本发明涉及造纸领域,具体涉及一种低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法。主要技术方案为将原本加在涂料里的部分原料通过改性转移到纸内,使后期涂布时的涂料成分单一化,降低对涂布设备的要求。涂布方式也由原来的气刀涂布、刮刀涂布等方式改成了更易操控的喷涂模式。这样由于原纸内增加了吸湿效果好的淀粉或膨润土,表面又涂一层纯的CMC或CMS膜,这样在打印的过程中,墨水粒子被这层膜截留在表面,而水分可以渗透至原纸内,被淀粉或膨润土快速吸收,因此本发明产品在快干性和转移率方面均有良好的表现。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,具体涉及一种低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法。
背景技术
热转印行业分为凹版印刷和数码打印两种方式,二者相比较,数码打印更环保、更方便,更能适应个性化纺织品的需求,因此一些原来凹版印刷逐渐被数码打印取代,数码印花的数量大幅度上升,为了适应这种快速上升的需求,高速数码打印机也快速兴起,热转印机的速度不断提高,出于提高热转印效率和降低成本的考虑,热转移印花纸逐渐向低克重过渡。
转移印花纸的生产方式主要有两种,一种是机内涂布,就是原纸和涂布纸在一条生产线上完成;另一种是机外涂布,就是先用抄纸机生产出原纸,再在涂布机进行涂布。但这两种生产方式在生产低克重产品时就表现出较大的劣势。主要是:一方面,纸张的克重较低时,与湿涂料接触时由于拉力不够而易断纸,影响成品率的提高;另一方面,这两种生产方式对涂料的要求比较高,涂料的成分、固含量、粘度等都会影响到涂布过程的效率以及数码打印和转印的效果。
目前市场上虽然已有一些低克重甚至超低克重的产品上市,但造纸过程中成品率低导致的生产成本居高不下是对造纸企业的主要制约因素;墨水的透印或干燥速度慢是制约低克重产品大面积替代高克重产品的主要因素,因此,既要提高造纸环节的成品率又要提高成品纸的快干性和适应性是目前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,发明人提供了一种低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,主要技术方案为将原本加在涂料里的部分原料(主要是快干粉)通过改性转移到纸内,使后期涂布时的涂料成分单一化,降低对涂布设备的要求。涂布方式也由原来的气刀涂布、刮刀涂布等方式改成了更易操控的喷涂模式。
一种低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其纸浆原料配比按照重量份配比为:针叶浆10-20份,阔叶浆50-70份,针叶BCTMP浆20-30份。
普通印花纸一般不含BCTMP(化学机械浆),本发明中增加了针叶BCTMP,一方面化学机械浆的松厚度比较好,加入后能增加纸页的孔隙率,提高吸收性;另一方面针叶木生产的化学机械浆,浆料比较细腻,纤维束少,结合强度高,不会影响打印效果。
其中,针叶浆叩解度为45-50°SR;阔叶浆叩解度50-55°SR;针叶BCTMP浆叩解度20-30°SR。
上述低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的具体生产步骤为:
1)混合浆料:各种木浆分别打浆后加入混浆池,混合均匀;
2)步骤1)的混合浆料中加入辅料,然后进行抄造,压榨,烘缸干燥,施胶,压光机压光得成品;
所述的辅料为快干粉,用量:100-300kg/吨纸;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,用量:0.8-1.5kg/吨纸;AKD,用量:3-5kg/吨纸;AKD的加入使成品纸的吸水性达到40-50g/m2
优选的,快干粉选用阴离子改性淀粉或阴离子改性膨润土或其任意比例组合,粒径5-20微米。选用阴离子改性的目的是使其与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺结合,提高其在纸上的留着率。
优选的,快干粉,使用温度≤60℃的清水分散均匀后,泵送至混合浆料中,避免糊化;这样使快干粉能够更容易的与浆料混合均匀一致。
所述的施胶方式为喷涂,喷涂药品按重量份配比为:
CMC或CMS或海藻酸钠或其任意组合物100份(按100%固含量计算);
丁苯胶乳5-10份(50%固含量);
抗氧化剂0.025-0.05份(50%固含量);
抗氧化剂选用苯乙烯化苯酚或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或其它抗氧剂;
使用时将CMC或CMS或海藻酸钠先用45-65℃的温水配制成溶液或糊液,然后按比例加入丁苯胶乳和抗氧化剂混合均匀后备用。
其中,CMC或CMS或海藻酸钠或其任意组合物的要求为:单一原料或混合原料在45-65℃,固含量10-30%时的粘度在100-500CP。粘度过低,分子链过短,在纸面上的成膜性不好;粘度过大,流动性差,泵送和喷雾困难。
优选的,喷涂设备位于烘缸干燥过程的第3组烘缸与第4组烘缸之间,施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%,纸页经过喷涂装置施胶后经过一道红外干燥箱再进入第4组烘缸;更优选的喷涂设备选择喷雾式施胶机。
优选的,正面喷涂压力的控制为将喷涂药品打成雾状喷到纸面,施胶量控制在单面1-3g/m2;为了防止翘曲,反面喷涂清水,喷涂湿料量与正面一致;
所述压光机为软辊压光机,压力调整为不加压力,仅处于闭合状态。
本发明的生产方法,在原纸内增加了吸湿效果好的淀粉或膨润土,表面又涂一层CMC或CMS或海藻酸钠或其组合的膜,这样在打印的过程中,墨水粒子被这层膜截留在表面,而水分可以渗透至原纸内,被淀粉或膨润土快速吸收,因此本发明产品在快干性和转移率方面均有良好的表现。

实施例1
1、浆料按重量份配比:10份针叶浆,叩解度45-50°SR;
70份阔叶浆,叩解度50-55°SR;
20份针叶BCTMP,叩解度20-30°SR。
分别打浆后在配浆池混合均匀;
2、快干粉选用阴离子改性玉米淀粉,用45℃清水分散均匀,用量300kg/吨纸;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量:1.5kg/吨纸;AKD乳液用量:3kg/吨纸;将上述辅料与混合浆分散均匀后上机抄造。
3、胶料的制备:
选用CMC,用量750kg,用50℃的温水溶解,加水1844kg,加入丁苯胶乳80kg,抗氧剂选用2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,加入量0.45kg,混合均匀(丁苯胶乳和抗氧剂的固含量都是50%),配成固含量30%、粘度128CP的涂料,备用。
4、施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%,喷涂压力设置为6kg,将涂料打成雾状,调整流量至施胶量为2g/m2,反面清水的喷涂量也保持在2g/m2
5、软压光机的压力调整为仅闭合状态,不加压,卷取成正式产品。
实施例2
1、浆料按重量份配比:20份针叶浆,叩解度45-50°SR;
50份阔叶浆,叩解度50-55°SR;
30份针叶BCTMP,叩解度20-30°SR;
分别打浆后在配浆池混合均匀。
2、快干粉选用阴离子改性膨润土,用50℃清水分散均匀,用量100kg/吨纸;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量:0.9kg/吨纸;AKD乳液用量:5kg/吨纸;将上述辅料与混合浆分散均匀后上机抄造。
3、胶料的制备:
选用CMS,625kg,用50℃的温水2063kg溶解,加入丁苯胶乳125kg,抗氧剂选用苯乙烯化苯酚,加入量0.62kg,混合均匀(丁苯胶乳和抗氧剂的固含量都是50%),配成固含量25%、粘度430CP的涂料,备用。
4、施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%,喷涂压力设置为5kg,将涂料打成雾状,调整流量至施胶量为3g/m2,反面清水的喷涂量保持在3g/m2
5、软压光机的压力调整为仅闭合状态,不加压,卷取成正式产品。
实施例3
1、浆料按重量份配比:15份针叶浆,叩解度45-50°SR;
60份阔叶浆,叩解度50-55°SR;
25份针叶BCTMP,叩解度20-30°SR;
分别打浆后在配浆池混合均匀。
2、快干粉选用阴离子改性玉米淀粉150kg+阴离子改性膨润土50kg,用50℃清水分散均匀,总用量200kg/吨纸;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量:0.8kg/吨纸;AKD乳液用量:4kg/吨纸;
将上述辅料与混合浆分散均匀后上机抄造。
3、胶料的制备:
选用海藻酸钠,用量500kg,用50℃的温水2100kg溶解,加入丁苯胶乳50kg,抗氧剂选用苯乙烯化苯酚,加入量0.4kg,混合均匀(丁苯胶乳和抗氧剂的固含量都是50%),配成固含量20%、粘度460CP的涂料,备用。
4、施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%,喷涂压力设置为5kg,将涂料打成雾状,调整流量至施胶量为3g/m2,反面清水的喷涂量保持在3g/m2
5、软压光机的压力调整为仅闭合状态,不加压,卷取成正式产品。
实施例4
1、浆料配比:18份针叶浆,叩解度45-50°SR;
62份阔叶浆,叩解度50-55°SR;
20份针叶BCTMP,叩解度20-30°SR;
分别打浆后在配浆池混合均匀。
2、快干粉选用阴离子改性玉米淀粉100kg+阴离子改性膨润土80kg,用55℃清水分散均匀,总用量180kg/吨纸;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量:1.2kg/吨纸;AKD乳液用量:4.5kg/吨纸;
将上述辅料与混合浆分散均匀后上机抄造。
3、胶料的制备:
选用CMC和CMS各50%,总用量700kg,用50℃的温水1930kg溶解,加入丁苯胶乳100kg,抗氧剂选用2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,加入量0.5kg,混合均匀(丁苯胶乳和抗氧剂的固含量都是50%),配成固含量28%、粘度307CP的涂料,备用。
4、施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%,喷涂压力设置为5kg,将涂料打成雾状,调整流量至施胶量为1g/m2,反面清水的喷涂量保持在1g/m2
5、软压光机的压力调整为仅闭合状态,不加压,卷取成正式产品。
效果对比:
用本发明方法(实施例1-4)与普通常规方法(机内涂布,机外涂布)同时生产50g热升华转印纸,对比效果如下:

备注:
成品率=1-废品量/(废品量+合格品数量)*100%;
透印:以同墨量打印后纸页背面的颜色对比;
干燥速度:同条件打印后至自然风干不粘墨;
转移率:(转印前K、M、C、Y密度值-转印后各密度值)/转印前各密度值。
综上可知,利用喷涂设备,纸页不需要受到气刀或刮刀的压力,不易产生断纸,纸机效率高;由于机内涂布的涂布量不易提高,在原纸没有任何调整的前提下,较低的涂布量会在透印和转印率方面均表现较差;而本发明的技术方案,由于原纸内增加了吸湿效果好的淀粉或膨润土,表面又涂一层纯的CMC或CMS膜,这样在打印的过程中,墨水粒子被这层膜截留在表面,而水分可以渗透至原纸内,被淀粉或膨润土快速吸收,因此本发明产品在快干性和转移率方面均有良好的表现。

Claims (10)

1.一种低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,其纸浆原料配比按照重量份配比为:针叶浆10-20份,阔叶浆用量50-70份,针叶BCTMP浆20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的针叶浆叩解度为45-50°SR;阔叶浆叩解度50-55°SR;针叶BCTMP浆叩解度20-30°SR。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,具体生产步骤为:
1)混合浆料:各种木浆分别打浆后加入混浆池,混合均匀;
2)步骤1)的混合浆料中,加入辅料,然后进行抄造,压榨,烘缸干燥,施胶,压光机压光得成品;
所述的辅料为快干粉,用量:100-300kg/吨纸;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,用量:0.8-1.5kg/吨纸;AKD,用量:3-5kg/吨纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述的快干粉选用阴离子改性淀粉或阴离子改性膨润土或其任意比例组合,使用温度≤60℃的清水分散均匀后,泵送至混合浆料中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤2)所述的施胶方式为喷涂。
6.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,CMC或CMS或海藻酸钠或其任意组合物100份,丁苯胶乳5-10份,抗氧化剂0.025-0.05份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂选用苯乙烯化苯酚或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
8.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,施胶时纸页的干度为95-98%。
9.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,施胶量控制在单面1-3g/m2;反面喷涂清水,喷涂量与正面一致。
10.根据权利要求3所述的低定量速干型热升华转移印花纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述压光机为软辊压光机,压力调整为不加压力,仅处于闭合状态。
