Abstract

本发明公开了地板技术领域的轿车环保塑料复合地板,包括采用双层共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括上、下设置的TPO表层和EVA底层,所述TPO表层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EPDM和PP,所述EVA底层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,解决了无卤阻燃的问题,使得产品同时兼具低VOC、质轻、无卤阻燃、耐磨、可回收等优点,采用PP/EPDM动态硫化,具有耐磨、抗光老化和锐老化的作用;并复合EVA混合物,从而能完全满足轿车对地板耐磨、隔音、抗氧化、抗老化等和环保性能要求;提供了轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,采用双层共挤机一次性共挤双层复合地板,步骤简单,生产成本低,可操作性强,适合工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体为轿车环保塑料复合地板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
轿车内置的地板均采用塑料材料制成,塑料材料是非常容易燃烧的,例如我国目前市场上应用的地板革材料主要为聚氯乙烯(PVC)材质,潜在的危害还是比较大,一方面,“含溴、氯阻燃剂受热分解会放出溴化氢、氯化氢,立即捕获聚合物燃烧生产物中的自由基而阻止火焰传播,达到阻燃。”卤素阻燃材料在燃烧过程中会产生大量的烟雾毒性,成为车内空气污染、异味、和VOC的主要来源之一。
随着人们的环保意识和舒适性要求不断提高,轿车内置地板需要低VOC、低气味和可回收利用的矛盾日益突出,推动轿车内置地板环保性的发展以迫在眉睫,此外轿车内置地板在长期使用下,受外界环境的影响容易老化和磨损。
基于此,本发明设计了轿车环保塑料复合地板及其制备工艺,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了能完全满足轿车对地板耐磨、隔音、抗氧化等和环保性能要求,生产成本低,可操作性强,适合工业化生产的轿车环保塑料复合地板及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:轿车环保塑料复合地板,包括采用双层共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括上、下设置的TPO表层和EVA底层,所述TPO表层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EPDM和PP,所述EVA底层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂。
优选的,所述偶联剂采用二硬脂酰氧异丙基铝酸酯。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂采用抗氧剂 DLTP。
轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,该轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺具体步骤如下:
S1:按重量配比称好EPDM、PP、EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,并将PP和EPDM分别进行真空干燥;
S2:将PP和EPDM混合物加入到转矩流变仪中密炼5min直至扭矩平衡,得到PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物备用;
S3:将配比好的EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,加入密炼机中混合搅拌,然后在80℃-100℃将搅拌好的材料经密炼机密炼6分钟-10分钟,得到EVA混合物;
S4:将PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物和EVA混合物注入至双层共挤机内,经双层共挤机吸塑、模压成型。
优选的,所述双层共挤机采用一组单螺旋挤出机和一组双螺旋挤出机共用一组挤出模头组合而成。
优选的,所述步骤S4中双层共挤机设置条件为温度150-190℃,压力10MPa热压15min取出,再在5MPa压力下冷压完成制备。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明对地板结构和配方进行了优化改进,解决了无卤阻燃的问题,使得产品同时兼具低VOC、质轻、无卤阻燃、耐磨、可回收等优点,采用PP/EPDM动态硫化,增加其抗冲击强度高,韧性与刚性得到很好平衡,具有耐磨、抗光老化和锐老化的作用;并复合EVA混合物,从而能完全满足轿车对地板耐磨、隔音、抗氧化、抗老化等和环保性能要求;提供了轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,采用双层共挤机一次性共挤双层复合地板,步骤简单,生产成本低,可操作性强,适合工业化生产。

实施例一
轿车环保塑料复合地板,包括采用双层共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括上、下设置的TPO表层2和EVA底层1,所述TPO表层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EPDM和PP,所述EVA底层1由以下按重量份的原料制成:EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂。
其中,所述偶联剂采用二硬脂酰氧异丙基铝酸酯。
其中,所述抗氧化剂采用抗氧剂 DLTP。
S1:按重量配比称好EPDM、PP、EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,并将PP和EPDM分别进行真空干燥;
S2:将PP和EPDM混合物加入到转矩流变仪中密炼5min直至扭矩平衡,得到PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物备用;
S3:将配比好的EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,加入密炼机中混合搅拌,然后在80℃-100℃将搅拌好的材料经密炼机密炼6分钟-10分钟,得到EVA混合物;
S4:将PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物和EVA混合物注入至双层共挤机内,所述双层共挤机采用一组单螺旋挤出机和一组双螺旋挤出机共用一组挤出模头组合而成,经双层共挤机吸塑、模压成型,双层共挤机设置条件为温度150-190℃,压力10MPa热压15min取出,再在5MPa压力下冷压完成制备。

1.轿车环保塑料复合地板,其特征在于:包括采用双层共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括上、下设置的TPO表层(2)和EVA底层(1),所述TPO表层由以下按重量份的原料制成:EPDM和PP,所述EVA底层(1)由以下按重量份的原料制成:EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轿车环保塑料复合地板,其特征在于:所述偶联剂采用二硬脂酰氧异丙基铝酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轿车环保塑料复合地板,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂采用抗氧剂 DLTP。
4.轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:该轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺具体步骤如下:
S1:按重量配比称好EPDM、PP、EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,并将PP和EPDM分别进行真空干燥;
S2:将PP和EPDM混合物加入到转矩流变仪中密炼一定时间直至扭矩平衡,得到PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物备用;
S3:将配比好的EVA、PE、CaCO3、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,加入密炼机中混合搅拌,然后在一定温度将搅拌好的材料经密炼机密炼6分钟-10分钟,得到EVA混合物;
S4:将PP/EPDM动态硫化共混物和EVA混合物注入至双层共挤机内,经双层共挤机吸塑、模压成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述双层共挤机采用一组单螺旋挤出机和一组双螺旋挤出机共用一组挤出模头组合而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的轿车环保塑料复合地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中双层共挤机设置条件为温度150-190℃,压力10MPa热压15min取出,再在5MPa压力下冷压完成制备。
