本发明提供一种塑料托盘成型工艺及配方,包括以下步骤:步骤(1).检料混合:使用时将原料按照质量配比混合,之后投入搅拌机充分搅拌混合;步骤(2).注塑成型:将混合后的物料通过注塑机料斗进入注塑机螺杆,塑化注塑成型;步骤(3).成型取件:步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;步骤(5).检验入库:将组装后的托盘进行检验,对检验合格的进行包装入库,对检验不合格的产品进行废品粉碎,废品粉碎后可以作为原料循环使用。本发明利用了废料,可减小对周围环境的影响,加工工艺简单方便,对机械设备的要求不高,成本低廉,具有良好的经济效益。

本发明涉及塑料托盘加工方法技术领域,具体为一种塑料托盘成型工艺及配方。
背景技术
随着经济高速发展,物流成为生产环节的重要组成部分,国家推广绿色循环包装,物流托盘包装循环共用成为未来趋势,而使用寿命长,卫生安全高性能的托盘将成为循环共用首先产品,但是,目前的塑料托盘生产工艺不合理、原料配比不科学,导致塑料托盘使用寿命较低。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种塑料托盘成型工艺及配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种塑料托盘成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1).检料混合:原料、色母料、添加剂原材料入厂检验后避光防潮存储,使用时将原料、色母料、添加剂按照质量配比混合,之后投入搅拌机充分搅拌混合;
步骤(2).注塑成型:将搅拌机充分搅拌混合后的物料通过注塑机料斗进入注塑机螺杆,塑化注塑成型;
步骤(3).成型取件:通过驱动机构将注塑模具开模,然后通过顶出工具将模具从注塑模具内顶出,然后通过取件夹具将零件从注塑模具内取出;
步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,然后在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;
步骤(5).检验入库:将组装后的托盘进行检验,对检验合格的进行包装入库,对检验不合格的产品进行废品粉碎,废品粉碎后可以作为原料循环使用。
一种塑料托盘配方,其包括:原料、色母料、添加剂,原料、色母料、添加剂之间的质量配比为75-80:10-15:1-5,所述原料包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯,聚乙烯、聚丙烯质量配比为45-80:20-40。
所述添加剂包括成核剂、加工改性剂、增韧剂、植物纤维,成核剂、加工改性剂、增韧剂、植物纤维质量配比为2-5:1-3:3-5:5-10。
所述加工改性剂包括氯化聚乙烯、高压聚乙烯、成膜助剂、电气石晶矿微粉,质量配比为氯化聚乙烯0.5~1.5、高压聚乙烯8~13、成膜助剂1-3份,电气石晶矿微粉7-10份。
所述成核剂包括二-[4-叔丁基苯甲酸]羟基铝、水滑石、苯基膦酸的金属盐、纳米碳酸钙或山梨糖醇,质量配比为二-[4-叔丁基苯甲酸]羟基铝1-5份、水滑石5-10份、苯基膦酸的金属盐1-3份、纳米碳酸钙1-3份或山梨糖醇1-3份,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为100~300nm。
所述增韧剂包括聚酰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、聚氨酯、纳米级二氧化钛、马来酸酐,质量配比为聚酰胺树脂5-10份、硅烷偶联剂3-8份、聚氨酯2-5份、纳米级二氧化钛5-10份、马来酸酐4~10份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用了废料,可减小对周围环境的影响,加工工艺简单方便,对机械设备的要求不高,成本低廉,具有良好的经济效益。

步骤(2).注塑成型:将搅拌机充分搅拌混合后的物料通过注塑机料斗进入注塑机螺杆,塑化注塑成型;
步骤(3).成型取件:通过驱动机构将注塑模具开模,然后通过顶出工具将模具从注塑模具内顶出,然后通过取件夹具将零件从注塑模具内取出;
步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,然后在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;

步骤(3).成型取件:通过驱动机构将注塑模具开模,然后通过顶出工具将模具从注塑模具内顶出,然后通过取件夹具将零件从注塑模具内取出;
步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,然后在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;

步骤(3).成型取件:通过驱动机构将注塑模具开模,然后通过顶出工具将模具从注塑模具内顶出,然后通过取件夹具将零件从注塑模具内取出;
步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,然后在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;

步骤(3).成型取件:通过驱动机构将注塑模具开模,然后通过顶出工具将模具从注塑模具内顶出,然后通过取件夹具将零件从注塑模具内取出;
步骤(4).修正组装:从注塑模具内取出的零件经过自检修整,去除毛边、毛刺,然后在托盘底部的固定槽内安装防护垫;
步骤(5).检验入库:将组装后的托盘进行检验,对检验合格的进行包装入库,对检验不合格的产品进行废品粉碎,废品粉碎后可以作为原料循环使用。

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料托盘配方,其特征在于:所述成核剂包括二-[4-叔丁基苯甲酸]羟基铝、水滑石、苯基膦酸的金属盐、纳米碳酸钙或山梨糖醇,质量配比为二-[4-叔丁基苯甲酸]羟基铝1-5份、水滑石5-10份、苯基膦酸的金属盐1-3份、纳米碳酸钙1-3份或山梨糖醇1-3份,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为100~300nm。
