位于介质层23和第二电极22之间,用于将柔性显示屏所产生的热量进行释放,例如:柔性显示屏为手机,此时,散热层4主要用于对手机的电池所产生的热量进行释放。散热层4的材料优选包括:铜和石墨。当然,也不局限于这两种材料,还可以使其他具有热量释放的材料。
为了避免柔性显示屏在显示时看到压力传感器2,优选的在背膜1与压力传感器2所在层之间设置遮光层3,如图3所示;或者在基底10与背膜1之间设置遮光层3,如图4所示。其中,遮光层3的材料优选为油墨,当然也可以采用其他不透光的材料,例如黑色树脂材料。
其中,本实施例中的背膜的材料包括:PI(聚酰亚胺)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、TAC(三醋酸纤维素)中任意一种高分子薄膜材料。当然,也不局限于以上几种材料,也可以采用其他的柔性材料。
其中,本实施例中的柔性显示屏优选为有机电致发光二极管显示屏,因此,该柔性显示屏还包括:位于所述基底10上的多个像素单元;所述像素单元中包括有机电致发光二极管。
优选的,在像素单元的出光面侧还是有触控驱动单元,用于实现触控,通常触控单元包括驱动电极和感应电极。此时,本实施例中的柔性显示屏则可以实现触控在X、Y、Z三个方向上的检测,实现3D触控功能。此时,整个模组的较为轻薄,有利于柔性显示屏的弯折。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括实施例1中柔性显示屏,此处不详细描述。
当然本实施例中该显示装置可以包括:OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (13)
1.一种柔性显示屏,包括:基底,位于基底背离所述柔性显示屏出光面侧的背膜;其特征在于,还包括:压力传感器;其中,所述压力传感器设置在所述背膜远离所述基底的侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,还包括遮光层;其中,
所述遮光层位于所述背膜与所述压力传感器所在层之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,还包括:遮光层;其中,
所述遮光层位于所述基底与所述背膜之间。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述遮光层的材料包括油墨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述压力传感器包括:沿背离所述基底所在方向依次设置的第一电极、介质层、第二电极。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述第二电极与所述柔性显示屏的中框共用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述介质层的材料包括泡棉。
8.根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏还包括:散热层;所述散热层位于所述介质层和所述第二电极之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述散热层的材料包括铜和石墨。
10.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述背膜的材料包括:PI、PET、TAC中任意一种高分子薄膜材料。
11.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏还包括:位于所述基底上的多个像素单元;每个所述像素单元中包括有机电致发光二极管。
12.根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示屏,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏还包括:位于所述像素单元背离所述基底侧的触控单元。
13.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-12中任一项所述的柔性显示屏。
