Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a monitoring management method and a monitoring management device for specific personnel, which solve the technical problems that the labor intensity of a prison police in daily work is very high, the main management mode is still stopped at the stage of prison patrol and camera monitoring alarm, the management efficiency is low, the management difficulty is high, and the information system cannot be really associated with the prison escorting personnel in the prior art, and the technical effects of utilizing the internet for real-time tracking, realizing the border crossing alarm, the area alarm and the emergency investigation of prisons, improving the management efficiency of prisons, and realizing the informatization and intelligentization of prison management.
In view of the foregoing, embodiments of the present application are provided to provide a monitoring management method and apparatus for a specific person.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a monitoring management method for a specific person, applied to a prison management system, where the prison management system includes a communication base station, an intelligent wearable device and a server, where the communication base station is communicatively connected to the server and the intelligent wearable device, and the method includes: obtaining a crime level of a first prisoner, wherein the first prisoner meets a first preset condition; obtaining a first positioning range according to the crime level; obtaining a first geographical position according to a first intelligent wearing device worn by the first prisoner; judging whether the first geographic position is within the first positioning range; and when the communication base station is not in the first positioning range, the server receives a first alarm signal sent by the communication base station.
Preferably, the method further comprises: obtaining a first emergency event for the first perpetrator at a first geographic location; when the first emergency event meets a second preset condition, the server receives a second alarm signal sent by the communication base station; and sending the second alarm signal and the first geographical position to a police officer.
Preferably, the method further comprises: obtaining dynamic heart rate data for the first prisoner; judging whether the dynamic heart rate data meet a preset threshold value or not; when the preset threshold value is not met, the server receives a third alarm signal sent by the communication base station; obtaining a second geographic location of the first criminal; and sending the third alarm signal and the second geographic position to a police officer.
Preferably, the method further comprises: and obtaining the real-time geographic position of the first prisoner according to the first intelligent wearing device.
Preferably, after obtaining the first positioning range according to the crime level, the method further includes: obtaining an electronic fence area according to the first positioning range; and sending the electronic fence area to a target map.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a monitoring management device for a specific person, applied to a prison management system, the prison management system including a communication base station, an intelligent wearable device and a server, wherein the communication base station is communicatively connected with the server and the intelligent wearable device, and the device includes:
a first obtaining unit that obtains a crime level of a first prisoner, wherein the first prisoner satisfies a first preset condition;
a second obtaining unit that obtains a first positioning range according to the crime level;
a third obtaining unit that obtains a first geographical location according to a first smart wearable device worn by the first prisoner;
the first judging unit judges whether the first geographic position is within the first positioning range;
and the fourth obtaining unit is used for receiving a first alarm signal sent by the communication base station by the server when the server is not in the first positioning range.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a fifth obtaining unit that obtains a first emergency event for the first perpetrator at a first geographic location;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to receive, by the server, a second alarm signal sent from the communication base station when the first emergency event meets a second preset condition;
the first operation unit sends the second alarm signal and the first geographic position to police officers.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a seventh obtaining unit that obtains dynamic heart rate data of the first prisoner;
a second judging unit that judges whether the dynamic heart rate data satisfies a preset threshold;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to, when the preset threshold is not met, receive, by the server, a third alarm signal sent from the communication base station;
a ninth obtaining unit that obtains a second geographic location of the first prisoner;
and the second operation unit sends the third alarm signal and the second geographic position to a police officer.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a tenth obtaining unit that obtains a real-time geographic location of the first prisoner according to the first smart wearable device.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
an eleventh obtaining unit that obtains an electric fence region according to the first positioning range;
a third operation unit that transmits the electronic fence area to a target map.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a monitoring management device for a specific person, including a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor performs the following steps:
obtaining a crime level of a first prisoner, wherein the first prisoner meets a first preset condition;
obtaining a first positioning range according to the crime level;
obtaining a first geographical position according to a first intelligent wearing device worn by the first prisoner;
judging whether the first geographic position is within the first positioning range;
and when the communication base station is not in the first positioning range, the server receives a first alarm signal sent by the communication base station.

Specifically, the system is connected to the internet before work, the system firstly obtains the level of a prisoner, such as the level of a wide manager, a common manager, an investigation level and a strict manager, and the system presets corresponding conditions, such as monitoring prisoners above the common manager, namely monitoring the prisoners through an intelligent wearing device worn by the prisoners.
S120: and obtaining a first positioning range according to the crime level.

S140: judging whether the first geographic position is within the first positioning range;
specifically, the server receives positioning coordinate information sent by the intelligent wearing device and permitted activity range information of the prisoner, and judges whether the coordinates of the positioning wearing device are in the permitted activity range or not by calculating the relationship between the positioning coordinate information and the activity range information.
S150: and when the communication base station is not in the first positioning range, the server receives a first alarm signal sent by the communication base station.
Specifically, the system queries the position of the prisoner in real time, and if the position of the prisoner is judged to be out of the preset range, namely the coordinates of the positioning wearing device is not in the preset range, the base station sends an alarm signal to the server, for example, for a certain prisoner, the prisoner is not allowed to leave the prison within a specified time, and once the prison leaves the prison, namely the coordinates of the positioning wearing device of the prisoner are not in the range of the prison, the system automatically generates an alarm signal to inform the prison or a manager.
Preferably, the method further comprises: obtaining a first emergency event for the first perpetrator at a first geographic location; when the first emergency event meets a second preset condition, the server receives a second alarm signal sent by the communication base station; and sending the second alarm signal and the first geographical position to a police officer.
Specifically, the server judges whether an emergency event exists or not through data sent back by the intelligent wearing device, such as a positioning track of the intelligent wearing device and data sent back by a heart rate sensor of the intelligent wearing device, if the detected data is abnormal, the base station sends out an alarm signal and sends the real-time positions of prisoners to a prison police or a manager, if the positions of the plurality of prisoners monitored by the system are smaller than a preset range of the system, and the heart rate information sent back by the intelligent wearing device is higher than a preset value of the system, the situation that crowd fighting possibly exists is explained, and the base station sends an alarm signal to the server and informs the prison of the alarm.
Preferably, the method further comprises: obtaining dynamic heart rate data for the first prisoner; judging whether the dynamic heart rate data meet a preset threshold value or not; when the preset threshold value is not met, the server receives a third alarm signal sent by the communication base station; obtaining a second geographic location of the first criminal; and sending the third alarm signal and the second geographic position to a police officer.
Specifically, the system judges whether the dynamic heart rate data of prisoners meet a preset value or not through data sent back by a heart rate sensor of an intelligent prisoner wearing device, when the heart rate of the prisoners is abnormal, a base station sends an alarm signal to a server and sends the real-time position of the prisoners to a prisoner, if most prisoners in prisoners are good in performance and can consciously obey a prisoner rule, a part of prisoners still have self-killing tendency due to self reasons or external factors, the thought dynamics of the prisoners are mastered and educated and assisted to lead the prisoners to be in a mental state change and prevent suicide incidents, after the intelligent prisoner wearing device is worn, the vital signs of the prisoners can be monitored through pulse induction and heart rate induction, when the heart rate and the pulse of the prisoners are gradually reduced, the prisoners are likely to have suicide behaviors, the base station sends out alarm signals in time, and the prison police can quickly arrive at the site in the first time and recover precious lives in time.
Preferably, the method further comprises: and obtaining the real-time geographic position of the first prisoner according to the first intelligent wearing device.
Particularly, the prisoner wears to have intelligence to wear the device, and what the device lasted was worn to intelligence launches the UWB signal to the basic station, communicates with the basic station, and the real-time locating information that the location basic station obtained the prisoner through the UWB signal reflects the real-time geographical position of prisoner on electronic map.

Particularly, the system background can set a forbidden zone in a user-defined mode as required, an electronic fence is set in a relevant zone, the server sends the zone of the electronic fence to a map, and when prisoners approach the zone, namely real-time positioning of the intelligent wearing device approaches the zone of the electronic fence, the system sends an alarm signal to inform prison police or managers.

Based on the same inventive concept as the monitoring management method for the specific person in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a monitoring management device for the specific person, as shown in fig. 2, applied to a prison management system, where the prison management system includes a communication base station, an intelligent wearable device and a server, where the communication base station is communicatively connected to the server and the intelligent wearable device, and the monitoring management device includes:
a first obtaining unit 11, wherein the first obtaining unit 11 obtains a crime level of a first prisoner, and the first prisoner meets a first preset condition;
a second obtaining unit 12, wherein the second obtaining unit 12 obtains a first positioning range according to the crime level;
a third obtaining unit 13, where the third obtaining unit 13 obtains a first geographic location according to a first smart wearable device worn by the first prisoner;
a first determining unit 14, where the first determining unit 14 determines whether the first geographic location is within the first positioning range;
and a fourth obtaining unit 15, configured to receive the first alarm signal sent by the communication base station when the server is not within the first positioning range.
