Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified.
An embodiment of the present application provides a method for supervising a region, which may be performed by an electronic device, and with reference to fig. 1, the method may include:
and step S101, determining conflict information and determining conflict position information corresponding to the conflict information.
The method for determining the conflict information comprises the following steps:
1) acquiring a monitoring video;
2) establishing a Gaussian background image by a Gaussian modeling mode;
3) the current video frame and the background image frame are subjected to difference to obtain a motion block;
4) performing Optical Flow detection in each motion block, wherein the Optical Flow detection is an Optical Flow method;
5) removing optical flow vectors with optical flow amplitude values smaller than a set first threshold value;
6) processing the moving mass in the continuous K frame image, and counting the amplitude and the angle of the optical flow vector of the moving mass;
7) if the sum of the optical flow amplitudes of the continuous K-frame images is larger than a set second threshold value, judging whether the optical flow angle distribution of the continuous K-frame images meets a uniform condition, and if so, generating conflict information; if not, continuing to read the monitoring video.
In the video image, when the pedestrian walks normally, the accumulated energy of the optical flow energy histogram/accumulated histogram and the direction histogram of the pedestrian possibly exceeds a set ALARM line, and the ratio of the main direction is far greater than a set threshold value, so that a collision behavior ALARM cannot be generated; if two people fight to generate a conflict behavior, the optical flow energy histogram/cumulative histogram and the direction histogram continuously exceed the set ALARM line for multiple times, and the main direction occupation ratio is smaller than the set threshold value, so that the conflict behavior is judged, an ALARM is triggered, and conflict information is determined.
Wherein, determining the conflict position information corresponding to the conflict information comprises: and determining the position information corresponding to the conflict information according to the serial number of the video acquisition device corresponding to the acquired conflict information and the position information of the video acquisition device.
With reference to figure 1 of the drawings,
and S102, each first target corresponds to each administrator, the first target corresponding to the conflict information is determined, and the conflict information is fed back to the first target corresponding to the conflict information.
And step S103, determining a predicted time period according to the acquired site information, the acquired position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information and the conflict position information.
The site information is GIS map data of a supervision area; acquiring the position information of the first target by acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal carried by each administrator; the expected time period is a time period for the first target to reach the position corresponding to the conflicting position information.
The manner of determining the expected time period is: after the start point (position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information) and the end point (conflict position information) are determined, the travelable route from the start point to the end point in the GIS map data of the supervised area is determined, and the time the administrator expects to arrive is determined according to the length of the travelable route.
With reference to figure 1 of the drawings,
and step S104, if the first target corresponding to the conflict information does not reach the position corresponding to the conflict position information in the expected time period, generating record information.
In the embodiment of the application, after the conflict exists, the administrator capable of timely solving the conflict is determined according to the conflict position, the administrator receives the prompt information and then drives to the conflict position to timely stop and solve the conflict, whether the administrator reaches the conflict position in the expected time period or not is judged, the management condition of the administrator can be visually known, the conflict upgrade caused by the negligence of the administrator is avoided, the working timeliness of the administrator is recorded, and the management level of the security of the supervision area is improved.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S105 (not shown in the figure), step S105 may be disposed after step S104, or after step S103, or between step S103 and step S104, and step S105 includes: and determining the predicted road section information according to the acquired site information, the position information of the first target corresponding to the conflict information and the conflict position information, and feeding back the predicted road section information. The predicted road section information is a traveling path from a starting point to a terminal point in GIS map data of the supervision area, and the manager can conveniently reach the position of the conflict in time by generating the traveling path for the manager.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, step S102 includes: and acquiring the position information of each first target, and taking the first target with the shortest distance to the conflict position information as the first target corresponding to the conflict information.
When a conflict occurs, traversing the positions of the managers in the supervision area, taking the manager closest to the conflict position as a first target corresponding to the conflict, and prompting the manager to solve the conflict.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S106 (not shown in the figure), step S106 may be disposed after step S104, or after step S103, or between step S103 and step S104, or between step S104 and step S105, or after step S105, and step S106 includes:
step S1061 (not shown in the figure), determining a supervision range according to the position information of the first target corresponding to the collision information.
Determining the supervision scope in at least one of the following ways:
firstly, after a first target corresponding to conflict information is determined, a duty range corresponding to the first target is called according to input duty information, and the duty range is a supervision range.
And secondly, in a second historical period before the conflict information is generated, the path information of the first target is called, and the supervision range is determined according to the corresponding position of the path information in the supervision area.
Step S1062 (not shown), determining suspicious targets within the supervision range.
The suspicious target is determined by determining the persons in the supervision range as the suspicious target according to the input person list and the room number where the person is located or the assigned labor place.
Step S1063 (not shown), determining whether there is a correlation between the suspicious object and the management object corresponding to the conflict information, and if yes, generating the warning information.
Wherein, judging whether the suspicious target and the management object corresponding to the conflict information have relevance comprises:
step S10630 (not shown), obtaining the historical location information acquired by the management object with the frequency threshold in the first historical period before the confirmation of the collision information, and forming a safety range according to the historical location information corresponding to each time point and the threshold distance.
The RFID electronic tags are arranged on the bodies of the management objects, RFID readers are arranged at a plurality of positions in the supervision area, and the position information of the management objects in the supervision area can be acquired through the identification of the RFID readers. And forming a safety range corresponding to the current position according to the real-time position of the management object, and if other management objects fall into the safety range, indicating that an intersection possibly exists between the two management objects.
Step S10631 (not shown in the figure), for each management object corresponding to the conflict information, determines the relevant objects falling within the plurality of safety ranges corresponding to the management object, and the number of times the relevant objects fall within all the safety ranges corresponding to the management object. If there is a plurality of intersections between other managed objects and the managed object, it can be determined that there is a relationship between both of them.
Step S10632 (not shown in the figure), if the number of times that the related target falls into the safety range corresponding to all the managed objects is greater than the safety number of times, the related target has relevance to the managed object corresponding to the conflict information, generates early warning information, and removes the first target corresponding to the suspicious target from all the first targets; and if the relevance does not exist, sequencing the distances between all the first targets and the conflict position information.
When a conflict occurs, the relevant targets associated with the management objects with the conflict may utilize the administrator to process the conflict situation and implement other illegal behaviors, and at this time, the current conflict needs to be solved and the supervision on other areas with the possibility of illegal events is strengthened, so that the first target closest to the current conflict position is selected from other first targets except the first target corresponding to the relevant target with the determined relevance as the administrator for processing the conflict, so as to effectively deal with the situation of multiple conflicts.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, the method further includes step S107 (not shown in the figure), step S105 may be disposed after step S101, or at any position between step S101 and step S106, or after step S106, and the embodiment of the present application describes a case where step S107 is disposed after step S106, where step S107 includes: and determining a management object corresponding to the conflict information, and feeding back the conflict information to a preset terminal corresponding to the management object.
The preset terminal is a terminal of the management object corresponding to the guardian or the family member, and when a conflict occurs, conflict information is sent to the family member of the management object, so that the safety condition of the management object can be mastered in time by the family member.
