Abstract
The invention relates to a cloth three-dimensional seamless embroidery garment and a manufacturing method thereof. (10) embroidering with a water-soluble embroidery mechanism on the water-soluble cloth, and embroidering with the water-soluble embroidery mechanism controlled by a computer according to the computer programming design pattern; the water-soluble embroidery patterns are connected with each other and connected with the cloth embroidery patterns to form an embroidery sheet combining cloth embroidery and water-soluble embroidery;

(5) carrying out computer-controlled embroidery on the overlapped woven cloth and water-soluble cloth according to the pattern design programmed by the computer embroidery to form a fixed line or a cutting line with patterns;
(6) cutting along the cutting line to form a plurality of pattern hollow parts; the hollowed-out part of the pattern is completely hollowed-out or water-soluble cloth is reserved;
(7) arranging another woven fabric at the hollow-out part of all or part of the pattern; or arranging and fixing the pattern ornaments; cutting along the fixed line or the cutting line; then, implementing a bonding process at the edge of the other arranged woven cloth or arranged pattern ornament; wherein the melting point of the bonding material is higher than that of the water-soluble cloth;

(13) soaking the embroidered clothes in water at 0-120 deg.c to proper temperature higher than the water dissolving point of the water soluble cloth or film; or adjusting the water-soluble time and temperature according to the tightness of the embroidery needle number, the thickness of the embroidery layer and the condition of the woven fabric, and heating for 5-60 minutes to dissolve the water-soluble cloth; and various bonding processes of the embroidery clothes are completed, and the three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes are manufactured;
wherein, the garment pieces can be selected according to requirements, and comprise one or more than 2 of the garment pieces, namely a front garment piece, a rear garment piece, a collar piece, a sleeve piece, a pocket piece, a trousers piece and a skirt piece; or cap sheet, glove sheet, and wrapping sheet.
2. A method for manufacturing three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out pattern design on the clothing plate-making clothing;

(8) soaking the embroidered clothes in water at 0-120 deg.c to proper temperature higher than the water dissolving point of the water soluble cloth or film; or adjusting the water-soluble time and temperature according to the tightness of the embroidery needle number, the thickness of the embroidery layer and the condition of the woven fabric, and heating for 5-60 minutes to dissolve the water-soluble cloth; and various bonding processes of the embroidery clothes are completed, and the three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes are manufactured;
wherein, the garment pieces can be selected according to requirements, and comprise one or more than 2 of the garment pieces, namely a front garment piece, a rear garment piece, a collar piece, a sleeve piece, a pocket piece, a trousers piece and a skirt piece; or cap sheet, glove sheet, and wrapping sheet.

The method for making three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the computer controlled embroidery is carried out by adopting the pattern design of computer embroidery programming, and other modes of embroidery can also be adopted.
4. The method for making three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the woven cloth comprises woven cloth with different colors, patterns, materials or manufacturing mechanisms.

The method for making three-dimensional seamless cloth embroidery clothes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (6) or step (7), a decoration of various materials can be sewed at the complete hollowed-out part of the pattern, which comprises: animal skins, wool products, plant products, metal products, plastic products, resin products, artificial diamonds, porcelain products, or other material products.
