Background
In areas which depend on underground water irrigation, wheat is planted in small furrows, the land occupation of the furrow is more, the land utilization rate is low, and the yield potential cannot be fully exerted. In order to solve the problem, the applicant submits an invention patent with the application number of 2015100868682 to a national intellectual property agency by 25 days of 2 months in 2015, namely a wheat high-low furrow planting method, and obtains authorization.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the technical problems, the invention provides a two-high four-low high-low furrow planting, fertilizing and seeding integrated machine.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the integrated machine comprises a frame, a suspension beam, a power input mechanism, a seeding component, a fertilizing component, a ridging wheel, a shaper, a seeding tray, a first land pressing wheel and a second land pressing wheel, wherein the shaper, the seeding tray, the first land pressing wheel and the second land pressing wheel are gradually arranged below the frame from front to back, and the fertilizing component and the seeding component are respectively arranged above the frame; the suspension beam is arranged at the front end of the frame, the suspension beam is connected with a rotating shaft through a power input mechanism, the rotating shaft is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the power input mechanism, spiral ridging wheels are arranged on the rotating shaft, and the width of the ridging wheels is gradually increased from the power input mechanism to two ends of the ridging wheels.
Preferably, the distance between the first land pressing wheel and the ground is smaller than that between the second land pressing wheel and the ground, and the distance difference is the ridging height.
Preferably, the suspension beam is fixedly connected with the frame through a hydraulic cylinder.
Further preferably, the front end of the frame is respectively provided with a hanging frame and a traction frame.
Preferably, the seeding machine further comprises a transmission mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a pinion, a large gear, a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel, the pinion is arranged at the outer end of the first ground pressing wheel and is coaxial with the first ground pressing wheel, and the large gear is arranged at the outer side of the seeding component; the first driving wheel is arranged at the outer end of the large gear and is coaxial with the large gear; the second driving wheel is arranged at the outer side of the fertilization component. The pinion and the bull gear, and the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are respectively linked through a first chain and a second chain.
Further preferably, a first tensioning wheel and a second tensioning wheel are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the first chain.
Preferably, the first ground pressing wheels are two groups, are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft for installing the first ground pressing wheels, the second ground pressing wheels are one group, and are arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft for installing the second ground pressing wheels.
Further preferably, the rotating shaft for installing the second land pressing wheel is gradually connected with the frame through a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft for installing the second land pressing wheel, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the second connecting rod, and the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the frame; a spring is arranged between the two ends of the rotating shaft for installing the second ground pressing wheel and the frame.
Preferably, the seeding tray is located below the seeding assembly.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the traditional seeder, the wheat high-low furrow planting is realized, the land utilization rate is improved, and the water saving is realized; the device adopts the spiral ridging wheel, the ridging wheel is integrally formed, the manufacturing cost is low, and the ridging effect is good; meanwhile, the seeding assembly and the fertilizing assembly are driven by the first land pressing wheel to generate power input, so that the energy consumption is low and the seeding is uniform.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the two-high, four-low and high-low furrow planting, fertilizing and seeding integrated machine comprises a frame 1, a suspension beam 2, a power input mechanism 3, a seeding assembly 4, a fertilizing assembly 5, a ridging wheel 6, a shaper 7, a seeding tray 8, a first land pressing wheel 9 and a second land pressing wheel 10, wherein the shaper 7, the seeding tray 8, the first land pressing wheel 9 and the second land pressing wheel 10 are gradually arranged below the frame 1 from front to back, the fertilizing assembly 5 and the seeding assembly 4 are respectively arranged above the frame 1, and the seeding tray 8 is arranged below the seeding assembly 4; the front end at frame 1 is fixed to suspension beam 2, suspension beam 2 passes through power input mechanism 3 and connects pivot 11, the both sides at power input mechanism 3 are established to pivot 11 symmetry, be equipped with helical ridging wheel 6 in the pivot 11, ridging wheel's structure is similar helical stirring vane, integrated into one piece, the width of ridging wheel 6 increases gradually from power input mechanism 3 to its both ends, ridging wheel 6 of power input mechanism 3 both sides turns to unanimously, but the direction of blade is opposite, thereby realize to centre propelling movement soil, ridging wheel 6's ditching principle is: the ridging wheel 6 rotates to push soil to the middle part of the ridging wheel from two sides of the power input mechanism, and the ridging operation is completed after the ridging wheel is repaired and molded by the shaper 7.

The seeding component adopted in the device comprises two side support plates, a seed sowing box, a funnel and a seed sowing pipe, wherein the support plates are arranged on a frame and used for fixing the seed sowing box; the fertilizing assembly adopted in the equipment comprises two side support plates, a fertilizer box, a funnel and a fertilizer pipe, wherein the support plates are arranged on a frame and used for fixing the fertilizer box; the power input mechanism adopted in the equipment comprises an input shaft and a speed reducer, and the speed reducer can adopt a bevel gear speed reducer or a worm speed reducer. The seeding assembly, the fertilizing assembly and the power input mechanism are all of the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
The sowing machine further comprises a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism comprises a pinion 13, a large gear 14, a first transmission wheel 15 and a second transmission wheel 16, the pinion 13 is fixed at the outer end of the first land pressing wheel 9 and is coaxially arranged with the first land pressing wheel 9, the large gear 14 is arranged at the outer side of the sowing component 4, and the first transmission wheel 15 is fixed at the outer end of the large gear 13 and is coaxially arranged with the large gear; the second driving wheel 16 is arranged on the outer side of the fertilization assembly 5. The pinion 13 is linked with the bull gear 14, the first driving wheel 15 is linked with the second driving wheel 16 through a first chain 17 and a second chain 18 respectively; the inside and the outside of first chain 17 are equipped with first take-up pulley 19 and second take-up pulley 20 respectively, and first take-up pulley 19 is installed on frame 1, and second take-up pulley 20 is installed on seeding subassembly 4 promptly seeding subassembly 4's extension board.
As shown in fig. 3, the front end of the frame 1 is respectively provided with a suspension bracket 21 and a traction bracket 22, and the suspension bracket 21 and the traction bracket 22 are connected with a power mechanism in operation.
As shown in fig. 2, the distance between the first land pressing wheel 9 and the ground is smaller than that between the second land pressing wheel 10 and the ground, so that high and low furrows are realized, correspondingly, the heights of 6 sowing trays are inconsistent, the middle two sowing trays are high, and the outer 4 sowing trays are low, and correspondingly formed middle high furrows are formed, so that the sowing depth is ensured to be consistent; the first ground pressing wheels 9 are two groups, are respectively arranged at two ends of a rotating shaft for installing the first ground pressing wheels 9, the second ground pressing wheels 10 are one group, and are arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft for installing the second ground pressing wheels 10; the rotating shaft for mounting the second land pressing wheel 10 is gradually connected with the frame through a first connecting rod 23 and a second connecting rod 24, one end of the first connecting rod 23 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft for mounting the second land pressing wheel 10, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the second connecting rod 24, and the second connecting rod 24 is fixedly connected with the frame 1; a spring 25 is arranged between the two ends of the rotating shaft for installing the second ground pressing wheel 10 and the frame 1, the spring 25 is connected with the frame through a connecting rod, the connecting rod and the frame are in various clamping modes, and the relative distance between the second ground pressing wheel and the ground can be adjusted through the connecting rod.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any equivalent embodiments which can be changed or modified by the technical content disclosed above can be applied to other fields, but any simple modification, equivalent changes and modification made to the above-mentioned embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention without departing from the technical content of the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
