the control and energy supply system is arranged at the top end of the main pipeline and comprises a control box, a solar panel at the top, a floating air bag arranged at the outer side part of a shell of the control box, a control component arranged in the control box, a storage battery pack and a solar charging and discharging controller; the control component comprises a control module, a processing module and a signal transmission module, the signal transmission module is in signal communication with an external intelligent terminal in a wireless communication mode, and the control module is used for controlling the rotation of the rotating shaft, the compression of the compressed air movable plate, the opening and closing of the siphon pipe opening and closing baffle plate and the opening and closing of the outlet control pull plate of the garbage collection bag according to instructions of the processing module.
2. A compact aquatic refuse collection device according to claim 1, wherein 8 through holes are provided in said refuse collection bag for water to flow through, and said 8 through holes can be closed in real time.
3. A compact aquatic refuse removal device according to claim 1, wherein said floating bladder is plural and inflated such that the siphon nozzle is located below and near the horizontal plane.
4. A compact aquatic refuse collection device according to claim 1, wherein said refuse compression chamber and said refuse storage chamber are semi-annular.
5. A compact aquatic refuse removal device according to claim 1, wherein there are 2 siphon pipes.
6. A compact aquatic refuse removal device according to claim 1, wherein there are 4 siphon pipes.
7. A small size aquatic refuse removing device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the outer cylinder of the main pipe is open.
8. A compact aquatic refuse removal device according to claim 1, wherein there are 6 siphon pipes.
9. A small aquatic refuse removal device according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said external intelligent terminal is a base PC computer, smartphone or tablet.
10. The small aquatic garbage cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the signal transmission module performs signal transmission through wireless wifi or 4G communication.
