技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸。
背景技术
比色纸是将自然界存在的颜色在纸上体现,用于色彩选择、比对、沟通,是色彩实现在一定范围内统一标准的工具,现有的比色纸仅能实现对色彩的对比但对对照物的面积估算存在缺陷,而且现有的比色纸纸张质量不高,多次使用后比色纸往往出现破损。
我国造纸工业原料目前还处于从“以草为主”向“以木为主”的过渡阶段,在今后较长一段时间内,非木材纤维原料将继续在我国造纸工业中扮演重要角色。我们现在的草浆生产厂家已经改变了以前落后的面貌,采用先进技术与设备,进行有规模、有质量、有品种、有管理、有效益的现代化生产,且在环保方面也取得了可喜的成就。在我国造纸工业纤维原料结构中,木浆、草浆和废纸浆配合使用的现状短期内不会发生较大变化,但在造纸原料中,木材量较少,芦苇、竹子、蔗渣原料长期处于停滞不前的状态,急需开发一种新的造纸原料,玉米秸秆包含了纤维素、半纤维素及木质素等纤维成分,为纯天然的优质造纸原料。玉米秸皮的纤维素含量较高,有利于提高纸浆率和纸的强度;半纤维素含量适中,有利于纸浆的吸水,易于打浆;木质素含量较纸,有利于蒸煮漂白,从而有利于纸张质量的提高。
现有造纸工艺中,通常是将经过打浆后的不同浆料混合后,直接加入填料,随后再加入其它助剂,并没有对打浆后的浆料进行分离处理,这样长短不同的纤维原料混合在一起与填料相互作用,既不能有效发挥出长纤维可提高纸张强度的优势,也不能充分发挥短纤维具有较好吸附力的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸,利用玉米秸秆制备标准的比色纸,对比精度高,使用方便,可估算对比物的面积,所制备的比色纸的外观品质、物理指标均较高,达到高质量文化纸的标准。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案为:植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸,包括小于等于180微米的短纤维和长度大于等于180微米的长纤维,所述的长短纤维宽度为4.2-6.5微米;比色纸紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1。本发明通过限定制备比色纸中的长短纤维长度及宽度,可充分发挥长度纤维的作用,即短纤维的吸附更多的填料提高填料的留着率,长纤维提高比色纸纸张各项强度,并且通过设置上述长短纤维的数值有利于提高纸张的疏水性能,最终制备紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1的纸张具有优异的外观品质,物理指标较高,比色纸不易撕碎,使用寿命长。
植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:1)纸浆原料制备;2)打浆;3)配制添加剂与纸料混合;4)抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸;5)纸张表面划分隔线并上色。
进一步的,纸浆原料制备包括以下步骤:
a.备料:将玉米秸秆晒干,皮穰分离取秸皮,将秸皮剪碎;
b.预处理:将秸皮在蒸煮器内蒸煮,固液比为1:4-6,并加热蒸煮添加剂,蒸煮时间为2-3h,蒸煮过程中升温时间为70-80min,升温时间从38℃开始计,113℃小放气;
c.漂白清洗:将秸皮浆采用CHE三段漂白方式漂白。玉米秸皮中含有高达44%以上的纤维素,经上万次试验得知玉米秸皮为原料制备的浆料,可漂性较好,在漂白后可获得很高的白度,达到文化用纸要求,且制备所得的纸张的物理指标均达到文化用纸指标。
进一步的,步骤b中蒸煮添加剂由NaOH和C14H8O2、C19H17N3O、H2O2组成,NaOH用量为蒸煮所用蒸煮液重量的10%~12%,C14H8O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1%~1.1%,C19H17N3O用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的0.03%~0.06%,H2O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1%~3%。蒸煮过程中添加剂可促使秸皮中的酯类化合物被快速降解,并且添加剂中的C19H17N3O促使秸皮中的木质素发生亲核加成反应,攻击苯环的苯醌结构,同时攻击侧链的共轭双键,还与双氧水产生协同作用使木质素侧链上的C=O基和双键反应,使其氧化,实现侧链碎解,造成木质素脱除,木质素脱除率在95%以上,可在短时间内快速获取大量的单根纤维并且提高纸浆的强度,通过蒸煮的方式使秸皮成浆,并且加添加剂加快成浆速度,提高纸浆得率并提高纸浆质量。
进一步的,步骤c中CHE三段漂白过程中C段氯用量为总氯用量的70%,E段碱用量占浆料总量的1.3%,H段氯用量为总氯用量的30%。通过控制CHE三段漂白过程中的氯或碱的用量可有效提高纸浆的白度,使制得的比色纸的外观品质得到提升。

b.对磨浆完成后的纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度为47°~47.5°SR,打浆后过100-200目网筛,分别获取长度小于或等于160微米的短纤维浆料和长度大于或等于160微米的长纤维浆料,再将两种浆料混合;通过限定长短纤维长度及宽度,可充分发挥长度纤维的作用,即短纤维的吸附更多的填料提高填料的留着率,长纤维提高比色纸纸张各项强度,并且通过设置上述长短纤维的数值有利于提高纸张的疏水性能,最终制得的比色纸的各项强度指标较高。
进一步的,配制添加剂与纸料混合步骤包括以下步骤:
a.配置荧光增白剂、抗水剂、调色剂、增强剂和助留剂;
b.将步骤a中配置的添加剂加入完成打浆后的纸浆内,并加入填料、阳离子淀粉、膨润土进行混合处理。
进一步的,步骤b中打浆后的纸浆内加入,纸浆重量0.7-1.3%的荧光增白剂、纸浆重量0.1-0.5%的抗水剂、纸浆重量0.07-0.1%的调色剂、纸浆重量3-6%的增强剂、纸浆重量10-11%的助留剂、纸浆重量16-20%的填料、纸浆重量0.01-0.03%的乙酰丙酮锆、纸浆重量0.03-0.04%的膨润土;通过将各添加剂与制备的纸浆进行混合用于提高最终制备的比色纸的各项物理性能,在纸浆与添加剂混合过程中调色剂的加入可提高纸张的色彩也利于后期对制备的纸张进行涂色制备成比色板,阳离子淀粉溶液的加入有利于增强纸张的各项强度指标,提升纸张质量,乙酰丙酮锆的加入可对纸浆中残留的半纤维素聚糖分子的活力增强,使之转变成羧基、羰基或醛基,并且使糖链断裂,断链后产生新的还原性末端继续受乙酰丙酮锆作用产生断链,使糖链变短,羧基、羰基或醛基不断的增加可影响纤维的结合力,增加纤维结合位点使纤维结合更加牢固,间接增加了纤维之间的接触面积,实现纤维结合力的增强,但其作用机理尚不明确,还有待进一步研究,助留剂的加入可提高填料在纤维表面的附着及纤维对填料的吸附性能有利于纸张的各项强度指标。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过限定制备比色纸中的长短纤维长度及宽度,可充分发挥长度纤维的作用,即短纤维的吸附更多的填料提高填料的留着率,长纤维提高比色纸纸张各项强度;比色纸制备蒸煮步骤中纸浆原料的木质素脱除率在95%以上,在短时间内快速获取大量的单根纤维并且提高纸浆的强度;通过设置长短纤维的数值有利于提高纸张的疏水性能,长短纤维的结合力强,纤维之间的接触面积大,最终制备紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1的纸张具有优异的外观品质,物理指标较高,比色纸不易撕碎,使用寿命长。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。

植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸,包括小于等于180微米的短纤维和长度大于等于180微米的长纤维,所述的长短纤维宽度为4.2-6.5微米;比色纸紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1。本发明通过限定制备比色纸中的长短纤维长度及宽度,可充分发挥长度纤维的作用,即短纤维的吸附更多的填料提高填料的留着率,长纤维提高比色纸纸张各项强度,并且通过设置上述长短纤维的数值有利于提高纸张的疏水性能,最终制备紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1的纸张具有优异的外观品质,物理指标较高,比色纸不易撕碎,使用寿命长。
实施例2:
植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纸浆原料制备:
a.备料:将玉米秸秆晒干,皮穰分离取秸皮,将秸皮剪碎;
b.预处理:将秸皮在蒸煮器内蒸煮,固液比为1:4,并加热蒸煮添加剂,蒸煮时间为2.5h,蒸煮过程中升温时间为75min,升温时间从38℃开始计,113℃小放气,添加剂由NaOH和C14H8O2、C19H17N3O、H2O2组成,NaOH用量为蒸煮所用蒸煮液重量的10.4%,C14H8O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1.04%,C19H17N3O用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的0.04%,H2O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的2%。蒸煮过程中添加剂可促使秸皮中的酯类化合物被快速降解,并且添加剂中的C19H17N3O促使秸皮中的木质素发生亲核加成反应,攻击苯环的苯醌结构,同时攻击侧链的共轭双键,还与双氧水产生协同作用使木质素侧链上的C=O基和双键反应,使其氧化,实现侧链碎解,造成木质素脱除,木质素脱除率在95%以上,可在短时间内快速获取大量的单根纤维并且提高纸浆的强度,通过蒸煮的方式使秸皮成浆,并且加添加剂加快成浆速度,提高纸浆得率并提高纸浆质量;
c.漂白清洗:将秸皮浆采用CHE三段漂白方式漂白;CHE三段漂白过程中C段氯用量为总氯用量的70%,E段碱用量占浆料总量的1.3%,H段氯用量为总氯用量的30%。通过控制CHE三段漂白过程中的氯或碱的用量可有效提高纸浆的白度,使制得的比色纸的外观品质得到提升,玉米秸皮中含有高达44%以上的纤维素,经上万次试验得知玉米秸皮为原料制备的浆料,可漂性较好,在漂白后可获得很高的白度,达到文化用纸要求,且制备所得的纸张的物理指标均达到文化用纸指标;
2)打浆:
a.将步骤1)获得的纸浆原料进行磨浆处理,磨浆浓度为5.5%~5.8%;
b.对磨浆完成后的纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度为47.2°SR,打浆后过140目网筛,分别获取长度小于或等于160微米的短纤维浆料和长度大于或等于160微米的长纤维浆料,再将两种浆料混合;通过限定长短纤维长度及宽度,可充分发挥长度纤维的作用,即短纤维的吸附更多的填料提高填料的留着率,长纤维提高比色纸纸张各项强度,并且通过设置上述长短纤维的数值有利于提高纸张的疏水性能,最终制得的比色纸的各项强度指标较高。
3)配制添加剂与纸料混合:
a.配置荧光增白剂、抗水剂、调色剂、浓度为11%的阳离子淀粉溶液和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;
b.将步骤a中配置的添加剂加入完成打浆后的纸浆内,并加入轻质碳酸钙、阳离子淀粉、膨润土进行混合处理,打浆后的纸浆内加入纸浆重量1.1%的荧光增白剂、纸浆重量0.4%的抗水剂、纸浆重量0.08%的调色剂、纸浆重量4%的浓度为12%的阳离子淀粉溶液、纸浆重量11%的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、纸浆重量18%的轻质碳酸钙、纸浆重量0.02%的乙酰丙酮锆、纸浆重量0.033%的膨润土;通过将各添加剂与制备的纸浆进行混合用于提高最终制备的比色纸的各项物理性能,在纸浆与添加剂混合过程中调色剂的加入可提高纸张的色彩也利于后期对制备的纸张进行涂色制备成比色板,阳离子淀粉溶液的加入有利于增强纸张的各项强度指标,提升纸张质量,乙酰丙酮锆的加入可对纸浆中残留的半纤维素聚糖分子的活力增强,使之转变成羧基、羰基或醛基,并且使糖链断裂,断链后产生新的还原性末端继续受乙酰丙酮锆作用产生断链,使糖链变短,羧基、羰基或醛基不断的增加可影响纤维的结合力,增加纤维结合位点使纤维结合更加牢固,间接增加了纤维之间的接触面积,实现纤维结合力的增强,但其作用机理尚不明确,还有待进一步研究,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的加入可提高填料在纤维表面的附着及纤维对填料的吸附性能有利于纸张的各项强度指标。
4)抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸;
5)纸张表面划分隔线并上色。
实施例3:植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,包括以下优选步骤:
1)纸浆原料制备:
a.备料:将玉米秸秆晒干,皮穰分离取秸皮,将秸皮剪碎;
b.预处理:将秸皮在蒸煮器内蒸煮,固液比为1:6,并加热蒸煮添加剂,蒸煮时间为3h,蒸煮过程中升温时间为80min,升温时间从38℃开始计,113℃小放气,添加剂由NaOH和C14H8O2、C19H17N3O、H2O2组成,NaOH用量为蒸煮所用蒸煮液重量的12%,C14H8O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1.08%,C19H17N3O用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的0.05%,H2O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的2%;
c.漂白清洗:将秸皮浆采用CHE三段漂白方式漂白;CHE三段漂白过程中C段氯用量为总氯用量的70%,E段碱用量占浆料总量的1.3%,H段氯用量为总氯用量的30%;
2)打浆:
a.将步骤1)获得的纸浆原料进行磨浆处理,磨浆浓度为5.5%~5.8%;
b.对磨浆完成后的纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度为47.5°SR,打浆后过200目网筛,分别获取长度小于或等于160微米的短纤维浆料和长度大于或等于160微米的长纤维浆料,再将两种浆料混合;
3)配制添加剂与纸料混合:
a.配置荧光增白剂、抗水剂、调色剂、浓度为12%的阳离子淀粉溶液和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;
b.将步骤a中配置的添加剂加入完成打浆后的纸浆内,并加入轻质碳酸钙、阳离子淀粉、膨润土进行混合处理,打浆后的纸浆内加入纸浆重量1.3%的荧光增白剂、纸浆重量0.5%的抗水剂、纸浆重量0.1%的调色剂、纸浆重量6%的浓度为12%的阳离子淀粉溶液、纸浆重量11%的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、纸浆重量20%的轻质碳酸钙、纸浆重量0.03%的乙酰丙酮锆、纸浆重量0.04%的膨润土;
4)抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸;
5)纸张表面划分隔线并上色。
本实施例对步骤2)打浆过程中的纸浆进行扫描电镜观察,扫描电镜照片为图4所示,可清楚观察长短纤维结合牢固,纤维之间的接触面积很大。
实施例4:
植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的配合装置,包括卡板4,卡板4侧面设有与比色纸1配合连接的卡槽7,卡板4两端设有与卡槽7配合连接的紧固件3,卡板4表面设有与其平行的滑槽6,滑槽6上配合连接有滑块5,比色纸1表面划分有大小一致的分隔线,在进行比色或者对照比色纸表面的分隔线估算对照物面积时可能会出现风吹或抖动导致对照物在比色纸表面产生移动,影响比色或对照物尺寸数据计算错误,设计的卡板4可将对照物固定于滑块5上,比色纸1固定于卡板4上,通过滑动滑块5带动对照物在比色纸1表面移动进行比色或尺寸数据计算,解决了对照物在比色纸1表面产生抖动或移动影响比色或尺寸数据计算不精准的问题。
滑块5底部设有与滑槽6配合的半工字型的滑体502,滑块5表面磁性连接有磁板501。滑体502与滑槽6的设计便于滑块5在卡板4表面进行滑移并且滑块5不易于滑槽6分离,而磁板501的设计可将对照物的一端架于磁板501于滑块5表面,便于带动对照物在比色纸1表面进行移动。
对比试验:
设置试验组和对照组进行对比试验,试验组按照实施例3进行造纸,对照组按照现有造纸方法进行造纸(在阔叶木化学浆中加入轻质碳酸钙,随后加入质量浓度为4%的阳离子淀粉,再加入浓度为0.2%的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺),分别对两组所制得的纸张进行测试,结果如下表所示:

由上述实验可知,本发明制备的纸张的各项性能优于常规制备的纸张。
本发明中涉及的抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸这些步骤均为本领域技术人员知晓的现有常用技术,在此不作详细赘述。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而并非对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型。因此,所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。

Claims (10)

1.植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸,其特征在于:所述的比色纸包括小于等于180微米的短纤维和长度大于等于180微米的长纤维,所述的长短纤维宽度为4.2-6.5微米;
所述的比色纸紧度为0.618~0.632g·cm-3,撕裂指数为4.92-5.08mN·m2·g-1
2.植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的比色纸制备工艺包括以下步骤:1)纸浆原料制备;2)打浆;3)配制添加剂与纸料混合;4)抄纸、压榨、脱水、烘干成纸;5)纸张表面划分隔线并上色。
3.根据权利要求2所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的纸浆原料制备包括以下步骤:
a.备料:将玉米秸秆晒干,皮穰分离取秸皮,将秸皮剪碎;
b.预处理:将秸皮在蒸煮器内蒸煮,固液比为1:4-6,并加热蒸煮添加剂,蒸煮时间为2-3h,蒸煮过程中升温时间为70-80min,升温时间从38℃开始计,113℃小放气;
c.漂白清洗:将秸皮浆采用CHE三段漂白方式漂白。
4.根据权利要求3所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤b中蒸煮添加剂由NaOH和C14H8O2、C19H17N3O、H2O2组成,NaOH用量为蒸煮所用蒸煮液重量的10%~12%,C14H8O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1%~1.1%,C19H17N3O用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的0.03%~0.06%,H2O2用量为蒸煮所用秸皮重量的1%~3%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤c中CHE三段漂白过程中C段氯用量为总氯用量的70%,E段碱用量占浆料总量的1.3%,H段氯用量为总氯用量的30%。
6.根据权利要求2所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的打浆步骤包括以下步骤:
a.将步骤1)获得的纸浆原料进行磨浆处理,磨浆浓度为5.5%~5.8%;
b.对磨浆完成后的纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度为47°~47.5°SR,打浆后过100-200目网筛,分别获取长度小于或等于160微米的短纤维浆料和长度大于或等于160微米的长纤维浆料,再将两种浆料混合。
7.根据权利要求2所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的配制添加剂与纸料混合步骤包括以下步骤:
a.配置荧光增白剂、抗水剂、调色剂、增强剂和助留剂;
b.将步骤a中配置的添加剂加入完成打浆后的纸浆内,并加入填料、阳离子淀粉、膨润土进行混合处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤b中打浆后的纸浆内加入,纸浆重量0.7-1.3%的荧光增白剂、纸浆重量0.1-0.5%的抗水剂、纸浆重量0.07-0.1%的调色剂、纸浆重量3-6%的增强剂、纸浆重量10-11%的助留剂、纸浆重量16-20%的填料、纸浆重量0.01-0.03%的乙酰丙酮锆、纸浆重量0.03-0.04%的膨润土;
优选的,所述的增强剂为浓度为10%~12%的阳离子淀粉溶液;
优选的,所述的助留剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;
优选的,所述的填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种。
9.植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的配合装置,其特征在于:包括卡板(4),所述的卡板(4)侧面设有与比色纸(1)配合连接的卡槽(7),所述的卡板(4)两端设有与卡槽(7)配合连接的紧固件(3),所述的卡板(4)表面设有与其平行的滑槽(6),所述的滑槽(6)上配合连接有滑块(5)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的植物花瓣/叶片标准比色纸的配合装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(5)底部设有与滑槽(6)配合的半工字型的滑体(502),所述的滑块(5)表面磁性连接有磁板(501)。
