Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light industry, and in particular to a method for manufacturing decorative trim on garments.
From the prior art, a method is known for obtaining decorative volumetric effects on sewing fabrics [1], which consists in the fact that on one side of the fabric an uninterrupted line is performed with a rubber thread with a spiral trajectory starting from its center or from its outer circle, tightening the fabric with the formation of volumetric cones. At the same time, the height of each cone is directly proportional to the number of turns around the center of the spiral, and the distance between the turns depends on the structure of the web and is at least 0.3 cm. Depending on the purpose of the web, volumetric cones are made and placed in one row, in parallel rows, non-parallel rows , randomly, etc., while between the rows of cones a drapery is formed from unstitched material. EFFECT: creation of three-dimensional forms from a flat surface of a fabric and expansion of the range of effects from decorative to decorative-technical.
Using this method, only one static state of the decorative element can be obtained, the method does not provide for the possibility of changing the shape of the element.
The known method [2]. A method for obtaining a three-dimensional image on the surface of a product made of fabric, leather or polymer, in which a vector or color image is applied to the product by thermal transfer, flex printing, sublimation printing, silk-screen printing, characterized in that the folds are then pinched along the contour of the vector or color image, into which the tab of the embedded element, while the pinching of the folds is carried out with stitching with threads or fishing line at the base of the pinch with a sewing machine or overlock; gluing the inner sides of the tucks with glue; fixing with staples at the base of the tuck. The objective of this invention is the creation of static three-dimensional decorative details.
The closest analogue of the technical solution is the method of manufacturing decorative trim on garments [3]. The method for manufacturing decorative trim on garments includes developing a model of a garment with a place for decorative trim, manufacturing patterns of parts, selecting and cutting material. A type of complex decorative finish of a garment is developed, consisting of the N-th number of elements of various shapes and sizes from transparent thermofusible textile materials of the M-th number of colors. The elements of decorative trim are cut out with simultaneous processing of sections at a melting temperature of the material of 100-120°C. The elements of the decorative trim are connected to each other with a patch seam on the front side, forming a single piece of a complex decorative trim, consisting of mosaic elements. A relief element in the form of an opaque synthetic volumetric cord is sewn onto the seams of the connection from the front side, or a relief element in the form of a cord is laid with an adhesive method. The shape of the decorative trim detail is specified according to the pattern. The edges of the prepared part of the decorative trim are treated with an edging oblique trim and a finished complex decorative trim with stained glass imitation is obtained. The invention provides for the expansion of types of decorative trim and garments with decorative trim of various assortments and styles. The disadvantage of this invention is the complexity and material consumption of manufacturing, which is accompanied by an increase in the cost of the product; decorative elements obtained with the help of this invention have a static form.

At the stage of the draft design (Fig. 1), a sketch of a decorative element of clothing (1), for example, a sleeve, is developed, on which two states of the decorative element of clothing are indicated: the base state (2) - the sleeve assembled along the bottom for assembly and the model state (3) - a sleeve flared along the bottom line, the transition from state (2) to state (3) is the process of movement of a decorative element of clothing. In accordance with the sketch, a design (Fig. 2) of a detail of a decorative element of clothing (1) is developed using known methods, a drawstring (5) (Fig. 3) is designed on the detail of the decorative element to locate a cord from a smart-composite with a shape change function (4) consisting of polylactide (PLA), hydroxyapatide (HAP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) printed on a 3D printer. Before being placed in the drawstring, the smart-composite cord with the shape-changing function is heated to a temperature above 35-45° (shape memory effect activation temperature for this composite), for example, by connecting to a peltier element (6) or using an industrial iron and mechanically attached him the shape of the model state (3), in accordance with the sketch of the sleeve - this is an oval contour. After the cord made of smart-composite with the function of reshaping (4) has cooled down at room temperature, it is placed in the drawstring (5) and the sleeve along the bottom line is mechanically, by compressing, given the basic state (2) - the sleeve assembled along the bottom into the assembly. A smart-composite cord with a reshaping function (4) is connected to a peltier element (6), which is a heating element and is located in the drawstring. During the operation of the product, when the peltier element (6) is turned on, the smart-composite cord with the function of changing the shape (4) is heated to a temperature of 35-45° and assumes the position of the model state, setting in motion the decorative element of the sleeve and changing its position from the base state (2) - a sleeve gathered along the bottom for assembly in a model (3) - a sleeve flared along the bottom line. When the peltier element (6) is turned off, the smart-composite cord with the function of reshaping (4) returns to its original state, respectively changing the position of the decorative element of clothing to the basic state (2).
The developed method makes it possible to diversify the types of decorative finishes not only due to color and design solutions, but also due to the effect of movement, which corresponds to the level of modern technology development and the demand for innovative solutions in clothing in terms of consumer preferences in clothing.
