Detailed Description
In some order systems requiring competitive resources, such as a vehicle taking and delivering system of a vehicle renting platform, the same service person can only process one vehicle taking service order within a period of time, and in a take-out dispatching system, for example, a delivering person can only process one order within a period of time, when the system receives a plurality of orders, the orders need to be sorted, and then the related person preferentially processes the foremost order.
In the scheme provided by the prior art, when the system sorts orders, the orders are generally sorted according to the time of the orders, and the order with the earliest time is ranked at the top so as to be processed preferentially.
Based on the above, the application provides an order processing method for optimizing order processing efficiency.
It should be noted that the order processing method provided by the present application may be applied to a terminal, a system, or a server, for example, the terminal may be a fixed terminal such as a smart phone or a computer, a tablet computer, a smart television, a smart watch, a portable computer terminal, or a desktop computer. For convenience of explanation, the terminal is taken as an execution subject for illustration in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an order processing method provided in the present application, the order processing method includes:
101. obtaining order information of at least 2 orders, wherein the order information comprises user information, performance time limit and order amount;
in practical applications, each order includes a plurality of order information, including user information, a performance time limit and an order amount, where the performance time limit is from a current time to an expected completion time of the order, for example, the order is formed at 20:00, the expected completion time is 20:30, and the current time is 20: 10, the fulfillment time limit is 20 minutes. In some platforms, a member mechanism is generally set, and a user can be assigned a member level after registering a member, and the member level of the user can be continuously increased, for example, the higher the amount of money consumed by the user on the platform, the higher the member level. The order here may be an order that is provided by the platform to match, such as a shared car rental order, a take out order, a run leg order, an OTO order (housekeeping services, etc.).
102. Determining user priority weight, fulfillment time limit weight and order amount weight of the order according to order information according to a first preset rule;
in the order processing method provided by the application, the terminal determines the user priority weight, the fulfillment time limit weight and the order amount weight of each order through the order information, specifically, the user priority weight is determined according to the member level of the user, the user priority weights corresponding to different member levels are different, the user priority weight corresponding to higher member level is higher, the fulfillment time limit corresponds to the fulfillment time limit weight, the fulfillment time limit weight can be currently determined according to the current time and the duration of the predicted completion time of the order, the order amount corresponds to the order amount weight, in practical application, the order amount weights corresponding to the order amounts in different amount intervals are different, the amount intervals can be 0-100,100-200, and the like, different weights can be given according to different application scenarios, for example, in some platforms, the emphasis fulfillment time limit is compared, the fulfillment time limit is given a higher weight, and for example, when order distribution is performed, if the member level of the user is not considered, the user priority weight may be set to 0.
103. Determining the priority value of the order according to the user priority weight, the performance time limit weight and the order amount weight according to a second preset rule;
the terminal calculates the priority value of the order after determining the user priority weight, the performance time limit weight and the order amount weight of each order, and the specific calculation mode can be as follows:
calculating the priority value for each order may be calculating a first product of a performance time limit and a performance time limit weight; calculating a second product of the amount interval and the order amount weight; calculating a third product of the membership grade and the user priority; and calculating the priority value of each order according to the first product, the second product and the third product. Calculating the priority value of each order according to the first product, the second product and the third product, specifically, obtaining an initial priority value and a level value of each order; calculating the difference value of the initial priority value and the first product to obtain a first numerical value; calculating the product of the third product and the grade value to obtain a second numerical value; the priority value is obtained by summing the first value, the second value and the second product.
The method provided by this embodiment will be further explained by way of example below:
in practical applications, the order information of each order has the following three types:
1. the performance time limit is expressed as Us (the time length from the current time to the predicted completion time of the order in minutes), and the corresponding weight of the performance time limit is expressed as Ns;
2. the amount interval is expressed as Uf (divided into a plurality of intervals according to different amounts, for example, one grade every 100 yuan), and the corresponding order amount weight is expressed as Nf;
3. a membership level, denoted Uv (e.g., user membership level 1 to 3, non-membership equal to 0), and a corresponding user priority weight denoted Nv;
firstly, calculating a priority value P, and further giving an initial priority value P0 to each order (for example, P0 is 1000);
the formula for calculating the priority value may be:
P0-Us Ns + Uf Nf + Uv 10 Nv, wherein Ns + Nf + Nv may be kept at 1, where 0< Ns, Nf, Nv <1, in order to ensure the relativity between the individual weights.
In practical application, the bias of the weight N of each factor can be adjusted according to the setting of practical application scenarios, for example, when the user priority weight Nv is set to 0, the influence of the member level will be ignored when ordering the orders.
In this implementation, since the difference between membership grades is small, in order to keep the same order of magnitude as the other two factors, it is necessary to multiply by a grade magnitude, which may be 10.
For example, setting the system parameter Ns to be 30%, Nf to be 60%, Nv to be 10%, in this example, the order amount weight is higher, and then the order is sorted by the weight amount factor, the current time is 9 clicks, and two users a and B are respectively placing orders:
the predicted completion time of the order a is 10 o' clock, the amount is 100 yuan (level 1), and the user A is a level 2 member;
the predicted completion time of the order B is 10 points and 10 points, the amount is 1000 yuan (level 10), and the user B is a level 1 member;
the priority value Pa of the user a is 1000-60 × 30% +1 × 60% +2 × 10 ═ 1000-18+0.6+2 ═ 984.6
The priority value Pb of user B is 1000-70 × 30% +10 × 60% +1 × 10 ═ 1000-21+6+1 ═ 986
Pa is less than Pb so the order of user B is processed before the order of a.
After the priority values of the orders are calculated, the orders are sorted according to the priority values, for example, the orders with the higher priority values are arranged at the front positions, so as to obtain the priority processing. After the terminal sequences the orders, an order list can be generated, and the titles of the orders are listed in the order list to be displayed to an order processor, so that the order processor can conveniently process the orders.
104. Ordering at least 2 orders according to the priority values of the orders;
the terminal sorts the orders, and after the orders are sorted, the terminal can also generate an order list and display the sorted orders.
105. And distributing at least 2 orders to the fulfillment object for processing according to the sorting result.
And the terminal distributes the orders to a fulfillment object for processing according to the sequencing result, wherein the fulfillment object refers to an actual order processing object, for example, in some takeaway distribution platforms, the fulfillment object refers to a takeaway distributor, and in some network vehicle-sharing platforms, the fulfillment object refers to a network vehicle-sharing driver.
According to the order processing method, the terminal firstly obtains order information of the order, wherein the order information comprises user information, performance time limit and order amount, so that user priority weight, performance time limit weight and order amount weight of the order are determined, and finally the priority value of the order is calculated according to the three weights.
In practical applications, matching of the travel range of the order taker and the order destination can be further considered in order to further improve the order sorting and distribution accuracy. The embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an order processing method provided in the present application, the order processing method includes:
201. obtaining order information of at least 2 orders, wherein the order information comprises user information, performance time limit and order amount;
202. determining user priority weight, fulfillment time limit weight and order amount weight of the order according to order information according to a first preset rule;
steps 201 to 202 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101 to 102 in the previous embodiment, and are not described again here.
203. Acquiring a fulfillment record of a fulfillment object;
in practical applications, for example, in some distribution platforms, the terminal records the historical travel of the distributor, which may include the destination and route of the distribution.
204. Determining a performance range of a performance object according to the performance record;
the terminal may determine the performance range with the highest order recipient frequency through the performance records, for example, in a takeaway platform, the performance range may refer to a distribution area range of a distributor, and in a vehicle-on-line platform, the performance range may refer to a travel range of the vehicle-on-line.
The performance scope may include information of each community or even each building, for example, in the performance record, the frequency of the order receiver being distributed to a certain community is high, and the community is in the performance scope, and the performance scope reflects the travel preference of the order receiver to some extent.
205. Judging whether the fulfillment requirement in at least 2 orders is matched with the fulfillment range; if yes, go to step 206, otherwise go to step 207;
each order has its performance requirement, such as delivery destination in the take-out order, or start place in the network contract vehicle order, etc., the terminal determines whether the performance requirement of the order matches with the performance range, if matching, a certain priority value is added to the order, and if not, a certain priority value is reduced.
206. Increasing the priority value of the order matched with the fulfillment requirement and the fulfillment range by a first preset increment;
for example: when the destination of the order is within the travel range of the performing object, that is, the destination matches the performing range, the order destination is in accordance with the delivery preference of the order receiver to some extent, so that the priority value of the order may be increased by a certain preset increment, for example, by 0.5, to increase the processed priority of the order.
207. And decreasing the priority value of the order with the fulfillment requirement not matched with the fulfillment range by a second preset increment.
For example: when the destination of the target order is not within the travel range, which reflects to some extent that the destination of the order is not within the frequent delivery range of the order taker, the delivery preferences of the order taker may not be met, and thus the order may be decremented by an incremental priority value, such as by 0.5. To lower the priority of the order being processed.
208. Ordering at least 2 orders according to the priority values of the orders;
the terminal sorts the orders.
