Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an association object, and means that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In this context, unless otherwise specified, the term "/" generally indicates that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
The embodiment of the application provides a region supervision method, which can be executed by electronic equipment, and referring to fig. 1, the method can include:
step S101, conflict information is determined, and conflict position information corresponding to the conflict information is determined.
The method for determining the conflict information comprises the following steps:
1) Acquiring a monitoring video;
2) Establishing a Gaussian background image by using a Gaussian modeling mode;
3) Differencing the current video frame from the background image frame to obtain a motion bolus;
4) Performing Optical Flow detection, namely an Optical Flow method, in each motion block;
5) Removing optical-flow vectors having optical-flow magnitudes less than a set first threshold;
6) Processing the motion block in the continuous K frames of images, and counting the amplitude and the angle of the motion block optical flow vector;
7) If the sum of the optical flow amplitude values of the continuous K frame images is larger than a set second threshold value, judging whether the optical flow angle distribution of the continuous K frame images meets a uniform condition, and if so, generating conflict information; if not, continuing to read the monitoring video.
In the video image, when a pedestrian walks normally, the accumulated energy of an optical flow energy histogram/an accumulated histogram and a direction histogram of the pedestrian is possibly more than a set ALARM line, and the main direction occupation ratio of the pedestrian is far more than a set threshold value, so that collision behavior ALARM cannot be generated; if two persons get on the shelf and generate conflict behaviors, the optical flow energy histogram/cumulative histogram and the direction histogram of the two persons continuously exceed the set ALARM line for many times, and the main direction occupation ratio of the two persons is smaller than the set threshold value, so that the two persons are judged to be in conflict behaviors, and the two persons trigger an ALARM and determine conflict information.
Wherein, determining the conflict location information corresponding to the conflict information includes: and determining the position information corresponding to the conflict information according to the number of the video acquisition device corresponding to the acquired conflict information and the position information thereof.
With reference to figure 1 of the drawings,
step S102, each first target corresponds to each administrator, the first target corresponding to the conflict information is determined, and the conflict information is fed back to the first target corresponding to the conflict information.
Step S103, determining the expected period according to the acquired site information, the acquired position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information and the conflict position information.
The site information is GIS map data of the supervision area; the method for acquiring the position information of the first target adopts the mode of acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal carried by each administrator; the predicted period is a period of time when the first target arrives at the position corresponding to the conflicting position information.
The manner in which the predicted period is determined is: after the start point (the position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information) and the end point (the conflict position information) are determined, a travelable route from the start point to the end point in the GIS map data of the supervision area is determined, and the expected arrival time of the manager is determined according to the length of the travel route.
With reference to figure 1 of the drawings,
step S104, if the first target corresponding to the conflict information does not reach the position corresponding to the conflict position information within the expected period, record information is generated.
In the embodiment of the application, after the conflict is determined, the manager capable of timely resolving the conflict is determined according to the position of the conflict, the manager can timely refrain from resolving the conflict after receiving the prompt information, the management condition of the manager can be intuitively understood by judging whether the manager reaches the position of the conflict in the expected period, so that the conflict upgrading caused by negligence of the manager is avoided, and the management level of security and protection of the supervision area is improved by recording the working timeliness of the manager.
Further, in one possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S105 (not shown in the figure), where step S105 may be disposed after step S104, or after step S103, or between step S103 and step S104, and step S105 includes: and determining the estimated road section information according to the acquired site information, the position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information and the conflict position information, and feeding back the estimated road section information. The estimated road section information is the travel path from the starting point to the end point in the GIS map data of the supervision area, and the manager can conveniently reach the conflict position in time by generating the travel path for the manager.
Further, in one possible implementation, step S102 includes: and acquiring the position information of each first target, and taking the first target with the shortest distance to the conflict position information as the first target corresponding to the conflict information.
When the conflict occurs, traversing the positions of the administrators in the supervision area, taking the administrator closest to the conflict position as a first target corresponding to the conflict, and prompting the administrator to resolve the conflict.
Further, in one possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S106 (not shown in the figure), where step S106 may be disposed after step S104, or after step S103, or between step S103 and step S104, or between step S104 and step S105, or after step S105, and step S106 includes:
step S1061 (not shown in the figure) determines the supervision scope according to the location information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information.
Determining a supervision scope means is at least one of:
firstly, after a first target corresponding to conflict information is determined, according to input duty information, a duty range corresponding to the first target is called, and the duty range is a supervision range.
And secondly, calling the path information of the first target in a second history period before the generation of the conflict information, and determining the supervision range according to the corresponding position of the path information in the supervision area.
Step S1062 (not shown), a suspicious object within the supervision is determined.
The suspicious target is determined by determining the personnel in the monitoring range according to the input personnel list and the room number thereof or the assigned labor place.
Step S1063 (not shown in the figure) is executed to determine whether there is a correlation between the suspicious object and the management object corresponding to the conflict information, if yes, the early warning information is generated.
The judging whether the association exists between the suspicious target and the management object corresponding to the conflict information comprises the following steps:
step S10630 (not shown), managing the historical position information acquired by the object at the frequency threshold in the first historical period before confirming the conflict information, forms a safety range according to the historical position information and the threshold distance corresponding to each time point.
The RFID electronic tags are arranged on the bodies of the management objects, RFID readers are arranged at a plurality of positions in the monitoring area, and the position information of the management objects in the monitoring area can be acquired through the identification of the RFID readers. And forming a safety range corresponding to the current position according to the real-time position of the management object, and if other management objects fall into the safety range, indicating that an intersection possibly exists between the two management objects.
Step S10631 (not shown in the figure), for each management object corresponding to the conflict information, the relevant targets falling within the plurality of security ranges corresponding to the management object are determined, and the number of times the relevant targets fall within all the security ranges corresponding to the management object. If there is a plurality of intersections between the other management object and the management object, it can be determined that there is a correlation between the two.
Step S10632 (not shown in the figure), if the number of times that the related target falls within all the safety ranges corresponding to the management objects is greater than the safety number, then the related target has relevance to the management object corresponding to the conflict information, early warning information is generated, and the first targets corresponding to the suspicious targets are removed from all the first targets; and if the relevance does not exist, sorting the distances between all the first targets and the conflict position information.
When a conflict occurs, the related targets associated with the management objects having the conflict may use the situation that the administrator handles the conflict and perform other illegal actions, and at this time, supervision needs to be enhanced on other areas where illegal events may occur while the current conflict is resolved, so that the first target closest to the current conflict position is selected as the administrator handling the conflict from other first targets except the first targets corresponding to the related targets having the determined relevance, so that the situation that multiple conflicts occur can be effectively handled.
Further, in one possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S107 (not shown in the figure), where step S105 may be disposed after step S101, or any position between step S101 and step S106, or after step S106, and the embodiment of the present application describes a case where step S107 is disposed after step S106, where step S107 includes: and determining a management object corresponding to the conflict information, and feeding back the conflict information to a preset terminal corresponding to the management object.
The preset terminal is a terminal of a corresponding guardian or family member of the management object, and when the conflict occurs, the conflict information is sent to the family member of the management object, so that the family member can conveniently and timely master the safety condition of the management object.

the processing module is used for determining a predicted period according to the acquired site information, the acquired position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information and the conflict position information, wherein the site information is GIS map data of a supervision area, and the predicted period is a period of time when the first target arrives at a position corresponding to the conflict position information;
the feedback module is used for generating record information if the first target corresponding to the conflict information does not reach the position corresponding to the conflict position information within the expected period;
the second analysis module is further used for:
determining a supervision scope according to the position information of the initial first target corresponding to the conflict information, and determining a supervision scope mode comprises the following steps: the path information of the initial first target is called in a second historical period before the conflict information is generated, and a supervision range is determined according to the corresponding position of the path information in a supervision area;
determining suspicious targets within the supervision range; determining suspicious targets within the regulatory domain includes: according to the input personnel list, the room number of the personnel list or the assigned labor field and the supervision range, determining suspicious targets in the supervision range;
judging whether the correlation exists between the suspicious target and the supervision object corresponding to the conflict information, and if so, generating early warning information;
wherein,
the judging whether the correlation exists between the suspicious target and the supervision object corresponding to the conflict information comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that historical position information obtained by a supervision object in a first historical period before conflict information is confirmed through a frequency threshold value, and a safety range is formed according to the historical position information corresponding to each time point and the threshold distance; for each supervision object corresponding to the conflict information, determining related suspicious targets falling into a plurality of safety ranges corresponding to the supervision objects, and the times that the related suspicious targets fall into all the safety ranges corresponding to the supervision objects; if the frequency of the related suspicious targets falling into the safety range corresponding to the supervision objects is larger than the safety frequency, the related suspicious targets have relevance to the supervision objects corresponding to the conflict information, early warning information is generated, and the initial first targets corresponding to the related suspicious targets are removed from all the initial first targets to obtain an initial first target set;
if no relevance exists, determining all the initial first targets as an initial first target set;
and sorting the distance between each initial first target in the initial first target set and the conflict position information, and selecting the initial first target closest to the current conflict position as the first target, namely the manager for conflict processing.
