In this embodiment, taking the weighting model as an example, the process that the order processing apparatus can obtain the rollback result according to the preset multidimensional reference model and the information belonging to the same dimension as the preset multidimensional reference model in the multidimensional delivery related information is as follows: obtaining scores corresponding to information of the same dimensionality in the multi-dimensional distribution related information and a preset multi-dimensional reference model, correspondingly adding the scores of the same dimensionality and the weight to obtain a total backspacing score, comparing the total backspacing score with the preset backspacing score, if the total backspacing score exceeds the score, representing that the backspacing result can allow the order to backspace, otherwise, representing that the order can not allow the backspacing.
The preset backoff score may be obtained through testing, which is not limited in this embodiment.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the score of the score may be preset, or may be set according to the following principle:
the larger the ratio of the order delivery expected time difference in the order delivery time information to the estimated delivery time length of the order is, the higher the corresponding score is;
the closer the distribution distance information is, the higher the corresponding score is;
the shorter the order taker-in time, the higher its corresponding score.
In this embodiment, in the process of determining the delivery weight by the order processing device according to the order delivery time information and the preset time back-off threshold, when the ratio of the expected order delivery time difference to the estimated order delivery time is smaller than the preset time back-off threshold, a delivery weight other than 0 may be assigned.
In this embodiment, the process of determining the distance weight by the order processing apparatus according to the delivery distance information, the preset distance rollback threshold, the delivery path, and the preset hot path may be: when the distribution distance information is smaller than a preset distance backspacing threshold value, a distance weight which is not 0 can be distributed; when the distribution path belongs to the preset hot path, the value of the distance weight can be increased; the order processing device can judge whether to obtain the on-road order from the current order currently distributed according to the order rollback request; if a smooth order is obtained, the distance weight can be increased according to the on-road order.
In this embodiment, the process of determining the catcher weight by the order processing device according to the order catcher time length and the preset catcher backspace threshold is as follows: when the order catcher duration is less than the preset catcher backoff threshold, a non-0 catcher weight may be assigned.
In this embodiment, when the order processing device increases the order amount by more than or equal to the preset amount rollback threshold, a non-0 amount weight may be assigned; when the order amount promotion value is less than the preset amount rollback threshold, an amount weight of 0 may be assigned.
The preset time rollback threshold, the preset catcher rollback threshold, the preset amount rollback threshold and the preset distance rollback threshold represent range values allowing rollback, specific data can be set according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited. As long as the order delivery time information, the order catcher time length, the delivery distance information and the order amount increase value satisfy the range value of the allowable rollback, the corresponding weight value can be determined, otherwise, no weight is generated if the range value of the allowable rollback is not satisfied.
The preset hot path is obtained by the order processing device according to the historical order data in an off-line mode. Here, if the number of occurrences between two regions having a fixed center point range for a corresponding period of time is greater than a given threshold, a hot path is taken from one region to the other. The ordering device can adjust the distance weight according to whether the distribution path belongs to the area range of the preset hot path. If the area belongs to the area range of the preset hot door path, the distance weight can be increased.
The on-road order is the order of the same store and the same address in the back order of the current distributor (the strategy is expandable).
In the disclosed embodiment, the distributor near the order can also be recalled to check whether there is an on-road order. Therefore, the order can be effectively distributed to the distributor who smoothly distributes the order preferentially after the order returns, and the distribution efficiency is improved.
Further, after receiving an order rollback request and acquiring multi-dimensional delivery related information of an order from the order rollback request, when the ratio of the expected time difference of order delivery to the estimated delivery time length of the order is greater than or equal to a preset time rollback threshold, sending rollback acceptance information of the order to realize the rollback of the order; or;
when the distribution distance information is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold value, sending rollback unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the rollback of the order; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

Illustratively, the expected delivery time difference of the order is the time length T, the originally estimated delivery time length T0 of the order is estimated, and when the T/T0 is greater than or equal to a preset time back-off threshold value, the order can be directly judged to be backed off; but T/T0 is less than the preset time backoff threshold, the delivery weight is determined.
And directly refusing the order rollback when the distribution distance information D is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold, and determining the distance weight when the distribution distance information D is smaller than the preset distance rollback threshold, wherein the closer the distance is, the higher the distance weight is.

And obtaining a backspacing result according to the information which belongs to the same dimensionality with the preset multidimensional reference model in the relevant multidimensional distribution information and the preset multidimensional reference model. For example, in the multidimensional distribution related information, scores corresponding to information belonging to the same dimension as the preset multidimensional reference model are obtained, the scores of the same dimension are added with the weight correspondingly to obtain a total rollback score, the total rollback score is compared with the preset rollback score, if the total rollback score exceeds the score, the rollback result represents that the order can be allowed to rollback, and otherwise, the rollback result represents that the order can not be allowed to rollback.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 4, the order processing apparatus includes:
a receiving module 401 configured to receive an order rollback request, and obtain multidimensional delivery related information of an order from the order rollback request;
a rollback module 402 configured to respond to the order rollback request, and obtain a rollback result according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model; the preset multi-dimensional reference model represents the corresponding relation between an order rollback result established based on at least two dimensions and the multi-dimensional delivery related information of the order;
a sending module 403, configured to send rollback acceptance information of the order to implement rollback of the order in response to the rollback result indicating that the order is allowed to be rolled back.
As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, more and more electronic applications are widely used, and based on the function implementation of the electronic applications, in the process of processing the delivered orders, the delivery system can provide fixed times of canceling the orders without responsibility to the delivery system according to the grades of the delivery personnel, the times of canceling the orders by the delivery personnel are fixed, and the delivery personnel are more prone to misoperation depending on the grades of the delivery personnel, and the delivery personnel at low grade or novice are not liable to cancel the orders, so that the method has limitations, and the orders are directly canceled, resulting in low order dispatching efficiency.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, an order device is provided, where the order device acquires multiple dimensions of relevant delivery information from an order rollback request when the order rollback request is received, and implements order rollback together based on the multiple dimensions of relevant delivery information and a preset multiple dimensions of reference model, so as to improve applicability of order rollback processing, comprehensively consider many aspects of situations, and determine after performing multiple dimensions of calculation and processing when performing order rollback processing, thereby improving order dispatch efficiency.
The method and the device for dispatching the order are suitable for scenes of a dispatching application on a terminal and a background management platform, namely an order processing device, corresponding to the dispatching application, a user places the order through the dispatching application in the terminal, a merchant receives the order through the dispatching application in the terminal, and a distributor receives the dispatching order through the dispatching application in the terminal.
After the distributor robs the distribution order, if the distribution of the order cannot be performed for various reasons, the distributor may perform order rollback operation through the distribution application in the terminal of the distributor to generate an order rollback request, where the order rollback request carries the multidimensional distribution related information.
Wherein, the multi-dimensional delivery related information comprises: at least two of the order delivery time information, the order pre-estimated delivery time length, the delivery distance information, the order pickup time length, and the order amount increase value, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when determining an order rollback request of a distributor for an order, an order processing apparatus may acquire order related information and distribution related information from the order of the order rollback request, and the order processing apparatus uses information of at least two dimensions to determine order rollback.
The order processing device responds to the order rollback request, and performs rollback processing on the multidimensional distribution related information based on the acquired preset multidimensional reference model to obtain a rollback result, wherein one rollback result represents that the order is allowed to be rolled back, and the other rollback result represents that the order is not allowed to be rolled back. When the rollback result indicates that the order is allowed to be rolled back, the order device can send rollback acceptance information of the order to the terminal of the distributor to implement the order rolling back, namely implement the current order rolling back process.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the rollback module 402 is configured to, after determining whether the order is allowed to rollback according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model, send a rollback non-acceptance information of the order and reject the order rollback in response to that the rollback result indicates that the order is not allowed to rollback.
The order processing device determines whether the order is allowed to rollback or not according to the multi-dimensional delivery related information and a preset multi-dimensional reference model, and when the rollback result represents that the order is not allowed to rollback, the order processing device sends rollback unaccepted information of the order, refuses the rollback of the order, and the order needs to be delivered continuously by a delivery person to complete the delivery of the order in time.
Further, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the order processing apparatus allows the order to be returned, the order processing apparatus may timely re-dispatch the returned order, thereby improving the dispatching efficiency.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the preset multidimensional reference model refers to the expected delivery time at the user side, the distance between the merchant and the user, the estimated delivery time, the current time for receiving an order, whether the order is hot, whether the order is on the way by a rider, whether the price has scheduling attributes such as an increase, price attributes, and order attributes, it is determined whether the order state can be returned according to the attribute weighting.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the receiving module 401 includes:
the receiving submodule 501 is configured to receive an order rollback request, and obtain order delivery expected time, order estimated delivery time, order amount, order generation time, merchant address information, and buyer address information of the order from the order rollback request;
a first obtaining sub-module 502 configured to obtain a current time, and determine the order pickup time length and the order delivery expected time difference according to the current time information, the order delivery expected time and the order generation time; the estimated order delivery time and the expected order delivery time difference are used as order delivery time information;
a first determining sub-module 503 configured to determine the distribution distance information and the distribution path according to the merchant address information and the buyer address information; and taking at least two of the order delivery time information, the order estimated delivery time length, the delivery distance information, the delivery path, the order taker time length and the order amount promotion value as the multi-dimensional delivery related information.
In the embodiment, the order processing device judges the order rollback in the multi-dimensional order delivery expected time difference, the delivery distance information, the order pickup time length, the delivery path and the order amount, and is more comprehensive and accurate.
The order form delivery expected time, the order form generation time, the order form amount, the order form estimated delivery time length, the merchant address information and the buyer address information can be obtained from the order form information of the order form rollback request, so that the current time can be obtained, the order form delivery expected time difference can be determined according to the current time and the order form delivery expected time, and the order form pickup time length can be determined according to the current time information and the order form generation time. The order processing apparatus may determine the distribution distance information and the distribution route based on the merchant address information and the buyer address information. And the order processing device can also see whether the order amount is added or the order amount is possibly increased through the order amount, so as to obtain the order amount increased value. The order amount boost value may start at 0.
For example, assuming an order delivery expected time of 12:30 and an order generation time of 11:30, the current time when an order rollback request is made is 11: 40, then, the order delivery expected time difference is 12: 30-11: 40, 50 minutes; the order taker length is 11: 40-11:30, 10 minutes.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the rollback module 402 includes:
a second determining submodule 601, configured to respond to the order rollback request, and determine a delivery weight according to the order delivery time information and a preset time rollback threshold; determining distance weight according to the distribution distance information, a preset distance rollback threshold, the distribution path and a preset hot path; determining a catcher weight according to the order catcher duration and a preset catcher backspacing threshold; determining the amount weight according to the lifting value of the order amount and a preset amount backspacing threshold value;
a rollback submodule 602 configured to combine a preset initial multidimensional reference model with at least two of the delivery weight, the distance weight, the catcher weight, and the amount weight, and the preset initial multidimensional reference model; and obtaining the rollback result according to the information which belongs to the same dimensionality as the preset multidimensional reference model in the multidimensional distribution related information and the preset multidimensional reference model.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the number of times of returning orders by a distributor is not limited, and the distributor can be allowed to operate the returned orders as long as the preset multidimensional reference model angle is reasonable, so that the user stickiness of the platform to the distributor is enhanced while the manual experience of the distributor, the order completion rate and the like are improved.
The preset multi-dimensional reference model is a model combining at least two dimensions of order delivery time information, delivery distance information, delivery paths, order catcher duration and order amount lifting values, namely the preset multi-dimensional reference model is a multi-dimensional order rollback reference model based on scheduling attributes, price attributes, order attributes and the like.
There are many specific contents and information of the scheduling attribute, the price attribute, and the order attribute, and only a part of them is summarized in this embodiment, but the embodiment does not limit the specific contents and information of the scheduling attribute, the price attribute, and the order attribute.
It should be noted that the ordering apparatus is a preset multidimensional reference model formed by using weights corresponding to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset initial multidimensional reference model. Then, the ordering device may obtain the rollback result according to the information that belongs to the same dimension as the preset multidimensional reference model in the multidimensional delivery related information and the preset multidimensional reference model.
The preset initial multidimensional reference model may be a weighted model, or may be a model for calculating multidimensional comprehensive information, such as an average model, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the score of the score may be preset, or may be set according to the following principle:

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second determining sub-module 601 includes:
the second determining submodule is configured to obtain an on-road order from a current order currently being delivered according to the order rollback request after determining a distance weight according to the delivery distance information, a preset distance rollback threshold, the delivery path and a preset hot path; and according to the on-road order, the distance weight is increased.
In this embodiment, the process of determining the distance weight by the order processing apparatus according to the delivery distance information, the preset distance rollback threshold, the delivery path, and the preset hot path may be: when the distribution distance information is smaller than a preset distance backspacing threshold value, a distance weight which is not 0 can be distributed; when the distribution path belongs to the preset hot path, the value of the distance weight can be increased; the order processing device can judge whether to obtain the on-road order from the current order currently distributed according to the order rollback request; if a smooth order is obtained, the distance weight can be increased according to the on-road order.
In this embodiment, the process of determining the catcher weight by the order processing device according to the order catcher time length and the preset catcher backspace threshold is as follows: when the order catcher duration is less than the preset catcher backoff threshold, a non-0 catcher weight may be assigned.
In this embodiment, when the order processing device increases the order amount by more than or equal to the preset amount rollback threshold, a non-0 amount weight may be assigned; when the order amount promotion value is less than the preset amount rollback threshold, an amount weight of 0 may be assigned.
The preset time rollback threshold, the preset catcher rollback threshold, the preset amount rollback threshold and the preset distance rollback threshold represent range values allowing rollback, specific data can be set according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited. As long as the order delivery time information, the delivery distance information, the order pickup time length and the order amount increase value satisfy the range value of the allowable rollback, the corresponding weight value can be determined, otherwise, no weight is generated if the range value of the allowable rollback is not satisfied.
The preset hot path is obtained by the order processing device according to the historical order data in an off-line mode. Here, if the number of occurrences between two regions having a fixed center point range for a corresponding period of time is greater than a given threshold, a hot path is taken from one region to the other. The ordering device can adjust the distance weight according to whether the distribution path belongs to the area range of the preset hot path. If the area belongs to the area range of the preset hot door path, the distance weight can be increased.
The on-road order is the order of the same store and the same address in the back order of the current distributor (the strategy is expandable).
In the disclosed embodiment, the distributor near the order can also be recalled to check whether there is an on-road order. Therefore, the order can be effectively distributed to the distributor who smoothly distributes the order preferentially after the order returns, and the distribution efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the rollback module 402 is further configured to, after receiving an order rollback request, obtaining information related to multidimensional delivery of an order from the order rollback request, and when a ratio of a time difference between expected delivery of the order and an estimated delivery time of the order is greater than or equal to a preset time rollback threshold, send rollback acceptance information of the order to implement rollback of the order; or; when the distribution distance information is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold value, sending rollback unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the rollback of the order; or when the order catcher time length is larger than or equal to a preset catcher backspacing threshold value, sending the backspacing unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the backspacing of the order.
Illustratively, the expected delivery time difference of the order is the time length T, the originally estimated delivery time length T0 of the order is estimated, and when the T/T0 is greater than or equal to a preset time back-off threshold value, the order can be directly judged to be backed off; but T/T0 is less than the preset time backoff threshold, the delivery weight is determined.
And directly refusing the order rollback when the distribution distance information D is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold, and determining the distance weight when the distribution distance information D is smaller than the preset distance rollback threshold, wherein the closer the distance is, the higher the distance weight is.
When the order catcher time length T2 is greater than or equal to a preset catcher backspacing threshold value, directly refusing order backspacing, and when the order catcher time length T2 is smaller than the preset catcher backspacing threshold value, determining a catcher weight; wherein, the smaller the order catcher duration, the higher the catcher weight.
And whether the distribution path is a hot path or not is judged, if so, the distance weight is increased, and if not, further judgment is carried out.
And recalling the rider near the order to check whether the order is distributed along the way.

The present disclosure also discloses an electronic device, fig. 7 shows a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 1100 includes a memory 1101 and a processor 1102; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory 1101 is used to store one or more computer instructions that are executed by the processor 1102 to implement any of the method steps described above.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1201, which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1200 are also stored. The CPU1201, ROM1202, and RAM1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, the above described methods may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the order processing method. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211.

Claims (14)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving an order rollback request, and acquiring multi-dimensional distribution related information of an order from the order rollback request; the multi-dimensional delivery related information comprises: at least two of order delivery time information, order pre-estimated delivery duration, delivery distance information, order catcher duration and order amount promotion value;
responding to the order rollback request, and obtaining a rollback result of the order according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model; the preset multi-dimensional reference model represents the corresponding relation between an order rollback result established based on at least two dimensions and the multi-dimensional delivery related information of the order; the preset multi-dimensional reference model is used for judging whether the order state can be returned or not;
and responding to the rollback result representing that the order is allowed to be rolled back, sending rollback acceptance information of the order, and realizing the order rolling back.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving an order rollback request from which to obtain multidimensional delivery related information for an order comprises:
receiving an order rollback request, and acquiring order delivery expected time, order estimated delivery time, order amount, order generation time, merchant address information and buyer address information of the order from the order rollback request;
acquiring current time, and determining the difference between the order pickup time length and the order delivery expected time according to the current time information, the order delivery expected time and the order generation time;
the estimated order delivery time and the expected order delivery time difference are used as order delivery time information;
determining the distribution distance information and the distribution path according to the merchant address information and the buyer address information;
obtaining the order amount promotion value according to the order amount;
and taking at least two of the order delivery time information, the order estimated delivery time length, the delivery distance information, the delivery path, the order catcher time length and the order amount lifting value as the multi-dimensional delivery related information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining a rollback result of the order according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model in response to the order rollback request comprises:
responding to the order rollback request, and determining delivery weight according to the order delivery time information and a preset time rollback threshold;
determining distance weight according to the distribution distance information, a preset distance rollback threshold, a distribution path and a preset hot path;
determining a catcher weight according to the order catcher duration and a preset catcher backspacing threshold;
determining the amount weight according to the order amount lifting value and a preset amount backspacing threshold value;
combining at least two of the delivery weight, the distance weight, the catcher weight and the amount weight with a preset initial multidimensional reference model to form the preset multidimensional reference model;
and obtaining the rollback result according to the information which belongs to the same dimensionality as the preset multidimensional reference model in the multidimensional distribution related information and the preset multidimensional reference model.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after determining distance weights based on the delivery distance information, a preset distance backoff threshold, the delivery paths, and a preset hot path, the method further comprises:
acquiring a direct-route order from a current order currently being distributed according to the order rollback request;
and according to the on-road order, the distance weight is increased.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after determining whether the order is allowed to be returned according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model, the method further comprises:
and in response to the rollback result representing that the order is not allowed to be rolled back, sending rollback non-acceptance information of the order, and rejecting the rollback of the order.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein after receiving an order rollback request and obtaining information about multidimensional deliveries of an order from the order rollback request, the method further comprises:
when the ratio of the order delivery expected time difference to the order estimated delivery time length is greater than or equal to a preset time backspacing threshold value, backspacing receiving information of the order is sent to realize the backspacing of the order; or;
when the distribution distance information is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold value, sending rollback unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the rollback of the order; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the order catcher time length is more than or equal to a preset catcher backspacing threshold value, sending the backspacing unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the backspacing of the order.
7. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive an order rollback request and acquire multi-dimensional delivery related information of an order from the order rollback request; the multi-dimensional delivery related information comprises: at least two of order delivery time information, order pre-estimated delivery duration, delivery distance information, order catcher duration and order amount promotion value;
the rollback module is configured to respond to the order rollback request, and obtain a rollback result of the order according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model; the preset multi-dimensional reference model represents the corresponding relation between an order rollback result established based on at least two dimensions and the multi-dimensional delivery related information of the order; the preset multi-dimensional reference model is used for judging whether the order state can be returned or not;
and the sending module is configured to respond to the rollback result representing that the order is allowed to be rolled back, send rollback acceptance information of the order and realize the order rolling back.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the receiving module comprises:
the receiving submodule is configured to receive an order rollback request, and obtain order delivery expected time, order estimated delivery time, order amount, order generation time, merchant address information and buyer address information of the order from the order rollback request;
the first obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain current time, and determine the order taking time and the order delivery expected time difference according to the current time information, the order delivery expected time and the order generation time; the estimated order delivery time and the expected order delivery time difference are used as order delivery time information;
a first determining sub-module configured to determine the distribution distance information and the distribution path according to the merchant address information and the buyer address information; and taking at least two of the order delivery time information, the order estimated delivery time length, the delivery distance information, the delivery path, the order taker time length and the order amount promotion value as the multi-dimensional delivery related information.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the fallback module comprises:
a second determining submodule configured to determine delivery weight according to the order delivery time information and a preset time back-off threshold in response to the order back-off request; determining distance weight according to the distribution distance information, a preset distance rollback threshold, a distribution path and a preset hot path; determining a catcher weight according to the order catcher duration and a preset catcher backspacing threshold; determining the amount weight according to the lifting value of the order amount and a preset amount backspacing threshold value;
a backspacing submodule configured to combine a preset initial multidimensional reference model with at least two of the delivery weight, the distance weight, the catcher weight, and the amount weight to form the preset multidimensional reference model; and obtaining the rollback result according to the information which belongs to the same dimensionality as the preset multidimensional reference model in the multidimensional distribution related information and the preset multidimensional reference model.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second determination submodule comprises:
the second determining submodule is configured to obtain an on-road order from a current order currently being delivered according to the order rollback request after determining a distance weight according to the delivery distance information, a preset distance rollback threshold, the delivery path and a preset hot path; and according to the on-road order, the distance weight is increased.
11. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10,
the rollback module is further configured to, after determining whether the order is allowed to rollback according to the multidimensional delivery related information and a preset multidimensional reference model, send rollback non-acceptance information of the order and reject rollback of the order in response to a rollback result representing that the order is not allowed to rollback.
12. The apparatus of claim 8,
the rollback module is further configured to send rollback acceptance information of the order to implement rollback of the order when a ratio of an expected time difference of order delivery to the estimated delivery time of the order is greater than or equal to a preset time rollback threshold after receiving an order rollback request and acquiring multidimensional delivery related information of the order from the order rollback request; or; when the distribution distance information is larger than or equal to a preset distance rollback threshold value, sending rollback unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the rollback of the order; or when the order catcher time length is larger than or equal to a preset catcher backspacing threshold value, sending the backspacing unaccepted information of the order and rejecting the backspacing of the order.
