技术领域
本发明涉及石油开采专用泵领域,具体涉及适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵。
背景技术
注气式采油是针对粘稠的原油,将热蒸汽注入油田,使得稠油的粘度降低,从而便于开采。
由于热蒸汽会加速橡胶螺杆泵的橡胶老化,故注气时,橡胶螺杆泵抬升后取出的,导致工时耗费时间长,效率较低。而全金属螺杆泵的定子和转子均为金属材质,耐高温性能强,在注气过程中无需取出。因此,全金属螺杆泵在适用于注气式采油时,相较于橡胶螺杆泵具有独特的优势。
现有的金属螺杆泵的定子和转子的径向尺寸是沿纵向都是保持均一的,在使用过程中,参杂于原油中的砂子将磨损定子和转子,导致定子和转子之间的间隙增大,致使金属螺杆泵的抽油压力降低,而抽油压力降低,将导致无法将原油泵出,即需更换螺杆泵,故螺杆泵使用寿命短;此外,当抽油压力降低或者停电后,砂子沉积于定子和转子之间的间隙内,转子容易卡死,即发生砂卡现象。
发明内容
本发明提供了适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其能彻底解决现有全金属螺杆泵使用寿命短和砂卡的技术问题。

所述全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括弹性伸缩组件,所述弹性伸缩组件包括活动件、固定件和弹性件,所述活动件与所述转子固定连接,所述固定件与抽油杆固定连接,所述活动件和所述固定件为上、下方向的滑动配合并且能够为所述抽油杆和所述转子传递扭矩,所述弹性件的一端抵靠所述活动件或所述转子、另一端抵靠所述固定件或所述抽油杆,所述弹性件能够沿所述活动件的滑动方向弹性收缩或弹性扩张。

本发明有益效果如下:
(1)在定子和转子磨损是内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面均匀磨损,各处磨损程度一致,由于内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面均为锥形螺旋结构并且锥度相同,在磨损后,调整转子的轴向位置,即转子下移,能够使得下移前、处于转子上侧的径向尺寸较大的外螺纹曲面在下移后与定子下侧的、磨损后径向尺寸变大的内螺旋曲面相配合,实现调整后的内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面之间的间隙仍然保持磨损前的大小,进而保证全金属锥形组合螺杆泵的抽油压力,确保原油泵出并维持较高的出液量,进而有效延长全金属锥形组合螺杆泵的使用寿命,同时能够提高螺杆泵的效率和降低能耗;
(2)在定子和转子磨损后,无需额外人工,通过弹性伸缩组件中的弹性件的弹性扩张以及转子自重,转子相对于抽油杆向下移动,使得内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面之间的间隙能够自动补偿,弹性件的弹性作用还能确保转子的外螺纹面与定子的内螺纹面的有效接触、密封,进而实现泵体压力、泵效的保持,确保砂子泵出,避免砂卡;
(3)内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面的径向尺寸大的一端临近抽油杆,在使用状态下,转子、定子为上大下小的锥形结构,即使停电后砂子沉积于定子和转子之间的间隙内,转子也不易卡死;
(4)停电后砂子沉积于定子和转子之间的间隙内,来电后,在转子旋转过程中,沉积的砂子对转子具有向上的推力,同时,通过弹性伸缩组件的弹性件的弹性收缩,使得转子具有相对于抽油杆向上移动的空间,进而转子上移,内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面之间的间隙变大,实现解卡;
(5)通过弹性伸缩组件的弹性件的弹性缓冲,在装配的过程中,能够避免转子受伤;
(6)本发明还增设了绞龙,绞龙对由转子向上泵送后向下回落的砂子仍具有输送作用,具体的,各个绞龙对下落的砂子具有向上推送的作用,砂子于相邻绞龙之间形成上升-回落的不断循环,能够有效防止砂子于转子和定子之间沉积,进而有效减小磨损,延长泵的使用寿命;
(7)当仪表显示出液量降低时,各个绞龙仍然处于旋转工作中,保持对下落的砂子的向上推送的作用,进一步避免转子卡死,因此,能够有效避免扭力积聚以及断裂的风险;
(8)即使停电后,砂子也能够部分沉积于各个绞龙的螺旋叶片上,减小于定子和转子之间的间隙内堆积,更进一步避免转子卡死;
(9)由于全金属锥形组合螺杆泵使用寿命的延长,能够降低其更换频率,进而减少更换全金属锥形组合螺杆泵所产生的时耗,提高原油产量。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其包括定子、转子2、套管3和抽油杆4,定子由2节以上定子单体1沿轴向固定连接形成,定子设有内螺纹曲面,转子2安装于定子内并且设有与内螺纹曲面配合的外螺纹曲面,内螺纹曲面为双头螺纹,外螺纹为单头螺纹,其它实施例中,内螺纹曲面的M也可以取值为3或4,外螺纹曲面的N也可以取值为2或3,M=N+1,定子与套管3固定连接,抽油杆4安装于套管3内,抽油杆整体由若干节抽油杆可拆卸地固定连接形成,内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面均为锥形螺旋结构并且锥度相同,内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面的径向尺寸大的一端临近抽油杆4,图1、图2为侧放状态,全金属锥形组合螺杆泵在使用时是竖立状态,即内螺纹曲面和外螺纹曲面的上端的径向尺寸相比下端的径向尺寸大;
全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括弹性伸缩组件,弹性伸缩组件包括活动件、固定件和弹性件,活动件与转子固定连接,固定件与抽油杆固定连接,活动件和固定件为上、下方向的滑动配合并且能够为抽油杆和转子传递扭矩,弹性件的一端抵靠活动件、另一端抵靠固定件,弹性件能够沿活动件的滑动方向弹性收缩或弹性扩张;具体的,活动件为连接轴6,固定件为连接座12,弹性伸缩组件还包括弹簧15和限位组件,连接轴6包括沿轴向依次连接的第二螺纹连接头7、第二外凸缘8、主体9、啮合部10和第一外凸缘11, 连接座设有腔体13以及安装于腔体13的开口处并沿直径方向向内延伸的限位板14,连接轴的啮合部10穿过限位板,第一外凸缘11插装于连接座12的腔体13内,使得连接轴6能够沿连接座12的轴线方向移动,连接轴6与第一外凸缘相邻的端部,即啮合部10设有外齿,限位板14设有内齿,外齿与内齿啮合,即以花键的形式使得连接轴能够通过与连接座12配合传递扭矩,弹簧15套设于连接轴6外,弹簧15的一端抵靠连接座12、另一端抵靠连接轴的第二外凸缘8,实现弹性伸缩和弹性扩张的功能,限位组件包括第一外凸缘11和限位板14,第一外凸缘11连接于连接轴6邻接连接座12的端部并且沿直径方向向外凸设,限位板14连接于连接座12邻接连接轴6的端部并且沿直径方向向内凸设, 通过第一外凸缘11和限位板14限位配合进而防止连接轴6脱离连接座12。
转子与连接轴6邻接的端部连接有第一螺纹接头5,连接轴6与转子邻接的端部连接有第二螺纹接头7,第一螺纹接头5和第二螺纹接头7通过螺纹套管16连接;连接座12一体成型于抽油杆下端或固定安装于抽油杆下端,其中固定安装可采用螺纹结构实现可拆卸。
连接轴的内核部10和主体9之间开设有与限位板14限位配合的台阶19,防止装配时弹簧15受压过渡,对弹簧15起保护作用,确保弹簧15有效作用。
全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括绞龙,绞龙包括中心轴17和围绕并且固定于中心轴17外的螺旋叶片18,绞龙设置于转子2和抽油杆4之间以及相邻两节抽油杆4之间,中心轴6的两端分别与相应的转子2、相应的抽油杆4通过螺纹结构和锁紧螺母7可拆卸地固定连接;中心轴17的直径大于抽油杆4的直径,以提高绞龙的连接强度。
Claims (10)
1.适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其包括定子、转子、套管和抽油杆,所述定子设有内螺纹曲面,所述转子安装于所述定子内并且设有与所述内螺纹曲面配合的外螺纹曲面,所述套管与所述定子连接,所述抽油杆安装于所述套管内,其特征在于:所述内螺纹曲面和所述外螺纹曲面均为锥形螺旋结构并且锥度相同,所述内螺纹曲面和所述外螺纹曲面的径向尺寸大的一端临近抽油杆;所述全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括弹性伸缩组件,所述弹性伸缩组件包括活动件、固定件和弹性件,所述活动件与所述转子固定连接,所述固定件与抽油杆固定连接,所述活动件和所述固定件为上、下方向的滑动配合并且能够为所述抽油杆和所述转子传递扭矩,所述弹性件的一端抵靠所述活动件或所述转子、另一端抵靠所述固定件,所述弹性件能够沿所述活动件的滑动方向弹性收缩或弹性扩张;
所述活动件为连接轴,所述固定件为连接座,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹性伸缩组件还包括限位组件,所述连接轴插装于所述连接座的腔体内,所述连接轴能够沿连接座的轴线方向移动并且能够通过与所述连接座配合传递扭矩,所述弹簧套设于所述连接轴,所述弹簧的一端抵靠所述连接轴或所述转子、另一端抵靠所述连接座,所述限位组件用于防止连接轴脱离所述连接座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述转子与所述连接轴邻接的端部连接有第一螺纹接头,所述连接轴与所述转子邻接的端部连接有第二螺纹接头,所述第一螺纹接头和所述第二螺纹接头通过螺纹套管连接;所述连接座一体成型或固定安装于所述抽油杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述连接轴开设有与所述限位组件限位配合的台阶。
4.适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其包括定子、转子、套管和抽油杆,所述定子设有内螺纹曲面,所述转子安装于所述定子内并且设有与所述内螺纹曲面配合的外螺纹曲面,所述套管与所述定子连接,所述抽油杆安装于所述套管内,其特征在于:所述内螺纹曲面和所述外螺纹曲面均为锥形螺旋结构并且锥度相同,所述内螺纹曲面和所述外螺纹曲面的径向尺寸大的一端临近抽油杆;所述全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括弹性伸缩组件,所述弹性伸缩组件包括活动件、固定件和弹性件,所述活动件与所述转子固定连接,所述固定件与抽油杆固定连接,所述活动件和所述固定件为上、下方向的滑动配合并且能够为所述抽油杆和所述转子传递扭矩,所述弹性件的一端抵靠所述活动件或所述转子、另一端抵靠所述固定件,所述弹性件能够沿所述活动件的滑动方向弹性收缩或弹性扩张;
所述活动件为连接座,所述固定件为连接轴,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹性伸缩组件还包括限位组件,所述连接轴插装于所述连接座的腔体内,所述连接轴能够沿连接座的轴线方向移动并且能够通过与所述连接座配合传递扭矩,所述弹簧套设于所述连接轴,所述弹簧的一端抵靠所述连接座或所述转子、另一端抵靠所述连接轴,所述限位组件用于防止连接轴脱离所述连接座。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:
所述限位组件包括限位配合的第一外凸缘和限位板,所述第一外凸缘连接于所述连接轴邻接连接座的端部并且沿直径方向向外凸设,限位板连接于所述连接座邻接连接轴的端部并且沿直径方向向内凸设。
6.根据权利要求5所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述连接轴与第一外凸缘相邻的端部设有外齿,限位板设有内齿,所述外齿与所述内齿啮合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述第一外凸缘设有外齿,所述腔体设有内齿,所述外齿与所述内齿啮合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述内螺纹曲面为M头螺纹,所述外螺纹为N头螺纹,M取值为2~4,N取值为1~3,M=N+1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述全金属锥形组合螺杆泵还包括绞龙,所述绞龙包括中心轴和围绕并且固定于中心轴外的螺旋叶片,所述绞龙设置于所述转子和所述抽油杆之间以及相邻两节抽油杆之间,中心轴的两端分别与相应的所述转子、相应的所述抽油杆可拆卸地固定连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的适用于石油领域的全金属锥形组合螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述定子为整体式或由2节以上定子单体沿轴向固定连接形成。
