液体环式机械
本发明涉及一种液体环式机械。
这类机械是已知的(DE-A-4305424)。这种机械有一个管状的机壳,机壳围绕着此机械的转子,通过转子使工作液体旋转。由转子产生的旋转的液体环沿着内壁流动。与此同时形成的流动损失取决于机壳内表面的性质。在液体环式机械使用寿命期间,机壳内表面由于腐蚀而可能发生变化,从而恶化流动状况。
本发明的目的是,防止在液体环式机械的寿命期间流动状况恶化和与之相关的流动损失增大。
本发明的目的是通过这样一种液体环式机械来实现的,其中,机壳至少在其内圆周上用一个弹性材料层覆盖,它的表面至少局部具有压印出的菱形纹理结构。
采用覆盖在机壳内圆周上的层的这种设计,达到了改善流动状况的目的,并因而减少了流动损失。因为在这一层上不产生腐蚀,所以在寿命期间保持有利的流动状况。又由于该覆盖层用一种弹性材料制成,因而还可以达到良好的防冲蚀的目的。将层的表面至少局部设计为具有压印出的菱形纹理结构,有助于改善在液体环内的压力和速度变化。这一措施尤其对于在机壳内表面流速交变的情况下是有利的。
为了进一步改善流动状况,机壳的内腔全面地加层。
业已证实作为加层的材料选用橡胶是特别有利的。此外,这种材料还提供抗腐蚀保护。
还有,最好使橡胶层面朝流体环机械工作腔的那一侧具有菱形纹理结构。业已证明这种结构损失很小。在这种情况下使菱形的长轴沿着液体环式机械的液体环的流动方向也是有利的。

机壳用一个位于其轴向中央的隔板2沿轴向分开。在机壳1的内圆周3上设有橡胶层4。隔板2上亦以同样的方式覆盖橡胶层4。
橡胶层4上有一压印出的菱形纹理结构的表面5,如图2所示。在具有这样结构的表面5时,橡胶层4应这样铺设在机壳1上,即,使一个个菱形6以其长轴朝着箭头7所表示的在机壳1内旋转的液体环的流动方向。

Claims (5)

1.一种液体环式机械,其特征在于:机壳(1)至少在其内圆周(3)上用一个弹性材料层(4)覆盖,它的表面至少局部具有压印出的菱形纹理结构。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液体环式机械,其特征在于:所述层(4)的弹性材料为橡胶。
3.按照权利要求2所述的液体环式机械,其特征在于:所述橡胶层(4)在其面朝液体环式机械的工作腔一侧具有压印出的菱形纹理结构。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的液体环式机械,其特征在于:所述菱形(6)以其长轴朝着液体环式机械的液体环流动方向(7)。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的液体环式机械,其特征在于:机壳(1)的内腔全面加层。
