本发明公开一种自动充气枪,包括形成有L形夹头的夹座,夹座上安装有正对夹头往复滑动的充气枪,所述充气枪采用气缸驱动。由于本发明采用气缸来驱动充气枪滑动伸缩,这样就可通过自动控制系统实现钢瓶的自动充气,使得充气操作非常方便快捷,减少充气操作失误。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢瓶的充气枪技术领域,尤其是指自动连接钢瓶阀的充气枪。
背景技术
目前,为钢瓶充气的操作大都是采用手动充气,充气枪的卡座卡住瓶阀后,需手动扳动扳杆,将充气枪的枪嘴与瓶阀气嘴压接,然后充气。这种手动操作方式总会存在操作麻烦和操作失误等问题。因此,有必要研发一种操作方便,并可减少操作失误的充气枪。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于操作的自动充气枪。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种自动充气枪,包括形成有L形夹头的夹座,夹座上安装有正对夹头往复滑动的充气枪,其特征在于:所述充气枪采用气缸驱动。
在上述基础上,所述夹座形成有缸筒,缸筒的筒口固定有套座,充气枪的枪管滑动穿装套座,且枪管上还固定有在缸筒内滑动的活塞,缸筒内安装有保持活塞滑向套座趋势的弹簧,活塞与缸筒之间以及枪管与套座之间均设置密封圈,套座上开设有连通缸筒活塞腔的通气孔。
在上述基础上,充气枪的枪管的管口安装有滑动伸缩的枪嘴,枪管内安装有保持枪嘴伸出趋势的弹簧,枪管内安装有封堵伸出时的枪嘴的单向阀。
在上述基础上,所述单向阀包括与枪管固定的阀芯,枪嘴内固定有垫面朝外的密封垫,阀芯的外端固定有封盖在密封垫的垫面的阀盖。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明采用气缸来驱动充气枪滑动伸缩,这样就可通过自动控制系统实现钢瓶的自动充气,使得充气操作非常方便快捷,减少充气操作失误。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种自动充气枪,包括形成有L形夹头1.1的夹座1,夹座1上安装有正对夹头1.1往复滑动的充气枪,在本发明中,所述充气枪采用气缸驱动。
在本实施例中,所述夹座1形成有缸筒1.2,缸筒1.2的筒口固定有套座2,充气枪的枪管3滑动穿装套座2,且枪管3上还固定有在缸筒1.2内滑动的活塞4,缸筒1.2内安装有保持活塞4滑向套座2趋势的弹簧5,活塞4与缸筒1.2之间以及枪管3与套座2之间均设置密封圈6,套座2上开设有连通缸筒1.2活塞腔的通气孔2.1。缸筒1.2作为气缸的活塞腔,容置活塞4滑动。密封圈6应采用活塞专用的Y形密封圈。活塞4与缸筒1.2之间的密封圈6固定在活塞4上。枪管3与套座2之间的密封圈6固定在套座2内,还应在该密封圈6的外侧安装防尘密封圈7。其它的构成气缸构件之间的连接面还应安装常规的O形密封圈8。通气孔2.1连接电气控制系统的高压气管道,往通气孔2.1通高压气进入活塞腔,高压气推动活塞4移动,活塞4带动枪管3向着瓶阀方向移动,使充气枪向着瓶阀移动,直至充气枪的枪嘴与瓶阀的气嘴紧压对接,以完成接下来的钢瓶的充气操作。
在本实施例中,充气枪的枪管3的管口安装有滑动伸缩的枪嘴9,枪管3内安装有保持枪嘴9伸出趋势的弹簧10,枪管3内安装有封堵伸出时的枪嘴9的单向阀。具体的,所述单向阀包括与枪管3固定的阀芯11,枪嘴9内固定有垫面朝外的密封垫12,阀芯11的外端固定有封盖在密封垫12的垫面的阀盖11.1。充气时,气缸驱动充气枪移向瓶阀,当枪嘴9顶到瓶阀的气嘴时,枪嘴9缩入,弹簧10被压缩,密封垫12移离阀盖11.1,单向阀打开,此时可对钢瓶进行充气。停止充气时,关闭高压气,在弹簧5的作用下,充气枪移离瓶阀,同时弹簧10驱使枪嘴9伸出复位,密封垫重新与阀盖11.1紧压密封,单向阀关闭,阻止充气枪的气体外泄。当然,充气枪的构件之间的连接面亦应加装常规的密封圈。

1.一种自动充气枪,包括形成有L形夹头的夹座,夹座上安装有正对夹头往复滑动的充气枪,其特征在于:所述充气枪采用气缸驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动充气枪,其特征在于:所述夹座形成有缸筒,缸筒的筒口固定有套座,充气枪的枪管滑动穿装套座,且枪管上还固定有在缸筒内滑动的活塞,缸筒内安装有保持活塞滑向套座趋势的弹簧,活塞与缸筒之间以及枪管与套座之间均设置密封圈,套座上开设有连通缸筒活塞腔的通气孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动充气枪,其特征在于:充气枪的枪管的管口安装有滑动伸缩的枪嘴,枪管内安装有保持枪嘴伸出趋势的弹簧,枪管内安装有封堵伸出时的枪嘴的单向阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动充气枪,其特征在于:所述单向阀包括与枪管固定的阀芯,枪嘴内固定有垫面朝外的密封垫,阀芯的外端固定有封盖在密封垫的垫面的阀盖。
