7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module comprises:
a log data acquisition unit configured to acquire log data of a history date corresponding to the current date;
the acquisition and search unit is used for acquiring a first target orientation condition of the advertisement to be launched and searching the log data for launching data of each same kind of advertisement which is the same as the first target orientation condition;
and the obtaining and updating unit is used for obtaining the playing time of each similar advertisement of the delivery data, and updating the corresponding relation between the playing time and the playing amount to each preset time period to obtain the target flow pre-estimation curve.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the updating unit is used for updating the target flow prediction curve according to the second target orientation condition when the condition that the advertiser adjusts the first target orientation condition into the second target orientation condition is detected.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the delivery module comprises:
the first calculating unit is used for calculating the total flow of each preset time period in the target flow prediction curve;
a specific gravity determining unit, configured to determine a specific gravity of the flow rate of each preset time period to the total flow rate;
and the budget determining unit is used for taking the product of the total advertisement budget and the proportion corresponding to each preset time slot as the advertisement budget of each preset time slot.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the advertisement bidding obtaining unit is used for obtaining corresponding advertisement bidding for each preset time period;
the second calculation unit is used for calculating target flow according to the advertisement bidding price and the corresponding advertisement budget;
and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the issuing probability of the advertisement to be delivered according to the target flow and the flow corresponding to the target flow.
