本发明公开了一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置及烧结工艺,涉及钢铁冶金技术领域。本发明捣打料主要由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:粒径在0.5mm‑3mm的颗粒料65%‑75%;粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料20%‑45%;粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.1%‑0.5%;粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1%‑3%。本发明通过合理的颗粒级配,提高了捣打料的抗热震性能及抗化学侵蚀性能,配合合理的烧结工艺,使炉衬在使用中形成尖晶石,产生的膨胀与烧结产生的收缩相匹配,可显著改善施工后中频炉炉衬的烧结质量,使炉衬总体强度很好,炉衬表面比较光滑,损毁也比较均匀,大大提高了炉衬使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于钢铁冶金技术领域,特别是涉及一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置,及一种中频炉衬烧结工艺。
背景技术
捣打料是由比例很高的粒状料及所占比例很低的结合剂和其他添加剂配制而成的,甚至全部由粒、粉状料组成,要经强力捣打的方式施工的散状料。捣打料广泛应用于冶金,建材,有色金属冶炼,化工,机械等制造行业,主要应用于工业炉窑的中高温部位,比如高炉铁沟、电弧炉熔盖、中频感应炉炉衬、熔炼炉的修补或者不方便浇注施工的部位。
中频感应炉炉衬质量的好坏直接决定其使用寿命以及生产效率的高低。中频炉冶炼相比其他冶炼工艺具有流程短,生产调节方便的特性,但是中频炉结构复杂,感应线圈通水冷却,对中频炉捣打料质量要求较高。如果干式捣打料质量不好,极易出现漏钢、爆炸等安全事故,并且传统的烧结工艺步骤都不够合理,导致制得的炉衬耐火度和耐腐蚀度不够,炉衬的使用寿命不长,并且制造成本高,对环境的污染严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置及烧结工艺,以经验配方的粒度级配为基础,改变高温复合促烧剂的加入量,研究出高质量干式捣打料,配合合理的烧结工艺,以控制减少炉衬热面龟裂和微裂纹,提高炉衬使用寿命。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置及烧结工艺,所述捣打料主要由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:
粒径在0.5mm-3mm的颗粒料65%-75%;
粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料20%-45%;
粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.1%-0.5%;
粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1%-3%;
其中,所述颗粒料的组分为:电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒;所述粉体料的组分为:镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉;所述外加剂为硼酸。
进一步地,所述捣打料主要由以下优选重量百分含量的组分组成:
粒径在0.5mm-3mm的颗粒料68%;
粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料30%;
粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.3%;
粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1.7%;
其中,所述颗粒料的组分为:电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒;所述粉体料的组分为:镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉;所述外加剂为硼酸。
进一步地,所述的一种中频炉衬的烧结工艺,主要包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、配制砂料:按比例将电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒、镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉、高温复合促烧剂和硼酸均匀混合,形成炉衬的制作基;
步骤二、铺设绝缘层、隔热层和报警电极:先由炉壁至炉心依次铺设耐火水泥8-10mm、钢丝网、耐火水泥8-10mm、云母板1.5mm、石棉板3-4mm、石棉布2mm,铺设时用张紧圈顶紧,每层平整无皱折,竖缝搭接,横缝对接,相邻两层接缝错开,不得有杂物混入,钢丝网上部通过引线接入报警系统;再在炉底铺设石棉板3-4mm,钢丝网穿过炉底石棉网通过引线接入报警系统;
步骤三、炉衬打结:采用干法捣打成型筑炉,捣打过程分为打制炉底、打制炉壁、放置坩埚模和修筑炉口四步;打制底部和侧壁时,采用薄层加料的方式,将所述制作基材料分批加入分次捣打,捣打一次后,将捣打过的表面层料划松,再加入下一批料继续捣打,第一层铺料厚度为80-100mm,以后每层均为40-50mm;放置坩埚模时,通过测量坩埚模与石棉板件的距离保证炉衬侧壁尺寸均匀,使坩埚模对中,误差不超过5mm;用适量水玻璃和硼酸水混合作为打结料修筑斜坡状的炉口;
步骤四、初期烘烤:向坩埚模中加入生铁块,将中频炉通电对坩埚模和生铁块加热,以≤100℃/h的升温速度达到1000-1100℃并保温2-6h,生铁熔化量占坩埚模容积70%-75%;
步骤五、一次烧结:再加入生铁块,继续以≤100℃/h的升温速度升至1200℃-1400℃,使生铁炉料熔化量达到坩埚模容积的85%-90%;
步骤六、再以≤220℃/h的升温速度达到1470℃-1550℃,保温2-3h后铁水出炉,完成炉衬烧结。

进一步地,所述高温复合促烧剂为硅粉和SiC粉的混合物。
其中,刚玉熔点高,热膨胀系数小,热态体积稳定性好,且具有优良的抗侵蚀性。由于烧结时刚玉在高温下与镁砂反应生成尖晶石,产生体积膨胀,从而可有效抑制刚玉基炉衬的龟裂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:

本发明为一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置及烧结工艺,其中,捣打料选用以下优选重量百分含量的组分:
粒径在0.5mm-3mm的颗粒料68%;
粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料30%;
粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.3%;
粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1.7%;
其中,颗粒料的组分为:电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒;粉体料的组分为:镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉;外加剂为硼酸;高温复合促烧剂为硅粉和SiC粉的混合物。
其中,中频炉衬烧结工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、配制砂料:按比例将电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒、镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉、高温复合促烧剂和硼酸均匀混合,形成炉衬的制作基;

粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料26.3%;
粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.5%;
粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1.2%;
其中,颗粒料的组分为:电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒;粉体料的组分为:镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉;外加剂为硼酸;高温复合促烧剂为硅粉和SiC粉的混合物。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中频炉衬铝镁质干式捣打料配置,其特征在于,所述捣打料主要由以下优选重量百分含量的组分组成:
粒径在0.5mm-3mm的颗粒料68%;
粒径在≤0.5mm的粉体料30%;
粒径在≤0.1mm的外加剂0.3%;
粒径在≤0.005mm的高温复合促烧剂1.7%;
其中,所述颗粒料的组分为:电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒;所述粉体料的组分为:镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉;所述外加剂为硼酸。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种中频炉衬的烧结工艺,其特征在于,主要包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、配制砂料:按比例将电熔棕刚玉颗粒、白刚玉颗粒、板状刚玉颗粒、镁砂颗粒、镁砂细粉、刚玉细粉、高温复合促烧剂和硼酸均匀混合,形成炉衬的制作基;
步骤二、铺设绝缘层、隔热层和报警电极:先由炉壁至炉心依次铺设耐火水泥、钢丝网、耐火水泥、云母板、石棉板、石棉布,再在炉底铺设石棉板;
步骤三、炉衬打结:采用干法捣打成型筑炉,捣打过程分为打制炉底、打制炉壁、放置坩埚模和修筑炉口四步;打制底部和侧壁时,采用薄层加料的方式,将所述制作基材料分批加入分次捣打,捣打一次后,将捣打过的表面层料划松,再加入下一批料继续捣打;用水玻璃和硼酸水混合作为打结料修筑斜坡状的炉口;
步骤四、初期烘烤:向坩埚模中加入生铁块,将中频炉通电对坩埚模和生铁块加热,以≤100℃/h的升温速度达到1000-1100℃并保温2-6h,生铁熔化量占坩埚模容积70%-75%;
步骤五、一次烧结:再加入生铁块,继续以≤100℃/h的升温速度升至1200℃-1400℃,使生铁炉料熔化量达到坩埚模容积的85%-90%;
步骤六、再以≤220℃/h的升温速度达到1470℃-1550℃,保温2-3h后铁水出炉,完成炉衬烧结。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中频炉衬的烧结工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤三中炉底和炉壁打制后的体积密度在2.3Kg/cm3-2.6Kg/cm3
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种中频炉衬的烧结工艺,其特征在于,所述高温复合促烧剂为硅粉和SiC粉的混合物。
